complain to @O2 about poor signal and no data.. they agree to send you a new sim card in the next few days and decide to completely cut you off before you've got it. Absolute amateur hour. Worst decision leaving @EE 🥺🥺🥺

@CPWTweets @gb62028 Got through to your sales team I one ring though. Quite obvious you don’t give a shit once you’ve flogged the phones. Long as the money is still coming in. No wonder @o2 ****** you off

  • chrisahamer
Christopher A. Hamer (@chrisahamer) reported from Haddenham, England

@O2 Haha no, you might be able to help Dave, but you were about as standoffish and difficult as I’d expect from a mid tier operator. In fact, my experience with you highlighted why I left you 12+ years ago and why I sure as hell wouldn’t go back to you.

  • miffsdoerr
Matthew Doerr (@miffsdoerr) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England

@3mziboo @O2 I’ve never got anything much out of o2 other than a bad deal for an existing customer. Contracts up in October though so maybe...

  • pezzaspurs

@sammatterface @O2 is appalling. no signal at St Mary's for the woman's Euros.

Another city. this time Milton Keynes. Of course I don't have signal @O2 My phone is pointless. works nowhere. 5G doesn't exist either.

  • shaqlockholmes
Lil’Shaq👊🏻 (@shaqlockholmes) reported from Princes Risborough, England

@CPWTweets Might want to sort out the problems you’ve already created with your shit company before you sell more phones for more problems you’ll create. No wonder @O2 ****** you off

  • IanBottomer
Lordmvarder (@IanBottomer) reported from Aston Clinton, England

@O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!

@arokorol @O2 Upset about the truth huh? Too damn bad. You are lucky to be have set foot on Palestinian soil. Greedy greedy entitled for nothing.

  • Himynameiskiff
    Kiff (@Himynameiskiff) reported

@O2 I don't want to get rid of the handset, I just want to know if I can get rid of the airtime? I'm in a 30 day rolling contract rather than a 12/24/36 month contract. The signal is so poor round where I live and I just can't manage with it anymore and have considered leaving.

@O2 It’s not a matter of deleting and redownloading. The whole app itself is an issue. You have trashed it since merging and incorporating those clowns you joined with. Barely works, unnecessary extra steps, repeated need for login which has turned into a tedious exercise. It’s TRASH

  • AlexFridman13

@arokorol @O2 Well that is a piece of **** phone carrier for sure

  • Sean_Bahamut
    Sean W (@Sean_Bahamut) reported

@O2 You've clarified, but not helped. This reply is not helpful at all. Your support staff also had no idea about this situation, or how to handle it. All they could do as a solution was terminate game pass subscription before my minimum 6 month period had finished. Not good enough

  • JRY1998__
    Jen (@JRY1998__) reported

@O2 But you haven’t. I rang about 6 weeks ago because I was always on E. Now in my house I get max 2 bars and two streets away/in the town centre there’s no signal but everytime I talk to o2 you guys say it’s fixed. It’s tiring

  • CarwynElisD
    Carwyn (@CarwynElisD) reported

@O2 Hi how do I log a complaint about being ignored here by @O2 when you asked me to DM you, then you dont reply - @financialombuds

@arokorol @O2 Hahaha. Poor Palestinians that were expelled by jews from their homeland for ugly names like Aro. From the ugly Britain.

  • JorEh1061107
    Jor Eh (@JorEh1061107) reported

@arokorol @O2 When you were landing at Ben Gurion, your plane probably began its descent over the West Bank into Tel Aviv, so the first signal it picked up was the Palestinian Authority one.

@O2 your live chat support is abysmal i have never had the displeasure of contacting something that useless before! and none of your numbers work so i can’t call anyone
