I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this.
