Two hours of my life down the drain because when @O2 send a notification that your security questions have been changed and to call them if it wasn’t you, they then won’t talk to you because you can’t answer the security questions

@mustbecwaced @EE It was similar in Chester with @O2 Lynn where they told one of my neighbours that he should find someone with a different provider if his land line was down and he had an emergency. Their local mast is 'broken' and has been for some time. We're gradually all moving over to others

@martynhardacre @O2 Yeah and the solution they give on their website is "find a WiFi hotspot". Great from a "mobile" internet company.
