  @O2 I’ve just had a random missed calls from an unknown number, when I messaged them to find out who they are they were returning a call to my number I never made, I’ve no idea who they are. Do you know what’s happened?

  @O2 When I called to get a PAC code no one said unlock your phone before you leave. Therefore I place all responsiblilty with O2 and want resolution ASAP

  @O2 There are faults and there are faults. Temporary of a day, two, three maybe. Faults for months on end are no longer faults but quite significant issues which is failure to provide a service that is paid for. Rent space from other mast operators to boost coverage.
