I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?
