@O2 @cafeyn_uk CAFEYN IS AN EXTREMELY RUBBISH SERVICE. I ONLY GOT TO KNOW THIS BECAUSE IT WAS AN O2 ADD ON. WHEN I CLICKED THE LINK SENT BY O2 IT MADE ME LINK IT TO MY PAYPAL. CAFEYN CHARGED ME FOR A FREE SERVICE SINCE DAY 1 AND DOESNT WANT TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK

@karleburford @O2 Hence why I left @O2 To be in a major city and have no signal or internet connection is ridiculous, and they should give everyone their money back, for not being truthfull about their network.

@O2 So @O2 I'm starting to wonder why i pay my phone bill when still signal is appalling. You tell me to use WiFi calling instead of fixing network issues. What happens when I'm somewhere that doesn't have Wifi such as when I'm at my grandmothers house and may need to call family?

@O2 Hi O2 I have followed your instruction and yet still have bad signal where I love and travel in South West. I mean come on reputable company like your self providing very poor service in which you state you have good service barely get 4g let alone 5g #badservice

Erm @O2 can you please tell me why I just came through to someone else’s phone call with an adviser? I’ve just heard their whole name and conversation.. I put the phone down the second I realised it was another customer.. not really professional surely!! 🤨😳🤯
