@o2 Day 5 since you snatched £754 with no warning and no resolution. You’ve admitted it’s an error but two manager callback promises have been broken since Wednesday. Still waiting. Do you really think this is ok, o2? New customers beware.

Having major problems with @O2 UK having moved a number on an iPhone 13 to them. Phone does not receive the bank verification codes used in 2FA and @o2 seem to be unable to fix. Anyone else had same issue (& if so how did you fix?) thanks

@O2 I literally couldn't have made the request clearer. I have one number I use, one number I don't. Why would you cancel a number I use every day and keep a number I have never used?!?!?!?! I want it sorted. Seeing as I cant ring you BECAUSE I HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER!!!!

@O2 It’s a business account and you@don’t offer anything as advanced as an app for a business account. The phone line is waiting 15 minutes then cuts off. Abysmal service.
