    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

    @poppyandjules @O2 No, utterly useless. They told me that I had to connect to T-Mobile, not helpful as the network has no coverage in most of the US. They also claimed I could connect to AT&T for data, this wasn't true as it never worked. Sorry I can't be more help. Let me know how you get on!

    @O2 what’s going on with the signal in the OX9 area? It’s displaying on my phone it’s a 5G signal, yet nothing is loading, cannot stream radio etc. Are you upgrading the area or is this a fault?

    @GeorgeMonbiot Contrast with @O2, who were extremely helpful and supportive when my wife died. I wonder who runs Voda's retention service, is it outsourced to one of the usual suspects or in-house?

    @O2 I have no signal!!! Upgraded on Tuesday night but no sim or device as yet! I’ve turned phone off and on and followed the mobile data steps on o2 community but still no signal!Sent messages to you but no response! Not acceptable!

    @O2 I’m still not getting 4G after nearly a year of waiting for it to be fixed “within the next few weeks” terrible network, @Ofcom I’ve raised this issue with you, and with @o2. What more do I have to do to be able to leave a network without recourse!?

    @poppyandjules @O2 Blamed the masts in our area for poor coverage. Seems strange though that our phones always worked in this area before. We have been relying on wifi a lot. Hope your issue gets sorted.
