fuming at @O2 telling me to call a phone number to cancel my order that is out of stock and have no update on from the last two months. I’ve called twice and both times they’ve told me i will get a refund within 24 hours. Three days later and: nothing. @O2 give me my £500 back.

@O2 Day 24 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@o2 Train from Plymouth to Birmingham. 4 hour journey, for no more than 20 minutes of the journey was there a usable signal on either of my phones (one Apple, one Android). Not really sure if there are network faults or just minimal coverage, either way it's very poor.

Dodgy phone signal in @sainsburys today, "use the @O2 WiFi" the smartshop app says. I click through to register. "Now enter the code we've just sent you via SMS"... Surely someone understands why this is stupid?

@O2 I have unlimited data with normally good signal where I live but the network has been out since last night in TW7 - any updates on when this issue will be fixed? Please don’t ask me to look at network tips I’ve already done so
