  @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

  @O2 I haven't had good signal now for years. But recently it has got out of hand. It isnt just me family and friends across the country have nothing. Are you actually doing anything about this? 5G is worse than the 3G I had a decade ago.

  @O2 I still cannot get any signal in my own home. 3 phones on your network & not one bar/signal. What am I paying for. You keep saying issues in area but this has been over 4 months. Missing important calls from hospital. Time for network change if nothing can be done.

  What a joke @O2 trying to upgrade my @sonyxperia phone and you only offer iPhones and Samsung you lost me as a customer now! Was a nice 17 years of using you but remember not everyone wants iPhones and Samsung products
