@O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

@Deej701 @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@O2 Day 78 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Yes, you’ve been saying for the past six months that your network can get busy in the area and to use Wi-Fi instead. But if it’s only possible to use the phone on Wi-Fi what’s the point in paying for a cellular service?

@O2 Yes but theu are only ones also on o2. They were also experiencing it from me. We've both rebooted. Their problem solved. Reported on my network and there is a report of a network problem.
