    @O2 No matter which way I try to go via the browser it automatically opens the app. I tried force closing multiple times in the store but it literally wouldn’t connect (I had signal available!)

    @O2 we have been trying to call you via 202. After the automotive service cutting us off several times we have been hung up on twice whilst on hold trying to speak to an actual person! So frustrating. Please advise as wee need to speak with someone.

    @O2 unbelievably appalling service from @O2. A simple migration of phone number and SIM card proved impossible. I despair and wonder how anyone without technical knowledge would be able to navigate their way through the ludicrous rules.

    @O2 hi, I’ve taken a SIM only contract but cancelled during my 14 day cool off period but still received an invoice via email. Can you please advise why? I was told to cancel the direct debit and that there were no charges.

    @O2 I have the PAYG sim active, my Pay monthly sim is now dead. I want my old number to work on my new sim that is all I need. I don’t want to DM you I want people to see how poor your customer service is! I’ve wasted hours on the phone to you bouncing around departments
