@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 Data in most places in northwest England is rubbish. You’ve now charged me for Disney plus £6.66 per month ‘out of the blue’. So I’m now paying over £50 per month for sim only with little or no data and Disney plus which I’ve never used and never likely to. Can’t wait to leave 02

@O2 Of course I did! I sent a group message to 11 people on 25/12/21 and to 15 people on 1/1/22. Since when have SMS messages sent to a group get converted into MMS? I have never been charged for group messages in ~15 years as a customer.

Word of advice to anyone thinking of moving to @O2 DON'T. Worst customer service I've ever come across, taken over 5 days to transfer my number over & hours wasted on hold. When they finally supply my PAC code I'll be back with @vodafone.

@O2 How much longer to fix mast problem M24 Calls drop out phone line terrible people hang up because they cannot hear you can't mive around with your phone as line goes on going since Nov latest update 14 Jan on 5g its awful shocking service
