    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    @O2 Complelty unimpressed that o requested to transfer my number when I took a new contract with you last Friday and still not done. Then a 25 min wait on the phone to get it sorted. Great start to my customer journey!

    @O2 worst service on the mobile planet, without doubt! Nearly 40 minutes on hold. 3 different people from 3 departments. None could resolve the issue. Not to mention their **** Turpin approach to billing @MartinSLewis time mobile companies auto amended bills when out of contract!

    @O2 Oh dear, I'm thinking of changing as not been able to make or receive calls for over 2 weeks now, mast not working, but never fixed, 02 cust.service saying it's my phone?? Going round in circles!

    @O2 the worst network possible I can't call out I can't receive calls it's an absolute joke my son has been extremely poor and the emergency services couldn't get through to me 9 text msg to say they tried to call I tried to call customer services and get though and get cut off

    @O2 why do I need to call customer services to give them a pac code to bring my number to o2?! Every other provider allows this via their online accounts! Shocking service especially when automated phone message said can be waiting up to an hour???
