-
Matthew Doerr (@miffsdoerr) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England@3mziboo @O2 I’ve never got anything much out of o2 other than a bad deal for an existing customer. Contracts up in October though so maybe...

Lil’Shaq👊🏻 (@shaqlockholmes) reported from Princes Risborough, England@CPWTweets @gb62028 Got through to your sales team I one ring though. Quite obvious you don’t give a shit once you’ve flogged the phones. Long as the money is still coming in. No wonder @o2 ****** you off

Christopher A. Hamer (@chrisahamer) reported from Haddenham, England@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.
-
Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, EnglandAnother city. this time Milton Keynes. Of course I don't have signal @O2 My phone is pointless. works nowhere. 5G doesn't exist either.

Son Lyme (@Son_Lyme) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Could it be because morons who receive awful service continue to subscribe and pay their monthly fee Sarah?
-
𝕁𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕪 (@garynetchells) reportedWhat is it with the infrastructure of mobile networks in the UK when you can get a signal - at all on a train?! Why is that? Why in 2026 with a digital generation can I not access an email on a train? It’s ridiculous @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE
-
Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported@ajgbarnes @O2 don’t they have a price-cap anyway (certainly ee and voda do) so you could set that to 0,or low. So at worst would just stop working. You could get an esim to top up if needed. that being said crazy to not have a way of checking
-
RICKY (@Rickyroaster1) reportedToday I received a txt stating my rolling plan had been cancelled and I was put on a PAYG tariff. This is so unprofessional, to change a customers plan without basic communication on WHY?if a card expires O2 should tell customer not change tariff, WTF O2 @O2
-
nigel fairman (@nigelfairman) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Shes right 5g and i mean proper should by now be everywhere in this backward piss taking poor value for money expensive COUNTRY WE CALL GREAT

Mitch Hirsty (@mitchhirsty) reported@Lucozade3D @O2 Look O2, another person who is getting the same issue when trying to pay the bill. Surely you know this is widespread by now! Sort it out and stop blaming your customers for your mistakes!
-
Will McGugan (@willmcgugan) reportedSo @O2 had to be one of the most incompetent mobile providers out there. I’m unable to top up. Their app breaks with cryptic errors. I’m unable to change plans as the change tariff link breaks with “too many redirects”. I can create a new plan, but that won’t let me keep my number. O2 customer services, don’t bother replying. There’s nothing you could do to salvage your reputation in my eyes.
-
Scoop (@JGoldyy) reported@O2 She was on the phone for 30mins and still couldn’t resolve/reserve any on my behalf, can you just tell me if there is any left in stock with Mario bundle as it still says there is on the website yet everyday I’ve tried to buy one it STILL does the same technical issue
-
Chris (@Uncle_C_J) reported@xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.

GW 🔰🏴 (@GW_Mktg) reported@O2 terrible signal in my own home. @virginmedia have let me down (yet again) so no WiFi equals no use of phone. Long-standing client and not really feeling that benefit. Started a DM conversation which went dead. Please help
