    @O2 the network with whom you can’t make a phone call at 22:50 on a Monday night in the centre of a major city because they’ve oversold their network capacity. Sick of companies thinking they can just rip off customers like this.

    @O2 i pay for a service which should be every day. I paid a late payment today as my direct debit was set up with my old bank and i forgot to change it, my service is still restricted, i need my bar lifted now please. Your chat in the app is not available.

    You never sent an email or texts to say you would attempt to deliver these dates either or no email to even say you had the item. It’s now back with @O2 and we’re struggling to get it redelivered but we’ve been charged for it. We’ve emailed, tried to call & tried the WhatsApp

    @O2 can you explain why I can’t use my email address for my o2 account because I already use that address for virgin media?? You have a partnership together but tell me I can’t use the same email!! Ridiculous!! Awful customer support!!

    @DPDgroup_news can you help point us in the right direction please? My mum was meant to have a watch delivered but you have returned it back to @O2 without attempting to deliver. You’re claiming to have tried 3 times but we were in each of those times and there was wasn’t a knock
