Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

Interesting email from @O2 regarding roaming. Previously your contract data package (unlimited in my case) was available across Europe and USA. Now capped at 25gb per trip. Vodafone doing the same. This is crap for biz travel, worse for family holidays

Pretty appalled by horrifically bad #CustomerService of @O2 business. I’ve had to chase them about 10 calls & emails. Contact goes on vacation and doesn’t say when knows it’s urgent. Next lady cut me off: didn’t give her name, contacts, tell me next steps, anything. Pls Improve!

The worst customer experience with @O2 took 3 days and 4hrs on the phone to take out a contract. Only to be told that I was not told the truth by the call handler and they had not applied the discount I was promised. Not only that by I've just spent another 1hr on the phone!

@O2 Not just my house. 4G anywhere I go so unless I’m on the WiFi I can’t really do much even stream music. Phone signal is anywhere near where I live not just the house and when I use your coverage site it says I should be fine

@O2 I’m going to upgrade when the newer version comes out, I’ll still be keeping the airtime tariff just trying to cut down my monthly bills.
