    @virginmedia @O2 what they fail to mention in this, is that these benefits won't apply if you're not the named person on both the O2 and Virgin Media accounts. I live with my parents and they are the named Virgin Media account holder for the fibre and I am the O2 customer. So I don't get it.

    @virginmedia @O2 Try fix your existing network before expansion. I have had nothing but problems with your broadband since joining can't wait to leave for BT. Your customer service is a joke

    @O2 @virginmedia But you don’t mention that it weakens your phone signal. Ever since you said you were merging with VM a few months ago, I’ve gone from a good 4G, to a poor 3G signal. Already sent DM’s, and have been told you’re looking into it. Yeah right.

    @O2 Surely this is a joke? No phone service til then! We'll be carrying out repairs during week commencing Mon 25th Oct 2021 to get service back to normal. Until we're finished, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data, sorry. We will update you by Mon 1 Nov

    @O2 it’s been nearly a month since I ordered an iPhone 13 which wasn’t delivered, every time I tried to get in touch I’m shut down I won’t pay for the contract until I receive the phone and you’re destroying my credit score!

    @O2 @virginmedia What happens when you are a current Virgin broadband and Virgin Mobile customer? I’d rather go to O2 for mobile to get the double data but as Virgin Mobile is an MVNO, I’m on EE or Vodafone service.

    Very disappointed by @O2 non response to my query and subsequent complaint. Shame because up to press I have always rated them really highly and have been with them, I think, for probably about 15 years.
