    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    On the 5th of June @O2 will be taking the full amount of my phone bill out of my bank account, yet for the second month running only providing 25% of the service in the TQ3 area.

    @O2 I already took out the offer, oops. Ahaha. Is migration possible from my current number? (Rolling 30 days monthly) to this new contract? Rather than having to cancel it and re-do it, etc.
