@O2 worst customer services ever 🤧 they want you to call them (you never get through) to make a payment, any other decent org you can simply make a payment online. They make it so difficult the moment you indicate you want to leave. Even have guts to send threatening letters KMT

Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

@O2 It’s ok thank you. I finally got a Customer Service Senior Manager involved who arranged a replacement to arrive at 10am albeit I was messed around for 8 days in the meantime.DPD said that it was scanned in and went‘missing’ internally but only admitted this after 5 days of wait.

@13rew @O2 They've also reduced my guaranteed £150 cashback (actual quote was £238) for recycling my old phone to £85 before I've even sent it back. So tempted to use my 14 day cooling off period to cancel everything and go elsewhere for my network.

@O2 Day 95 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
