    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    Be very careful joining @O2, they do not let you cancel your airtime if you have device plan left to pay. I’ve left the country and am happy to pay the device plan, but naturally had to change network. They won’t let me cancel the airtime and never tell you that when signing up!

    @GNRailUK @TLRailUK nice update to the on board WiFi. However never seems to connect now so what a waste of time. What with the abysmal @O2 coverage my journey home is really crap. Thanks.

    @O2 That’s the problem. We don’t get the opportunity to try to get them as the app logs us out.

    @O2 Makes no difference. You need to get a train out of kings cross, bring two phones one with your network and one with @EE. Then you'll understand how bad you are.
