@O2 PLEASE join the Virgin Media underground wifi - “Wifi Extra” is terrible as it NEVER auto joins and takes forever to connect by which time you’ve left the station - VM wifi which Three EE etc use connected flawlessly

@BristolJMC @O2 @Alicelaston This "technical issue" has been in place for at least 8 days now. I've been falling to talk to anyone since last Monday with a similar issue. DMs here on twitter take 2 days each time to get a partial and unhelpful response. Utterly hopeless.
