    @O2 I made my airtime payment prior to direct debit date and you have still taken this payment. I need this refunded. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone due to you making us go around in circles with the automated service and then say your busy and put the phone down!

    I think @O2 are having some issues. Just had 4 texts telling me different amounts are owed and payment dates in 2016. Wonder how many more messages I’ll get today

    @O2 been trying for last hour to set up an o2 new account. The website has taken the upfront payment and won’t go through on website. Called twice and been cut off. Help! I was on hold for 20 mins each time and cut off from advisor.

    @O2 your network same as customer service team absolutely useless 😑 from at least 6-7 weeks have massive problems with network and the problems are continuing to get worse but answer is always this same we work on it paying for your service is waste of money 😡😡😡😡

    @O2 Yes that seems to be the issue! I didn't even know what a spend cap was, I guess it wasn't explained very well when I signed up for the contract. Thanks for helping me locate the problem.

    @O2 my phone reception is garbage, again. 4th time this yr its been reported. Same story,"no issue in area, we will investigate" nobody can make me out when I/they call, inside or outside the house. Tried wifi calling and resetting. At a loss now 😔
