    @bethellis__ @O2 Same problem, their CS basically uncontactable, and when you do you get passed around from pillar to post with people refusing to flat out cancel your contract. Live chat won't do it, their shops are closed. Making it as hard as they possibly can. And I've had no reply on here!

    @O2 is there any chance of issues in S35 being sorted any time soon? I'm urgently needing to use my phone and been unable to make calls or receive texts all week! Engineer waiting for parts was a message on the update but quite frankly its not good enough.

    @O2 Well it's been 3 days. Your system still sends me in circles, your phoneline just directs me to the website, the website doesn't help. The chat in the app constantly says busy and unavailable. Very frustrating. I just need a 5g SIM.

    @O2 On my wishlist is for the network in my area to actually work (Hove BN3) - there's been an outage since Monday and engineers are apparantely "working on it" but I've not been able to make or receive calls this whole time

    @O2 I've lost my sim and your support says to call you to resolve it. How stupid are O2? How can I call without a sim. Where is the live chat or anything to help?

    @bethellis__ @O2 You're going through what I am currently, when you can't get through to someone on the phone you are told to go to live chat, when you go to live chat you're told they can't do it and you need to phone, then the advisors won't do what you want! awful.

    @O2 got a trial of disney+ when I got my contract iPad from you and despite billing not until December, I’ve had £59.99 taken out of my bank account. can you help please as I didnt intend to carry on with Disney plus after this month
