Blinking heck @O2 have you got issues or am I just not destined to have internet? Since firing my pocket hotspot up in my business last week it’s been nothing but problems especially when trying to do lives on Facebook.

@O2 Just had a look at it says everything is fine, its usually when im at work i have 0 bars of signal even though im connected to wifi. I will try to turn my phone on and off 👍🏻

@O2 Upgraded yesterday, was told could get better deal putting contract on my husbands business account. Now both old phone&new one aren't working, both saying Not registered on network. Went back to shop & was asked to come back at 3.30 even though no1 in shop. Total nightmare

@O2 why is my 4G as slow as 3G? Used to be quite fast and now it takes over a minute to load a webpage with images that should be loaded in seconds.
