    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 Yes the original problem is still not resolved. Can you DM me please to sort it out as I’m not wasting any more time with your shocking overseas call centres. Have you not realised by now they are a false economy?

    What has happened to @O2 i spend upwards of £200 a month on various bills and the customer service is soooo bad. last night i ordered the wrong colour phone and 5 minutes later i called to change it only to be told i couldnt. this morning i called back and have been pied off

    @O2 can someone please help me? I’m using an E-sim ‘airalo’ abroad. I have followed all the steps to ensure I’m not using my mobile data from O2, I’ve also got a cap & data roaming is off. Can someone ensure I’m still not being charged?

    Why is the mobile phone service so poor in central London? (I’m on @O2). Spent a week in a small town in the South of France where signal was much better.

    They have also managed to disable her @Apple watch from her account so that it doesn’t work. @VodafoneUK answer is just to wait and see what happens!!! @O2 do you want a new customer?

    @balmybaldwin @SarahLudford @O2 Maybe. But the ability of British people to shrug and then just do nothing is why things remain bad. They put the price of fuel up and threatened pensions here in France and people kicked off. The UK could do with more of that.
