@O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

@O2 Day 16 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Thanks for cutting me off with no notice whatsoever,leaving me without a signal or number. This was after your member of staff ordered me a new SIM card and adjusted a "setting" on my account. Not happy and seeking compensation for the trouble and inconvenience

@O2 Is there any particular reason why I can't get an internet connection in the capital city of England, it's a constant issue, if you can't provide a decent 5g service then you shouldn't be billing me for it, I'd be happy to drop back to 4g, but that doesn't work either.

@O2 I am being threatened with debt collection letters for an account I tried to cancel in august to be told it had not been actioned. I then called in October and had the same conversation. The number is no longer in use and hasn’t been since September.
