    Hey @O2 any chance you can actually refund me the £209 you’ve stolen from me? Countless phone calls to get it resolved and yet here I am 5 months later and still not a penny from you. Absolutely horrendous customer service! Plus not heard a jot about the complaint I made!

    @O2 I have been with o2 for almost five yrs and have my whole family is with o2 and I pay £100 n more bill every month.There is no internet on my phone for more than month n nothing is done.Called many times no resolution disgusting service can I change my network to @EE ?

    @O2 My original contract was done through carphone Warehouse & was handed back to you when they closed down. Do your stores still offer the service of downgrading handsets? I am finding my screen a bit too small & would like a bigger (plus size) handset instead of my iPhone 12.

    @O2 I’ve had 4G with you since it was introduced. Obviously it will regularly drop through normal use depending on available signal. Until two weeks ago this notification has never come up and it specifically says O2 has turned it off. It’s not normal.
