    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    I’ve spent a week trying to get my past as you go number transferred with @O2. Only to be told each time that there was a technical error & a new request would be made. Today I finally got to a manager who informed me it’s a known widespread issue, massive waste of time & money

    @O2 what a shambles? Is the fact our mobile numbers on legacy or new systems an end customers fault? I’ve spent 3 calls over 3 hours each and I can’t seem to activate the loyalty program because of this issue. HELP!

    @O2 I'll aks on here as I've been ignored via every other channel. My local store had computer problems on saturday so couldn't sell me a pixel 7 pro. I wanted the phone along with the free Pixel watch. I've now noticed the deal has ended. I'm going into the store tomorrow... 1/2

    @IamNdodana @O2 If your within the cooling period you can cancel. Only pay up to that point only applies online I think.

    @O2 I’ve been really disappointed over the last few years with your network. Some place struggling to get signal and Internet. I’m from the Preston area and some parts of the area I struggle to get 2 bar service and people are struggling to hear me because of this 1/2
