Official reply from complaints @o2 is that as I live in a highly populous area (48k) I should be happy with my level of service (non existent) and switch to 3G to call when out and about (phasing out) or use wifi calling (which you don’t have when out and about) 🤡

@virginmedia Hi Virgin, 45 mins on the phone withba rude individual Passed from person to person. Still no Internet and still haven't sorted out the £12 monthly O2 bill that I didn't ask for. The @O2 lady hung up on me and never called me back. Your customer service skills are a joke.
