    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 hi how can I change my father in laws contract which has expired. He's had throat cancer and is hard to make out. I've been to an o2 shop, can't change it, I've spoke to three reps of 02 online who haven't been able to help much.Due to GDPR they need to chat with him,

    @O2 hi i recently received AirPod pro’s from you but the voicecalls/voicenotes etc quality is awful. I can’t even be heard properly by the receiver it’s inaudible :/

    @O2 why does is take less than a hour to open a phone contract but 9 months to resolve a credit file issue that your team created. Which may I add has negatively affected my Credit Score to the point that I cannot get a mortgage. 👍

    @O2 Apple website? I’ve looked on that page already and it wasn’t helpful. I got these AirPod pros from o2 just two weeks ago and the audio hasn’t worked at any point. I’d expect this is an o2 issue as I didn’t purchase from Apple they cannot help me…
