So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@virginmedia @O2 Well, I dodged a bullet there! I moved from @O2 about 2 weeks ago, after about 10 years with them. I was on a 30% discount (business customer friends and family) and still was paying double my new price and now getting 4X data. Can't believe this got past monopolies commission.

@VodafoneUK kept me on the phone for over an hour, passed around with false promises of fixing a mistake YOU made on my upgrade; now been left on hold for 25 mins to speak so a manager..loyal customer for 17 years and this is what I get... @O2 @virginmedia want my custom?

@virginmedia @O2 The slowest service team I have ever experienced. It takes me an hour to speak to someone who deals with the contract cancellation service, but the ridiculous thing is that they hang up the phone........... and it happened twice in a day....

@O2 Will ever get a reply to this? I was in time for this offer, but it was a glitch. Not my fault, as was suggested. nNow it is “sold out” and I am so disappointed. I don’t even know who to contact?!?? Shocking customer service really.
