Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@O2 I tried the network tips yesterday and didn’t work, it’s all good when you have Wi-Fi but I pay my bill to make normal calls and should be able to do so without relying on Wi-Fi.

@O2 hey mate you guys have a bug on your site i cant click on “show 1 more device”. I have 4 lines and shows 3 by default, cant check fourth. Might want to fix that
