    @O2 I've just upgraded my phone and when doing so selected a new delivery address. However when tracking the order in My O2 it is showing my old address, is this just a visual issue?

    @o2 Why do I never have access to the Internet on 4g? This is an ongoing problem since I had this phone. I have data. I've turned the phone on and off and 4g is showing.

    @O2 so I have been a loyal customer of 02 for a very long time. I was over charged in June for a call I never made, been promised a refund twice now and still nothing. I will not be renewing my contract with them so so angry 😡

    @O2 Hi, I am in the USA and using the travel pack, but the connection is shocking, my wife has Three and constantly has service and 4/5G. But mine is constantly dropping out and has 3G at best.

    @SaraRos08156033 @O2 If you don’t feel your issue has been fix or dealt with properly then retweet your complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags. I am in the same situation. Network is so bad. Enough people do the tags we will get heard!

    @O2 Can you tell me whom is the new ceo? A complaint has been raised with regards the account holder and now one has just been sent to complaints review service. 12 months you have been disgracefully targeting this widowed person and I will not tolerate seeing her so sad & destroyed

    @O2 I’ve tried all this spoken to someone on the phone and they’ve said nothing is wrong my partner has same network and his phone works , you need to sort it out or I’ll be coming off your network I have a one year old in my care and need coverage.

    @KettlePhilip @MarkEvansO2 @O2 If you don’t get satisfaction then retweet using BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags.trying to get o2 to admit the networks got serious problems and it’s customer service is totally unacceptable.

    I am very upset with the level of care from @O2 , I have been on the phone to multiple people over the course of a week and my issue has still not been solved. I am still awaiting a phone call since two days ago. Can someone please get in contact with me ASAP to solve this!

    @VodafoneUK thinks it’s fully justifiable for my wife to be without signal for 3 mnths but still expect her to pay her full bill without any explanation when the issue will be resolved or compensate loss of use. The service is not fit for purpose. This is why I am an @O2 customer
