Christopher A. Hamer (@chrisahamer) reported from Haddenham, England@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.
-

Steve Perry (@pezzaspurs) reported from Thame, Englandcomplain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺
-
Matthew Doerr (@miffsdoerr) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England@3mziboo @O2 I’ve never got anything much out of o2 other than a bad deal for an existing customer. Contracts up in October though so maybe...

-
Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
-
Ryan O'Donnell (@iamryanodonnell) reported@O2 Thank you but I’ve pretty much done all of this. The network needs serious investment to manage the amount of people connected, and to ensure data is reliable and stable.
-
Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
-
13th Theatre Co (@13theatre) reported@O2 Hi I am not on 02 but I am being continually harassed. I made a complaint to your Fraud team and I presumed it was closed as I received a letter saying I had nothing to pay. I received two texts asking for money. There is no identification on the text
-
Rob (@Robbbb58) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 The sooner Elon sorts out direct to phone satellite connection the better, **** these useless companies off for good.
-
KettchUK (@KettchUK) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don't worry, the private sector will be along any moment with that investment you said they'd be putting into the network decades ago.
-
Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.
-
👨🏻💻 ⚡️ (@EadrictheWild) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus
-
Gillian Jamieson (@GillRaeWalker) reported@browncharley23 @TomTugendhat @O2 Minimally - they work in an outage.
