Andy (@Jimmy_Riddle71) reported@O2 terrible phone signal around billinge, garswood, Prescott and skelmersdale, never experienced anything like it, call quality is dire ! Cannot ring out in some cases , calls constantly drop out and break up etc..

Marcia Bigg (@marciabigg) reported@O2 This isn't the network can get busy at times. This is you can't make a phone call to another person in Bolsover Town centre or use data at all. This has been the case for 2 years and all we get told is there's a fault, then 2 months later get told it's been fixed, when it hasn't.

They have a set amount of time to respond before I take it to @Ofcom if you have call centers overseas make sure the we can understand them. Refusing the 14 day change of mind is illegal fortunately, this is gonna cost £££££
