    @O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!

    complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

    Avoid @O2 for #OAP family, they've overcharged £1k for iphone11. Cancelled&moved her to sim only,but @o2 delaying swap for 4weeks&keep going around me to talk to OAP direct to con her again! Spoken to 4diff people which say they will help & then do nothing! #PoorService
