    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

    @O2 hi guys, since upgrading to a 5G handset I’ve noticed that my 4G signal doesn’t seem to be able to do half the things it did on my old handset. It won’t stream video or songs; websites just time out. Is this normal or do you have nationwide issues with 4G and 3G?

    @O2 Great service. Took 10 days for replacement sim to come and then spent an hour with one of your colleagues to activate my SIM card. She failed to do so and told me that it’ll take 5 working days to get back to me with a solution. You lot know how to take the piss proper

    @O2 is there a problem with 5G in E14/Canary Wharf? My phone works fine on 4G but can’t connect to data when I select 5G. And yes, I’ve turned my phone off and on again…..

    @o2 Hi! I love the Priority freebies, they're the best on any network and I appreciate EU roaming. But your network for data is really, really bad. Bath in particular is just awful. Full bars 4G and no internet in many areas. Please can something be done.

    @O2 I'm a new customer. Very unimpressed with customer service today. 30 mins on a call, only to get cut off by a guy who was 'too busy' to call me back. Now on a chat and STILL not got my issue resolved. My SIM has not arrived - surely a simple issue to help with?

    My brother (who is currently uncontactable on a ship in the middle of the Indian ocean) has fraudulently had multiple phone contracts taken out in his name, one of which has been with @O2. Customer services are useless, the guy even suggested phoning up pretending to be my bro?!?
