    @O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

    @O2 your a joke of a company a total joke of a company. I'm having problems with my oppo not getting one time passwords and repeated text messages.. according to oppo it's you at 02 that the problems is with that there sorting out. So please stop blaming oppo when your to blame.

    Modern Problems: Need to contact @O2 because either my phone or sim card is dead, go via the online help. "please give me X from your security question" Great, what's the question? This is not helpful.

    @O2 Hi do you have a number for FRAUD dept please?? Called the normal service desk a couple of weeks ago to open a case and they’re still trying to bill me for a phone I NEVER had. Thank you
