@O2 Thankfully Lewis at your Meadowhall store sorted everything in about 20 minutes instead of the hours I’d wasted on the phone. Face to face service is poles apart from your telephone offering

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.
