@O2 I wanted to bring this to your attention. I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! I can go into more info if needed!

@O2 The problem is that your DNS server at 87.194.0.51 for some reason does not resolve the domain. You’re not showing the site, rather than blocking it.

@LutzSchueler congratulations on your Q2 profits with @virginmedia and @O2 it would be brilliant if you would invest this back into training your staff and improving the services. I'm waiting 9 weeks now to get virgin installed, 5-7 times date push back.Customer care is terrible.

@IbzDanny I’m on @O2 refresh and currently pay £22 Per month until phone is paid off and then I have cheaper bills or upgrade so I never pay it outright but often thing yes that would have been a good holiday.

@O2 the service I have received over the last 2 weeks has been disgraceful! There is a bar on my phone that no one seems to know why and no one can remove it!! Get told different reasons each day! Now being told IT issue which could take 5 days?!?! Not good enough!!

@O2 Hi we are having roaming issues. Me and my partner both on my O2 account are having issues connecting any data and receiving / sending SMS in the US. We have the Volt bolt on so should have the USA included. We've checked and we have enabled roaming in our settings

@cerimiles @O2 Oh mate I did the same. They had awful Internet speed and customer service. I went with Voxi in the end and cancelled within the 14 days. They're awesome and have some deals on atm

@TisMeCarl @O2 So for travel inclusive I believe everyone gets ‘unlimited’ data, regardless of what UK allowance is. But because it’s so slow, it’s hard to use a lot of it.
