Not once in my life have I experienced customer service as terrible as @O2. A “glitch” means I have to cough up £400 just to avoid a missed payment on my credit file, despite being £700+ in credit. I’m literally paying to protect my credit score from your broken system! @TheSun

@johnsub40 @O2 @MartinSLewis It's laudable really I'd prefer if they where more honest and just said "actually sir we couldn't give a **** about you but we do offer insurance for £x" I'd be OK with that as at least I know where every one stands
