Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

@O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

@O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

Leaving @O2 after many years simply because @VodafoneUK offers a contract where I can use my data/allowances in Turkey where I will be visiting next week. Wonder how many more customers they've lost because of their terrible roaming policies!
