@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@O2 I’m confused. Took advantage of 3 months free Disney plus. Yet it has had me clicking £7.99 per month !! No mention of 3 months free?? Had an e mail. Yep confirming my first payment of £7.99 today and every month there after until I choose to cancel! What’s going on

@O2 day 11 & still no contact from the fraud team! o2 do not care about their customers! I am a victim of fraud which was reported immediately & I have been given no support & lied to. As well as billed for this fraudulent act. I’ve never been treated so badly by a company!

@O2 hi. I want to end my contract due to the ongoing bad service and forever getting worse 4G and internet. It impossible sometimes to even use 4G even though you say it’s fine where I live. Please help if you won’t I’ll have to go to ofcom. Thanks.

I’m still smarting from my experience with @O2 yesterday!! They asked the name if my FIRST pet but the correct security question was just “name of pet”. Failed security (one chance) then put on hold forever. Do they appreciate how infuriating that is with no signal / 4G? 🤬🤬

It says my WiFi calling is turned on but can’t access it on my new iPhone 12, says to contact @O2 but can never get to talk to anyone. Signal is so bad no calls or texts can be made without WiFi calling. £70 a month for nothing!!

@O2 The sim is 2 and a half years old I believe and I’m unable to test it elsewhere. My signal is either a really weak 1 bar or no signal at all where it used to be at least 2 bars
