  @ZaiyneChristian @TicketmasterCS @O2 If you go through the tickets normally the add on is on the next page, BUT it doesn’t let you proceed as the delivery option (e-ticket) isn’t allowed for meet and greet!!!! Wtf!!!

  @O2 have just switched from 3, so far waiting 6 days for my number to transfer over. Just been told they have no idea when this will happen. Terrible service, concentrate on your customers not your advertising! Disgusted

  @O2 I've got a fraud case open with your team due to a fraudulent account being created in my name, but I've not heard anything back in weeks. I've raised a complaint but again, nothing back for weeks. I'm now receiving payment demand letters despite the fraud case existing.

  . @O2 so nobody again dealt with my complaint. I called to actually find out no formal complaint had been raised. No one could answer why I hadn’t been contacted by the 4 previous managers that should have called me. A formal complaint was logged and yet again no response!!!!

  @ZaiyneChristian @TicketmasterCS @O2 It’s honestly been the worst experience of buying tickets ever - and I went through buying gold circle tickets for Gaga in the summer!!!
