    @O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

    @O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

    @O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @O2 No. Please don’t tell me that’s why it won’t work. We were only told to turn the phone on to Register it to the network. I called the phone from Cyprus and it worked in the U.K. Now nothing. Can’t top it up. This is crazy

    Hay @O2 is there a reason that Internet has been getting slower for the last few years now to the point it is almost unusable even though you say your improving your 4g signal and have put up a new mast near me that only made it worse what am I paying for. Infuriating

    Can anyone from @O2 help me. I’m missing calls & text on my mobile coz I’m working in a poor signal area Sutton on Sea. I’ve been a loyal cust even paying £39 for over 6 mths for a dongle that never worked. I need switch to a signal but your company wants £452 on my sim only. TIA

    @Paul86837828 @O2 I had the same problem. I downloaded the o2 app and topped it up on there. Worked 1st time. I tried 4 cards online and the 4444 number. Plus o2 wasn’t very helpful when I messaged them. Hope that works.
