Just joined @O2 and already had 3 people hang up on me as I try to get my new rolling plan sorted! Not a great start! Thinking I might go back to @EE. All this for early tickets and a free coffee! Not worth it!

@corrigan7 @O2 Mines only 4g ready but it’s failing everywhere. And then loads of devices at work are doing the same? Doesn’t make any sense at all for them all to be down consistently, on different networks in other parts of the UK?
