    @helen_wallage You're welcome. I was suspicious, so I dialled the number and it went to an o2 messaging service. I have reported it to @O2 If you click the link, it says the PCR testing kit is free, asks for all our details and then asks for your bank details for £1 postage!

    @virginmedia your customer service is diabolical. Since 9:00am today I have been trying to get some help. Since merging with @O2 I have nothing but problems and now you are suddenly charging £15 extra a month for something that's supposed to be part of volt. Please help?
