    @O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

    Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

    @O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

    @O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

    @O2 If I’ve signed up to another contract and been given a free 6 months of prime, is there a reason it keeps coming up with an error message? Is it because I’ve already got an account? I did cancel my prime but it still won’t let me activate it

    @O2 received fraud letters for 2 Contracts and your service team are utter useless. Cut off 3 times and no one wants to cancel these contracts. How do I cancel these any help........

    Wahgwan for @o2 is this the end of its supreme era because everyday there are technical issues and getting through to someone is damn near impossible.

    @O2 Day 83 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Have you been that busy that it’s taken since the 17th January? The anxiety you are causing due to your fault is inexcusable, especially in the current financial climate. I expect a phone call like I was promised with a resolution today.
