You can’t get hold of @DHLParcelUK and dispute then saying they deliver up@to 8pm our local driver gives up 5pm. Day 3 no delivery and can’t get hold of any one, worst costumer service ever. Please don’t use DHL @O2 . They are ****

@O2 I have been with you for twenty years. Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Can you explain to me how that is acceptable.

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

@O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

Hi @O2 I’m having some network issues and the live chat option on the website seems to have disappeared. I’m unable to turn on Wi-Fi calling and also get a message every now and again saying you’ve turned off 4G calling.

@O2 Finally managed to get a hold of a human being in the customer services team who was able to help me. 10 out of 10 for them as they managed to resolve the complaint. -10 out of 10 for the automated systems and ai type bits of the call that have me the run around all day!

@O2 Terrible experience in your Cirencester store today. Unfortunately, looking at Google reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue that the business owner is not dealing with. Underperforming staff are damaging for your company image and reputation, but owner doesn't care?!

@O2 I am being threatened with debt collection letters for an account I tried to cancel in august to be told it had not been actioned. I then called in October and had the same conversation. The number is no longer in use and hasn’t been since September.
