    @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel a pay as u go contract my son had for over a year now still paying £25 a month for a phone he hasn’t got not getting anywhere fast keep getting pushed from pillar to post how hard can it be to terminate a contract 😡😡

    @kokeshimum @O2 Just spent 10 days in Cyprus. Perfect 5g the whole time. At home I struggle to get a 5G signal and 4G now useless

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones

    @kokeshimum @O2 02 ia completely ****, my husband barely has any signal wherever we go in the UK. I have Vodafone, marginally better.

    Not happy with O2 signal been dropping in and out for months complained via a chat told it’s not a proper complaint unless I talk to someone 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡well I would if the phone worked properly not getting what I’m paying for @o2 #o2

    @Archibald1878 @O2 And another one O2! You keep blaming your customers instead of actually fixing the broken payment gateway! Acknowledge the problem and fix it! The generic troubleshooting you provide is not going to resolve a problem on your end.

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are
