@O2 What a joke , no internet for four weeks apparently the issue is resolved. It’s not !!! And then they put prices up massively . Why am I paying when I don’t receive what I am paying for , 12 months and counting until I can leave your company and never come back! Joke

Trying to do my assignment at home with intermittent @virginmedia WiFi and no or little service till potentially 16/03 on @O2. Can’t wait for the responses. *turn router off then back on again*. Haven’t got hours upon hours to be stressing about this 😞
