@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

@sarah12412 @O2 Omg surly there's something they can do. If not that just doesn't seem right. Get in touch with O2 customer service. That's a lot of money for a few calls. Hope you get something sorted. Maybe trading standards could give you some advice

@O2 I just topped up by £10 because my credit was at £0. This instantly goes down to £5. Instead of the 5p-5p-10p rate I thought I was on. Seems O2 has seen fit to put me on a £5 bundle without telling me. Being an ultra low usage customer, I am (very!!!) not happy about this.

@O2 I just got a call from 0800 080 0654 offering me a 40% off my bill promo for the rest of my contract. She ended the call calling me “stupid” for not giving over the code that was sent from “O2” but how did they manage to send texts from the O2 text number?? #scam
