complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

  • shaqlockholmes
Lil’Shaq👊🏻 (@shaqlockholmes) reported from Princes Risborough, England

@CPWTweets Might want to sort out the problems you’ve already created with your shit company before you sell more phones for more problems you’ll create. No wonder @O2 ****** you off

  • pezzaspurs
Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, England

@O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!

  • shaqlockholmes
Lil’Shaq👊🏻 (@shaqlockholmes) reported from Princes Risborough, England

@CPWTweets @gb62028 Got through to your sales team I one ring though. Quite obvious you don’t give a shit once you’ve flogged the phones. Long as the money is still coming in. No wonder @o2 ****** you off

@3mziboo @O2 I’ve never got anything much out of o2 other than a bad deal for an existing customer. Contracts up in October though so maybe...

  • chrisahamer
Christopher A. Hamer (@chrisahamer) reported from Haddenham, England

@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

  • wcbutcher
Bill Butcher (@wcbutcher) reported from Woburn Sands, England

@O2 Yes there is still no phone signal and no 4G at MK43 0PS

  • pezzaspurs
Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, England

Another city. this time Milton Keynes. Of course I don't have signal @O2 My phone is pointless. works nowhere. 5G doesn't exist either.

  • mikegardner_wb
    Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • Jaxstad
    ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported

@O2 Can't even call in to discuss my account It's that bad. I'm out of contract so I guess I'm going elsewhere.

  • Slevern00p
    Slevern (@Slevern00p) reported

@O2 why is your app so crap. It should be easy to use it’s absolute trash. I just want to check my bills and all it does it’s send links, everything appears to external to the app. Sort it out

  • Barbara25122320
    Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?

  • Thelurch
Chris TheLurch Saunders 🌶 (@Thelurch) reported

@cpfcjc Wow! Such denial! Unbelievable. Go to @EE like we did. The @O2 staff in that shop are encouraging everyone to defect to EE as they are so fed up with people complaining about no signal in the town.

  • markbishopuk
    MB (@markbishopuk) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 Root cause is captured regulation. Your party had 14 years to fix it

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • FelisMortRes
    HomoAntiquus (@FelisMortRes) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe the companies set their network for official population data, and real population number is waaay higher?

  • RyanNoKneel
    CookieBuoy (@RyanNoKneel) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite

  • Beardmore8Mark
    Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
