@O2 It's not the upgrade I am particularly bothered about. When it comes it comes. It's the £50 my wife is out of pocket for that is the issue.

@O2 can you advise on the best way to cancel an order. Tried calling but can’t get through and the website pushes me to the app that tells me to call

  • TerryPix

@O2 It’s an absolute ***** ache to try and cancel a sim I use for data only, currently paying for not using it, no answer on phones. Do I have to go to @Ofcom to get a refund for 3 months. Why cant these companies make it as simple to cancel as they do to sign up?

Hi @O2 Trying to sign in to my account but it’s telling me it has to send a code to continue with my password reset request. This is not what I’m trying to do. Issues with the website or a breach you’re keeping quiet about?

@O2 still doesn’t get it. I’ve got nothing to do with Sony or any third parties. No purchases ever made. Period. O2 must stop this scam. #GDPR issue, I suspect. Better deal this immediately. You lost a customer.

  • NickOresme

@mhewson_MCH @O2 Just go on the gifgaff website and get a free SIM card and port your number over. Very simple. You will still be on the O2 network as well 👍

  • angry_corner
    Mr Angry (@angry_corner) reported

@O2 Always seems to be an issue accessing my account, using either of your apps..... you really just need to simplify this!!! I remember when customer perception was a huge focus at O2, but they don't seem to care any more!!!

  • RogerR4BBIT
    Martin Renel (@RogerR4BBIT) reported

@O2 have a multi SIM contract & it is impossible to get a PAC code for one of them despite you being legally required to do so. Text doesn't work for multi SIM and website gets stuck in a loop back to main account page every time. No one has picked up the phone in 3 lengthy calls
