@O2 been with this network for 20 years and have been happy but the last 6 months have been a shambles, the signal all round the country has gone from the best to the worst, especially in the area I live. Compared to other networks it’s hopeless and probably the most expensive.

@swinter100 @O2 I moved to sky mobile last year who piggy back on o2 and the coverage is awful. Even when I have good signal and 4/5g, things don’t load.

@O2 That's all covered, think you need to look into your network. Others seem to have intermittent issues too. In the same location sometimes I get good data, sometimes not, which rather seems to point to your network rather than my device.

@o2 Who do I contact to file a complaint because this is appalling. It has now been 10 days since my phone arrived and I still have have no access to my o2 account and no cellular service. This is not what I paid for.
