I've spoken with @virginmedia who said I need to deal with @o2 to fix their mistake. O2 get confused when I tell them that the email they have for security purposes is not mine. The are also confused that I don't have the sim that I agreed to, as it hasn't arrived. 2/3

@O2 and on the fourth day still waiting for the SIM card to be activated due to “technical” problems shame have a new phone and unable to use because of not knowing what there doing. Already messaged for assistance but takes forever to get a reply. Not good enough.

@O2 @hughjahfink Moved over to O2 a couple years ago… contract ends in 2 wks - the data coverage & speed (SE & London) has been utter garbage from day one by comparison to all other providers I’ve used. Never again using O2!!

@EnglandRugby @O2 Another horrid thing from @UmbroUK. Saved so much money on Bris and Enfland kit the last season or so.

@O2 where has your 4G gone? I have full 4G signal and it’s now slower than the old 3G. So annoying. 🤬

  • arpita07_dutta Arpita Dutta (@arpita07_dutta) reported

@O2 This is the 4th week in a queue I get this error and I am unable to get my movie tickets. I had raised a request for this issue but no help. I think it’s time to quit the O2. #O2 #freemovie

  • tedsanders53 Ted Sanders (@tedsanders53) reported

@bryony_xxx @O2 @GreggsOfficial Greggs and O2 either don’t want to make this issue public or don’t know what the problem is. Something is wrong with the scanners in Greggs which is preventing them being able to accept the o2 codes (presumably they are refusing to type the codes in). Perhaps try being honest??

@O2 Any chance you can release me from my contract. Your service is woeful
