@O2 Yeah, done troubleshooting with both Apple and o2. iMessage and FaceTime completely broken on an o2 esim. Had to request my PAC code unfortunately as I can use my phone properly

@O2 - racked up almost 5 hours of time on the phone to your customer services in the last few days (you’ve cut me off 5 times transferring between departments). I just want a replacement for a faulty handset or to cancel my contract! Whichever is quickest! Please help!

@O2 is there anyone there that I can work with to leave your service. Been trying to call 202 for a day and only get disconnected. I feel sorry for the service team if you are that busy. The fault is the system of the process you're in & leadership's inability to react.

@O2 It’s everywhere I go. I have done numerous network resets, tried several e-sims waited over 48 hours and still I get nothing and it’s been like this for the whole week! I request to leave my contract but they won’t let me. Please look into this.
