@O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

@stuartctaylor @O2 It’s dreadful. The mobile signal was better 20 years ago. Obviously not xG, but calls were stable and clear.

I’m feeling like it’s personal, my brother’s been here with his O2 phone, full signal, mine’s got no service despite several resets! @O2 anything can be done to sort this out? I was in the middle of giving notice to leave when it started.

@O2 Again, not a precise answer to the precise question asked. Can you confirm that GB O2 customers will not be billed any roaming charges when they're in proximity to Ireland border. Historically huge issue due to signal overspill across land border. @SineadBradleySD
