    @O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

    Hey @O2 you agreed to credit me bcz I'd left . You emailed confirming the amount, method & expected payment date 👍 But you also SMS'd saying that for a ££ refund not a credit note I have to select that in MyO2 🤔 But I can't log into MyO2 bcz I'm no longer a customer 🤪 Help!

    @O2 any chance someone can take ownership and unlock My MyO2 app please? Been over 10 days now and that was the timescale given to fix the issue. Not acceptable anymore

    @O2 It's not tv issues I have an issue with it's not being able to use rewards or just login with a o2 account as I keep being asked to link a virgin media account as previously I was just able to use my phone number which is an o2 one

    @willyepp @O2 @O2 have become arguably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They messed up am order for me, then still took the money from my account. Nearly a week ago, amd still haven't been refunded.

    Really disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received from @O2 recently. An issue O2 has acknowledged fault for still remains unresolved despite multiple calls, live chats, emails and more. I’ve completely lost confidence in O2 and just want a fair resolution. @O2
