Anyone know how on earth I get to speak to a real person @O2? Gave up holding at the weekend and losing the will on hold today. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. This is an unresolved problem from April! Actually there is no customer service!

Totally agree, James in O2 #Cheltenham was epic! I am pretty tetchy myself but he never gave up... on an incredibly complex issue. Give the guy a pay rise! @O2

A little bit angry with @O2 ... 55p a minute for a call to a 0844 number??? Wtf! How is that right? I was on hold for 30 mins- got hung up on... on hold another 30 mins before resolved issue... now I know why my DD is so high this month!!! £31.20 for 2 calls? 😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤😡😤

I am absolutely fuming, my sister has a Nigerian name ‘Kehinde’. She called up @O2 to resolve an issue. And a employee on the phone refused to call her by her name, and asked can I call you K. Perhaps you should @yewande_biala piece for @Independent . Absolutely disgraceful!!

@O2 I have tried last two hours but no one has picked up my call. Just holding that’s it I requested customer service to share an email but they refuse Sri have any. It has been four months I bought a contract but no services in my area E79HZ. Technical team failed to fix
