    @O2 the worst customer service ever! Managers promise call backs, on hold for over an hour, staff that have no clue what they're doing and my issue is still unresolved. Don't know why I moved from EE!!

    @O2 For the love of god sort your shocking service out in weston super mare. It’s a disgrace!! Missed out on yet another priority deal due to your abysmal service in large built up areas. Worst network I’ve ever used in 30 years plus of mobiles. Fuming!

    @O2 How can I speak to someone UK based that can help with a number of issues with My O2 showing wrong names on multiple connections and a complaint about a SIM card I was promised would be delivered yesterday and then a O2 store locking my account!! Thanks

    @O2 Interesting you can get back to me in less than ten minutes. Just sat in one of your shops at the end of my tether but they can’t do anything either - so waiting for someone to pick up. It really is poor.

    @O2 You may as well remove this stupid offer from your priority app, as clearly you issue maybe 1 ticket and that’s that. Not even within 60 seconds and you’re ‘sold out’ absolutely ridiculous.
