    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

    @andy_roo90 @O2 Glad you’re not the only one... in Bath and at home I struggle to get any bloody signal. They’ve promised me a booster box but never materialised

    @O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

    @O2 Will be moving to Vodafone today. Nail in the coffin- useless network - terrible signal where I live, slow data and now their only real USP has let them down. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

    @O2 THREE presale is on the Ticket Master app with no problems..... why not put o2 priority on there too if you cannot handle the traffic on the o2 app?!?! Absolutely useless
