    Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

    @SDCForeverMe @O2 Move operator to @EE. O2 is falling appart as they rely on Vodafone to carry out work in half of the UK as they don’t own their own infrastructure in those places. Ik relying on a competitor is a foolish move. O2, wake up, buy and operate your own network in the west!

    @O2 Hi 👋, I had multiple issues with my account that needed resolving but was unable to get the help. It took me just short of an hour by phone, multiple messages on social media, which were all ignored and chat was never available unless I made out I was a new customer

    apparently due to people at @o2 shop messing things up, we ended up w/ getting our broadband connection deactivated and after many calls we were told it's impossible for them to revert this & we've to wait till Nov 3 to get the new (faster) connection. WTF?????????????????

    @adz232 @O2 Seems best option mate. Ive 2 of my 4 contracts ending soon and will seriously consider this as service is so bad and has been for a long time. Even to the point of arguments at home. 👍👍

    @O2 since I took a new contract with you in Feb, I've had poor data connection almost every day & I'm so fed up of it. Even when there isn't an issue with a mast (according to my network app). Paying a lot for unlimited data when it's barely usable, what a joke.

    @adz232 @O2 @EE No thank you, EE are owned by BT, just as Plusnet are,so I would rather have anybody else rather than BT. I am sure O2 will get it fixed but my last company mobile was on EE and that was rubbish. O2 just need to fix this one.
