    @O2 please help! A delivery was missed by dpd for my upgrade on friday and its saying its being “held” at the depot ive tried to rearrange for a pick up shop but still says held

    @kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.

    @O2 The issue is that when you google the number it’s coming up as legitimate o2 insurance. The thing that made me suspicious was that insurance department wouldn’t call to tell me my sim was getting disconnected as there’s different departments.

    @altrinchamhq @O2 Nothing for me again! I won a couple of electrolytes samples one week and nothing at all on the others. Win rate must have gone down. Shame! 😞

    @tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?

    @O2 Hi. Is there a problem with your signal (apart from the usual, some may say) today??? I haven’t had signal all day. I’m unable to receive messages or make calls.

    Try dealing with @O2 when something goes wrong abroad. They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Completely unacceptable.

    @lloydoh17 @O2 I’ve been with them a very long time and never had issues like I have each month I’m looking at other networks coz the constant price increases and the drop in service it’s not worth it tbh

    @O2 why can i not get cell service anywhere in my house now? i cannot make or receive calls, so what am i paying for?
