@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@O2 the signal at CH5 2NS is shocking and has been for sometime. Shows full strength but nothing loads and can’t send or receive messages regularly. One of Europe’s biggest industrial estates and poor comms. Can you look in to this please.

@O2 and they want me to pay £90 excess to downgrade my phone... i've already paid off their basic phone on my 02 refresh, more than once but they'd expect me to continue paying off the remaining £800 🧐 I think not mate. I'll stick to my broken phone...

Been charged £1,009.16 this month for an iPhone that I returned two days after getting it. Been on the phone to customer service 4 times today and not getting anywhere. Any idea why?? @O2
