@O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

@O2 hello. is iMessage down? I've updated to ios16 (iPhone) but got a message that "iMessage is Signed Out. An error occurred and your account is signed out. You may miss messages as a result. Go to Settings to address the issue." When I do, the "Send & Receive" is blank.

@O2 Thanks I phoned up earlier and told may take a day but seems to have been sorted now. Yes, asked for a 5g sim was told wld have to activate when arrived Sorry for rant but I’m sure similar a issue happened when switched to the smaller sims a while back too.

@O2 Constantly got No Service - got new SIM - activated it. Factory reset - still No Service. Needed it for last 24hrs when hubby in hospital and I’m deaf so really need phone to be In Service!

@elleteez28 @O2 When I tried to order the new iPhone 14 pro max (upgrade) I went through it all and then it told me I’d failed the credit check. Decided to try again as I didn’t think an upgrade needed a credit check and it went through with no issues. No idea what went wrong the first time.
