@O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@O2 on hold for 2 hours in your o2 store in Eastbourne yesterday trying to sort out my account issue! we got cut off twice talking to an advisor! The store escalated it so someone calls me today as nobody had anymore time to sit around on hold. still no call. not happy
