@O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

Dear @O2: 19 months ago I got a new phone. Instead of giving me 128MB in storage as requested, I got 64MB. I’m paying for more & have now run out of storage. I need to bring in my phone to a London store to sort but your online customer service is an absolute nightmare. #help

@O2 leave me stranded without a phone abroad as they set up the o2 travel wrong and they put the phone down the first time and the second time just change it not taking into account I’ve struggled for the past week!! Guess that’s what you get being a loyal customer these days
