    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    The @O2 customer service is appalling. Not been able to receive calls. Still awaiting a resolution after 2 weeks - and it's me chasing them. If you're out of contract soon, do yourself a favour and avoid this network like the plague.

    @O2 hi. My cellular series 7 Apple Watch doesn’t seem to be getting a signal. I’ve confirmed my watch data plan is still active. I’ve only had it just over a week and on pay monthly from yourselves. Have unpaired and repaired but no luck.

    Can't fault the customer service from @O2 sent my faulty phone back with a nice bit of sticky plastic over the screen, still faulty but none the less a nice touch... not a happy chappy!!

    @virginmedia @O2 Don't sign up to virgin media. They'll screw you over big time. Even if you're a long standing customer. Stay well clear.

    @O2 I also have a device with yourselves and that has ‘No Service’ either. Tried everything that website suggests and its still saying on devices ‘No service’. Whats going on 😭😭.

    @O2 I’m sorry but your network is shocking. I would ring and complain but it’s a 45 min wait. I would complain on the app but chat isn’t working. These last 6 months nightmare. Today my phone not working cost me £200 and 3hrs! Joke of a network!!
