    @O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

    @O2 called at 12.30hrs and provided with a price to upgrade. Called back at 14.00hrs to proceed only to be told the price is invalid. I have been with 02 for over 15 years and am shocked with the level of service. #shockingcustomersercice #movingphonenetwork

    @virginmedia Do you know if your current upgrade prices are inclusive of the annual price increase from March 1st and if I upgrade with a mobile plan am I getting access to @O2 or your piggyback’d Virgin Media mobile network? the reason why I ask is that I need eSIM support.

    Well @O2 are no help I’m basically stuck in a contract with a broken device that’s an internal problem won’t replace it but more than happy to keep taking my money for another year unless I find £154 to get out of it great customer service Never shop here! 🤬😡 useless!

    @O2 currently abroad and my phone/sim stolen, called O2 support but they cant help me if i dont tell them exactly the last numbers I called. Is there any other way to identify me, i have my top-up payment history and this should be a stronger proof of identity. I need help pls..

    @O2 why after calling customer services x2 has my newly transitioned account from @VodafoneUK not been activated? Email sent links from yourselves simply take me back to the same page saying 'account not activated'
