    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    If I had a nickel for everytime I had to explain to @O2 that I can't call their customer services about my broken phone because my phone is broken, I would have two nickels, which is not a lot but it's weird that it's happened twice.

    @O2 send a DM if you need help, that’s a joke - like the whole of O2, shame I have to leave you due to your absolutely useless customer service. I message and get zero help. I go on the helpline, they don’t have a clue..

    @O2 Motorola DynaTAC 8000, we had 3 of them on the Vodafone network in the early 90's (The Brick) had to carry in a briefcase although they did come with spare batteries and belt holders case. New name "The Pill" because most go into depression if they separated from their phones

    @O2 Try logging into O2 priority app on mobile browser and desktop. Shows an error everytime. But when I log in via the app it is working fine. Everytime I enter the code it shows an error. Please fix this asap or I may think about switching.

    @solutionsarc @O2 I’ve barely been using my data this month because I’m unable to use it and yet I’m still being told that I won’t get any credits or anything even though I’m unable to use my service

    @O2 I had a hand me down NEC brick phone from my older sister. The battery wouldn't last long, so I had to take the chunky charger with me everywhere I went. Weighed a ton. But I was so cool 😎 #SwitchUpSimon #Simon
