    @O2 DM sent. I never installed the sims and cancelled immediately when O2 could not provide what you needed for my family. I have the chat conversation as proof of cancellation. don’t know how you can charge me for something never used and cancelled within the same day of sim receipt

    Has @o2 gone down as well as @virginmedia ? Cant use WiFi or mobile data at the mo on my phone. Having to hotspot off Mr B’s phone
