@O2 Going to have to end my contract and go with another provider if these problems persist with yer data, I’ve no WiFi in my new service and all last night again I had to keep clicking airplane mode on and off for it to work, it just keeps happening now

@O2 I need to get a refund on my account. I've paid an early upgrade twice and was told I'd get a refund but am having no luck. I've been passed around everyone in customer services I need a resolution otherwise the bill won't be getting paid until it is sorted.

@O2 hi, I get constant notifications through the day saying 'Sorry, your number doesn't support Visual Voicemail, so we can't set it up yet.'. After the 100th message I'm pretty sure I'm aware of this - can you either turn it on or stop spamming me please?
