Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 called 20 2 from my mobile to speak to a Representative from your dreadful customer service regarding my latest bill, waited 25 minutes until I got through, spoke to a Indian lady who just cleared the call less than 10 Words in . 😡 no words can describe how **** #o2 are.

@O2 Your app was down i did eventually manage to get into it early hours i seen a few people had similar issues! You sent me reset codes and wasnt letting me in and saying i couldnt access for 24hrs?
