@O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!

Terrible experience with @SkyUK trying to get a new phone today. No attempt from customer services to help at all. Went to @O2 and they sorted me out in 10 minutes with a much better experience.

@O2 what a joke been on the phone to 3 people and get the phone transferred to someone else I got 3 iPhones in the the shop got told the price was £30 a month for each one okay but been paying £122.88 got them for my girls for Christmas and didn’t work for 3 months still no help

@O2 Oh I eventually got it. But the way agents are told to repeat the same question over and over around accepting the offer is just plain stupid and frustrating. It's like a game they play. It happened on 3 different chat threads over the last month.
