    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

    @O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

    @O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @O2 After trying all day yesterday and yesterday evening and I was 400th in the queue at 10am when the priority website and app crashed, I could only get on today to see that O2 priority are all sold out. Utter crap. And then you have the cheek to wish people “good luck”

    @O2 why is my network so rubbish lately 🤔 can't sign in to community, call ring out times out after 30 seconds, MMI codes don't work, O2 so crap since Virgin took over...time to move I think to EE...

    @O2 Priority app shocking received 8 pass codes starting Wednesday 10:90 for Peter Kay. Could progress past submit code. Finally at 12:48 your app advised Peter Kay priority tickets “sold out” Disgraceful service by O2

    @O2 @O2 please can you answer? A Common question amongst those disgruntled customers who have been let down by your service is simply this....how can tickets sell out if the app and website isnt working to purchase them in the first place? Youve seriously failed here

    @O2 @AliceEdwards10 Every single priority date is sold out! How can that be when the site was down for 24 hours…. Yet there are hundreds of tickets available for resale at massively inflated prices… O2 you need to take a serious look at yourselves and how you manage ticket sales going forward…
