    @O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

    @O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

    @O2 anyone thinking of taking out an o2 contract don’t they are the worst suppliers going, you will have horrible connection all the time.

    Hey @O2 are you aware that your info on wifi calling on your web page is broken. The term "device details" does not appear anywhere in Myo2. Your list of supported models only goes as far as an iPhone 8 (i.e. 2017) Please fix, this stuff is important

    @O2 Yes to both - still doesn't work. takes me to the app, to the right page, but simply shows that there is a sale happening, doesn't allow me to chose tickets. Believe me, I have tried many times.

    @O2 No issues with calls or texts just data. Postcode is g51 but I'm out and about in Glasgow and getting no data signal anywhere

    @O2 @Ofcom Still unresolved this. O2s response is so bad. Back on the phone again now trying to explain the situation to someone again. I just want to pay a bill. Is it really difficult? If my credit file is affected are you going to sort it? Not good enough
