    @Heidivel @VodafoneUK Don’t change to O2 – trust me on that, they’re the worst UK network possible and their customer service is ATROCIOUS. You’ll be waiting a day for a single message in response from @O2 as well.

    @O2 Terrible service. Experienced issues porting my number for nearly 3 weeks, during which I haven't been able to use my 02 SIM. The team have no idea how to resolve. I want to cancel but am outside the 14 day period, so will incur your cancellation fee! Please can you resolve??

    @O2 , you do not care about your customer and am very upset about this. @O2 isn’t taking any responsibility and it seems like @RoyalMail isn’t too. How do I get my phone back or my money in this case.
