@O2 phoned yesterday sorted my payment out said it would be paid on the 4th customer service said that's fine just checked my phone and I've been cut off .... brilliant

@O2 I've had a message to say this should be fixed, but I've *still* not got 4G back. I've tried turning phone off and on, and the other suggestions, but still no success. And H+ still lagging at times. I've been a PAYG customer for years, but sadly I need to look elsewhere now.

I have to say I used to think @O2 were a decent company, its a shame that the service i am getting get worse by the week, they have had my phone for weeks and it was meant to be 3 day repair, they dont have a clue what they are doing
