I’m currently sat outside, no more than quarter of a mile away from a 5G mast. My phone says I have 4/5 bars of 5G. Yet still, it cannot load a 20 second video on twitter. Why is 5G so bad what the f @O2

@EnglandRugby @O2 ffs, that's genuinely terrible - as much as I love Ford, Marcus is the most exciting English talent I've seen in my lifetime and to think he's being cast aside :( hoping this is just so he can get some game time, which would make sense

@O2 13-17% increase. Patchy signal at best, and gets worse when out and about (I don't live near tall buildings). I'll be leaving end of the year, this increase is nothing but greed to line the pockets of those who don't need it

@O2 Not interested in silly priority prizes that are impossible to win. How about a half decent signal for a change or not hiking your prices every year to unaffordable amounts. Customers take out contracts which they can afford. You don't have to increase the price because you can!
