@O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

@O2 my phone has been barred for no apparent reason (I pay my bills every month), I’ve been trying to call o2 the last three days and no reply. No other options to get help on the website or the app, and no replies on twitter either. I’m leaving o2 as soon as I can.

@BannahHutters @O2 We were with Tesco mobile for years, they have great customer service and use the o2 network. Currently with Sky mobile, they also use o2 network and you can roll over/piggybank unused data.

@O2 your level of customer service is ridiculous at the moment. uncontactable on the phone, and the messaging service has taken 4 hours so far to exchange 3 messages, it’s dire.
