@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@O2 @virginmedia I have been with both O2 and Virgin for over 15 years. Both accounts registered at my address but because the virgin account is my wife’s name you wont give me the benefits?! Really bad way to treat loyal customers!!! Really makes me want to leave both

After being a @ThreeUK customer for 13 years, they lied to me, gave me false promises and failed to deliver. I’m at the @O2 store for 5 mins and they have offered me bottled water and the cheapest phone plan I have ever seen in my life. Thank you for your lies @ThreeUK! #priority

@O2 no idea what's going on with the signal in the DE15 9AY area. It's still no better in general than when I spoke to you 5 months ago and for the past couple of hours it's been dropping out completely every 5-10mins and just showing an x over the signal bars. Any idea why?

Trying to find more about #Volt with @O2 went something like this. Customer Service Agent 1: You need to take out a new deal so will pass you to sales team. Sales team: That is not correct. Customer Service Agent 2: Did not know what Volt waste then hung up on me 1/2
