@O2 utterly useless #CustomerService from #O2intheUK. My elderly mothers SIM has failed - she doesn't know how to remove it. Phoned O2 they can't help at all without the SIM card number - so an 81 year old woman will be without a phone for at least a week #ShameOnYou

@O2 @virginmedia @O2 I am simply reporting a scam incident and now I am being charged to voluntarily cancel my contract. What easy money to make hey O2? Your fraud team a one-way communication, good design to let your customer be scammed then walk away with a charge.

@O2 You say you want to keep people safe and help but iv had a fraudulent account setup in my name and you are no help whatsoever. I find it absolutely mind boggling that a company as large as @O2 doesn’t have a dedicated fraud team I can talk to?? #fraud

Appalling Service Level by o2, over 12 hrs without mobile service ! Missed a call to my son for his 10th Birthday ! Unable to answer any emails/clients response etc...just as well there wasn't an emergency ! and no apology, no "sorry for the outage" txt....**** two ! @O2
