    So got a @SamsungUK Galaxy Smart Watch from @O2 as part of a promotion when I got my new phone. It arrived without a strap. Weird but easy to sort out yeah? Nah. O2 and Samsung have passed this problem back and forth between them. No one willing to solve a simple, cheap, issue.

    @stuartroxy @O2 Scams happen, as do compromises. However companies should be judged on their reaction to issues/attacks, tying up loose ends and reacting properly. This last bit isn't going swimmingly tbh.

    @O2 was told they’d open an investigation for me and a manager would ring me in 2/3 days this was on Friday. The WORST customer service ever

    Wish I could afford to buy myself out of my @O2 contract so I can switch to @EE. Constantly doing work in our area but the service gets worse and worse every day. We're at tuw point where I can't make a phone call from my own house. Pathetic.

    Terrible service @O2 when your customer service team are clearly deliberately cutting customers off! Prob still working at home & can’t be bothered speaking to paying #customers. I’m changing to another network after years of being with o2 as the customer service is very poor.
