@O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

@O2 such poor poor customer service. After 29 minutes on the phone - call centre in belfast just hangs up on me. Lots of laughter by colleagues and he was clearly missing out so couldn’t be ar*ed! So now faced with trying to get through to the right department yet again!!!

@O2 Yes, new device, new sim. ‘No service’ and taken it out and put it back in multiple times and also turn the iPad on and off multiple times and still it says ‘no service’
