  @O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

  @O2 New online platform shared with Virgin is horrendous. Absolutely nothing wrong with the old set up, now its slow and full of glitches. Probably spent a fortune to make it worse as well.
