@dresdeb @O2 Yes. I live in SW MK and reported a problem in September. Got monthly texts saying they were working on it until Friday when I received a text saying it should be resolved. Seems ok at the mo. Maybe they knocked out part of your service to fix mine!

@O2 I couldn't tell you as I've deleted it, But it's never a call to say for being a loyal customer where going to give you money off your bill etc always trying to sell something else.

@O2 Yes I have registered for updates and every week get the same reply, it will be fixed by the following Friday and never is. Last I heard would be fixed by 11th Feb, now you say its the 15th Feb, let's hope it is gone on far too long now.

@O2 Hi. I'm a bus driver, it happens various places that I go to around Kent currently. Some places better then others but can't even watch bbc I player nowadays says connection is too slow

Mobile reception has always been terrible at my house - pretty patchy all over MK - though @O2 keep insisting there's no issue. Currently I can't seem to received SMS (texts), which is a big problem for any service using that for authentication 😳 Anyone else experiencing this?
