Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

Don’t let me start with @O2 constantly lied about them calling me on specific days when they didn’t. Signal is 2 bars of 4G when I’m on a 5g contract. And I have to leave my flat for better signal just to make a call. Has anything changed. No.

@Sam6WHU @O2 Formal complaints route. Ask to escalate to the executive complaints team! Failing that and once you can evidence you’ve tried their complaints procedure or not happy with their resolution, take it to the ombudsman, but you have to try complaint first or FOS will reject

@O2 why is my network unstable when I have 4g and 3 bars or signal? I pay monthly for my phone and can’t use it properly this isn’t good really. Is there anything I can do. I have already swapped the sim to another one.

@O2 Excellent - but it would be better if you focused on domestic issues and sort out a decent signal coverage in the UK….oh, and whisky your at it get your ‘added value services’ to actually work as well….EE for me as soon as I am able to get out of this awful contract…..
