I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

Please protect your older and vulnerable customers by NOT preinstalling the unnecessary "directory" contact shortcut on your SIMs. At the very least, O2 should issue "premium call" warning (with continue option) before connecting.
