Does anyone recommend other phone companies ? @o2 have put my phone on a bar incorrectly and cannot remove it due to systems down. I have a poorly one year old who I can’t take anywhere without signal. Not acceptable absolutely fuming!

@O2 I said we are far from this being resolved. I want this raised a level 1 complaint. She said someone will call you in 24/48 hours (this was Friday 1st) we are now on Thursday the 7th and I still haven't had a manager call me regarding this complaint. Absolutely disgusting..
