I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area. Will my phone switch to satellite because it can’t connect to 5G?
