  .@virginmedia So 2 days with no TV, no broadband, no landline and an @o2 mobile with no signal. A fix date of 15th July!!!? Zero means of communication. Totally unreliable. What a dreadful company you are. So pleased you got fined. When will this be fixed?

  @iz__zy @O2 I been on the phone with two different people for like an hour. None of their fixes work and even they're frustrated. I've now been referred to technical support.
