    @O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

    Customer service with @O2 is awful - avoid! Asked high street shop to cancel a short-term rolling contract months ago... just discovered they never stopped billing me. Now cannot complain via app (painful delay), phone (painful delay) nor website (link is broken). Shameful.

    @O2 I am a long standing O2 customer and I recently entered into a new o2 contract. But my phone number got deactivated. O2 sent a plastic sim but to swap, I have to access my account, but cannot receive 6 digit code by text…but phone number and texts not working What can I do?

    @O2 trying to get through to sort out why when people ring me they're being told my number is no longer in service but sometimes the calls come thru. All up 2 date on my bills. What gives?! I've been on the app & tried to ring but was on hold almost 20mins without any1 answering.
