Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2, I have been a customer for 17 years, and this merger with @VirginMediaCorp is a complete disaster! 1) you cannot log into the O2 app 2) you cannot log into the O2 website 3) at midnight my contract rolled into next month ALL of my data allowance was taken off my account!!!!

The last month I have experienced the worst customer service from @O2 and the issues still haven’t been sorted after my account been scammed. Who can I speak to next as the muppets I speak to on phone haven’t sorted it??? #useless #poorcustomerservice #haventaclue

@O2 It would be a great summer abroad if the data I paid for was provided to me! Customer service is poor, the app merged with Virgin is slow and unreliable and there is no breakdown of data usage. My data due disappeared on the renewal date and customer service can’t explain it!
