    So got a @SamsungUK Galaxy Smart Watch from @O2 as part of a promotion when I got my new phone. It arrived without a strap. Weird but easy to sort out yeah? Nah. O2 and Samsung have passed this problem back and forth between them. No one willing to solve a simple, cheap, issue.

    @O2 @vivalalopez89 Hi @O2 im in the same area. Except I have no signal, your "expected coverage only states a 5g issue. How when I don't have signal? My wife doesn't either.
