    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

    @O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

    @1231ka1 @O2 I left O2 couple weeks ago. sent a threatening letter 3 days after leaving for the money i owe. Then, all the numbers they give you to call them to pay dont work, can’t get through to anyone! They instantly cancel any online account so you cant pay that way! Utter ridiculous.

    @O2 what is going on with your signal??? It’s terrible last 3 months up and down the uk! Drops out at home completely it used to be good. Everyone I have asked is saying the same thing! Over 20yrs I have had my contract and I’m seriously considering swooping

    @HubNutVids Are you with @O2 by any chance? I’ve been told by them that I have to put up with their poor service until they manage to get round (on an unspecified date/year/century) to increase the bandwidth to allow more than a handful of people to use the network at the same time.

    @jennifer268716 @O2 Amazing how the sales customer service guys can do callbacks, but when you need to resolve an issue with a manager it takes them days to ring you back! Currently on day 5….once they have your money comes to mind…..
