@O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

@O2 are a shambles man. Fraud on my account 5 times in 2 months and they haven’t even done a thing to help. Trying to make me pay £158 in fees for something I ain’t even done 🙈. Claim they’re gonna ring me back and never do. Just pie me off to someone else who hasn’t got a clue

@silentplayer @O2 @virginmedia We left 3 years ago over this ****, removing services and increasing prices, buy my own phone now and use ID mobile £8 pm and no April increase, Honor let you buy a phone over 24 months interest free if you need it.
