@O2 I have just started 2 contracts with you & have 2 more to start in 2022 & I am finding the online interface and lack of contact with a customer service agent very frustrating. I have a PAC code to move an old number over, I can’t do it online or talk to anyone. HELP PLEASE!

@O2 why is it that we have 3 mobiles in our household that are on your network yet repeatedly my phone the only one out of the 3 is constantly on emergency calls only, even when the 3 phones are sitting side by side!

I am so disappointed with your service, @O2. We are not a large company so it won’t affect you much, but you can be sure contracts with your service will not be renewed. Waste of time and total lack of flexibility for something that I’m pretty sure should be straightforward.
