Utterly disgusted with @O2 lack of response to 2 emails sent to credit file referrals!! This is YOUR mistake and now we can’t sort our mortgage! After looking online I can see we aren’t the only ones either!! Absolutely livid!@markevans can you get your staff to actually help us?

@O2 @UswitchUK Been with O2 for over 15 yrs now and never once had an issue with no signal which considering Cumbria isn't renowned for having the best coverage shows how good O2 is, keep it up

@O2 your online service shocking place order await code doesn’t arrive for 3 hours no only chat after 20 mins to your call centre it hangs up code finally arrives and site day session expired call the shop #genius but who wants an upgrade anyway?? #o2mobile
