  @O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

  @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

  2026 and i still have to dial the top up number to top up my phone rather than the @O2 application. Since your merger with virgin the application is actually so poor constant log jn via email it doesnt approve ur verification try again it accept but nothing happens on the app.

  @andrewsdenham @Joff_L @O2 They must’ve changed something, have done that for years. Tbh, might move anyway - service is terrible by me - though they still have the best European coverage.
