    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 riddle me this I pick a new tariff that doesn’t start until my next bill date 26th nov I want to add a bolt on for more data I can’t because I have a new tariff set up.. I have to cancel the new tariff. I cancel it. I add a bolt on for more data.. I can READD the new 1/2

    @O2 I also have a device with yourselves and that has ‘No Service’ either. Tried everything that website suggests and its still saying on devices ‘No service’. Whats going on 😭😭.

    @O2 This one can’t - it’s about my number being ported across from me old provider and not working properly. I booked a customer service call. No one rang me. This is after 3 days of trying to get through on chat / phone

    @Tamus1314 @O2 Experiencing the same problem finally have been answer after 70 mins....to be put on hold again. Terrible service

    Whatever you do avoid getting an @O2 contract, customer service is appalling! Sky mobile all the way! Same network but with people that actually answer the phone when you need help.

    @O2 what’s happening with customer service? Agents always bust, book a call and no one rings. I only switched from Vodafone recently and really disappointed you can’t get through to customer support easily at all.
