    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    @O2 Morning, Ivr an ongoing issue that there is no way yo input a password to access my account. Its been going on for months. Someone replied yesterday and I duly gave the information asked for and no onr has replied? Do you usually ask for passwords?

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @O2 are you having issues with your card payment system? I’m trying to pay the reservation fee to upgrade but no method is working. Cards, Apple Pay or PayPal. I have funds in the account and have also tried 2 individual accounts Incase it was my bank.
