    Published Phone number for O2 Woolwich does not work. It connects, goes silent & disconnects the call after around 5 seconds. When I phone 02 customer services they cannot help me @O2

    @mattstingray @O2 I’m finding exactly the same and their response was use WiFi calling! A great help when you don’t have access and need to make a call.

    @O2 @giffgaff will you PLEASE do something about the dreadful mobile signal issue in and around Penzance? I understand it is a mast issue? Can only call when near WiFi!

    @O2 You’re charging me for a SIM card I’ve never used. There are no account cancellation options on your website and your pretty much hidden online complaint form gives repeated error messages. Shall I outline my full complaint in full here?

    3 Days no service, I am 70, disabled, and your still lying saying its a Mast problem when my phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED. I cannot make an urgent call and your chat team say they can't help. @O2

    @mattstingray @O2 I was with O2 when they were BT Cellnet they got worse and worse moved to @lebara I now pay a quarter of what I was for an excellent service, I only had one issue since moving called them and it was sorted in an 8 minute call including waiting time.

    Been on the phone for over an hour and they can’t assist with this matter. Continually getting fobbed off. Abysmal @O2 customer service to a longstanding and loyal customer of over 15 years. Absolutely abysmal. /2
