@O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

What do I do @O2? You think I'm in Turkey (data is £7.20 per MB 🤯) instead of Greece (data included in my plan) Found Wifi to ask the virtual assistant but *shock* they can't help me.
