O2 are denying there’s any issue but I know of other people who are losing data overnight when it’s not been used.

Mike Roberts (@MikeRoberts68) reported@O2 I have come to the conclusion that O2 make their complaints process and Customer Service contact process so difficult (almost impossible) in the hope that most Customers just give up. Pretty sure the Customer Service staff are trained to just hang up on Customers! Appalling!
