@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

Just home from the pub. I was quite excited about the emergency alert, as a 2004 tsunami survivor the prospect of forewarning is a fabulous thing….but my phone didn’t go off, still hasn’t, many others did apart from @o2 customers, what happened? 😢😢#emergencyalert
