@O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

Absolutely fuming with @O2 never missed a payment, always paid on time. However my bill is larger this month. So had a bar put on my phone. I use it for my job, don’t get paid until 21st when my d/debit is set and I have no problem with the size of the bill. Yet they cannot

@O2 I’m not a customer of O2 anymore but I’m unable to pay my final bill because getting hold of someone in order to do this is nigh on impossible. I was forwarded to the “automatic payment line” which, you guessed it, ended up being the same menu as before.
