Bence Barta (@BenBarta) reported@O2 I did. It says a phone mast near me is offline and data/calls might be disrupted. It says I'll get an update by 18th Jan. That's unacceptable, it's two weeks and I'm paying for this service and I can barely use it. How can I find out more about when it's going to end?

lee (@ruwivus_lee) reported@O2 Need some help and keep getting pushed back and forth between O2 and Virgin. I took out package with Virgin and it had O2 SIM card, originally 5gb but was a double volt package so should have 10gb data. Now I still have the problem with my account saying 5gb, 2mth nearly now
