    @O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

    @O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    Today @O2 you managed to completely delete my husbands account. He uses his phone for business and has no access to anything. YOUR staff member deleted everything his number the lot but are unwilling to sort it with any sort of urgency. Where's the customer service? Help Please!

    @itsasophslife @O2 Wish i'd thought to look at twitter earlier today and seen this.. have exactly the same problem. Might have a working phone by the end of the week after spending a couple of hours on chat support if i'm lucky.. .@O2 sim switching is a shambles, and means no phone for days.

    @O2 I’ve done this and it tells me a phone mast is not working. I’m patient and all but the phone mast was out of order last time I raised a complaint! This is well over 6mth ago and the signal is getting worse! At this point I’m paying for something that does not serve it’s purpose!

    The service/reception over the last few weeks with @O2 has been absolutely minging. So many complaining about it. Continuous dropped calls, calls scrambling while on the phone & some not connecting at all.

    @O2 Hi again! I’m afraid I never got the refund for the charges past the date. It was only a few days, but it all adds up, right? The offer originally was a discounted Disney+ price, but I think it works out the same as £2 off phone bill, which is how it’s listed now. Also…

    @GNev2 I work in central London SE1 @O2 - No signal. I live in SE15 @O2 - No Signal. I listen to the news in the morning, and phone lines constantly breaking up, constantly loosing guests. When did it get so bad?

    @O2 please help! Following a live chat earlier I was trying to sort out my poor network signal, you were sending a new SIM. I expressed the importance of my phone to make and receive calls from with the hospital and doctors because my gran is unwell! You've now cut my SIM off!!!
