    @O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

    @O2 getting absolutely fed up of not being able to get Internet access unless inside a house or business premises. Get your mobile WiFi signal sorted please. 😠😡

    @moshkinstien @O2 @02 I'll be fair to them, up until now they've been very good, no complaints from me, but this is just ridiculous and there's no justification for it. I'm going to cancel my direct debit next month, and just pay off invoice, without the 13.4% added

    @bco268 @O2 Wouldn't mind it so much if the service had improved. For a small country, the amount of black spots and patchy areas is ridiculous whilst posting obscene profits each year.

    @O2 17% increase in price mid contract? Absolutely disgusting, once my contract is up I will never get a phone contract with O2 again. Hopefully all your other customers feel the same because of this disgraceful decision. Yes it's in the contract, but still ridiculous

    oh thanks @O2 your lovely increase means that im paying a **** tonne more on the contracts i have with you, not only are we being ****** in the arse by our power n gas now our phone company is doing it too, thats least £5 per contract i have, wich is 8, £40 a month extra! F OFF!

    @O2 a price rise 13.4% plus 3.9%, maybe understand your customer base and use the power on your network more efficiently rather than slam you loyal customer base. Time to change provider I think. #betterconnected #not

    @jodielouiseart @O2 Worst network I’ve ever been on and I’ve been on all of them over the years. Says I’ve got full bars but no signal for calls or data and yet they still have the audacity to whack a 17.3% on for this abysmal ‘service’

    @O2 - I only switched to your network in December, and you’ve just emailed me to say my tariff is increasing by 17.3%! I will only have had four months on the agreed tariff at the point of increase! @MoneySavingExp is there anything I can do about this?
