    Awful customer service experience with @O2 this morning. Called to speak to an adviser regarding matching an online deal I had seen. The advisor chose to hang the phone up on me instead of discussing options. Utter disgrace! Certainly won’t be considering O2 in the future!

    @O2 yet again still no signal. 202 is a total waste of time. Still waiting for someone to get back to me from O2. my husband is going through chemo and my son is at uni. how are we supposed to be able to keep in contact in this stressful time when he hasn't had a signal for days!

    @O2 Hi why is the reception so bad UK wide, especially in the East Midlands, from Nottingham as a whole to Kegworth. Can’t someone look into this? 21st century technology and your 4G is poor. Spoken to o2 already still no improvement

    @O2 When I call o2 support you run through all my options...I choose the one I need and then you hang up on me nearly every time!? I don't even get a chance to find out whether I can actually be heard by your support team either.
