    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    Exasperation w @O2 reaching new heights as none of their systems nor departments connect and hence the #customerexperience is pure Kafka #FAIL If it were not for the wonderful professional O2 Guru team with Akash and Eben I would have given up, taking my biz elsewhere
