@O2 I turn my phone off every night this is basic connection #poor and this is since I got my hyper speed 5g compatible phone… it’s slower, poorer connectivity and disappointing… I shouldn’t have to reboot a phone to check socials

Absolutely disgusted with @O2 . Completely unhelpful and I am really gutted that instead if walking out with my eagerly awaited s22 I am instead leaving with a canceled contract. Terrible customer experience. #disapointed

@O2 Poor customer service continues. Another week of long calls and promises of a call back in 24 hours or a call from the complaints team and still no contact and I still have not received the refund due to me or got visibility of when my money will be returned. Not good enough!
