I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!
