  @O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

  @O2 hi is there a reason why I keep getting asked to link a virgin media account to use my o2 account when all I want to do is use my rewards towards my data bundle next month, neither of the apps will just let me use my phone number to login and use my rewards

  @O2 hi O2! Is there any sort of time scale on O2 satellite being available for iPhones? Very bored of my O2 signal failing regularly, but enjoy the O2 benefits so looking at getting a back up eSIM for when signal is patchy. But if satellite will be available very soon I’ll wait

  @willyepp @O2 @O2 have become arguably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They messed up am order for me, then still took the money from my account. Nearly a week ago, amd still haven't been refunded.
