@O2 sort out your customer service! On hold to sort out a problem that I was told multiple times was dealt with last month! Because I am making a complaint I told the call handler in the payment team that I am recording the call he hung up!

..no compensation for 3x engineer no-shows, and now @O2 are sending us threatening letters due to an unpaid bill for a service which we NEVER EVEN STARTED. Icing on the cake - @virginmedia don’t want to know & @O2 won’t speak to us as the address doesn’t match ARRGGGHHHH!!
