    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @virginmedia As a loyal customer ~28 years I am being taken for granted. My bill last year was £107 per month, that was £80 to VM £27.99 to O2 this is changing to £134.33, with VM £101.50 and @O2 £32.83!! That’s over a 24% increase!! Completely unjustified! Does that help?

    @ajalita1 @O2 You're not the only one, they set up a fraudulent account in my name too and at least 2 other people I've heard from since raising this online. I reported them to Ofcom and they inform me it's a big problem in the telecoms industry. It's called slamming apparently.

    @O2 three days now I have been trying to end an out of contract contract. Turns out I have also been paying for Watch data since 2020 that I never ordered or used. Every time I call I am cut off and no one calls back.

    @O2 it's been a month since I was scammed by O2 impersonators & I'm still waiting for your Fraud team to call me about it. Terrible customer service - really disappointing especially after how distressing the incident was. Even @actionfrauduk contacted me more quickly than @O2

    @O2 your insurance company customer service is terrible. I have spoken with 4 different people and still no further along with a claim. Advised to go to the o2 shop!

    @O2 Hi, I’m unable to send texts. I have signal. I can receive texts & calls & another person with an o2 mobile can text me from their phone at the same address so it isn’t to do with service or coverage
