Got a text from @O2 today saying they're charging me an extra 13.4% from April. When my contract is up in June, I'm gone. I've never been that happy with what I get for what I pay anyway.

Greedy @O2 . Not only do you have absolutely terrible service (best you can offer at times is "WiFi calling"). Now, a nearly 14% increase for a "non existent" service. Good thing my contracts up this year.

@O2, your signal coverage across the whole of my town is horrendous. I have had less than satisfactory use of your network during the course of my existing contract. I am currently typing this whilst parked outside a central public library that's left it's public WiFi on. #signal
