    @O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

    @O2 I swapped to your service a couple of months ago- but I rarely have enough signal to make/receive calls, I can’t ever text/ call android phones and w wifi on underground I can’t iMessage. Is there a chance my contract didn’t switch over properly? I don’t know what to do!

    @O2 Dear @o2 quick question...why have you charged £150 for a £10 a month simonly account? Due to poor customer service and potential fraudulent activity during the last year decided to move mother's SIM only account. Now we have move being charge £150 for the privilege.😭

    @O2 is there an issue with your payment system? Tried twice to pay bill online, called and agent tried twice. None have been successful but I am able to use the card to purchase elsewhere? I do not want a late fee on my bill. Thanks

    @virginmedia @O2 @Ofcom I am unable to get the advertised speed boost via volt as the virgin v4 hub is oos and being held for new customers. They have told me there is limited availability, however as a loyal customer it seems I am not entitled to it. This needs looked into.
