  @O2 I have did all the required steps & this morning I visited O2 & picked up new sim however I got know that there issues with eSIM now I moved 4M eSIM 2 physical SIM. I dont know what is the use off eSIM when its not upto mark. @Apple you need to get off 4M eSIM & provide two slots

  @O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄
