So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 No, I ended my contract and you continue to bill me even though I wasn’t a customer. So I contacted the bank to claim the funds back and every time I tried to contact you to resolve the situation you couldn’t find my information because I was no longer a customer.

@ljhew86 @O2 Don't use static domain blocks. This is too slow. You need to create a rule to detect this traffic dynamically based on patterns and other fingerprints Dynamic analysis is how you should block Static block lists have a place but not against these fast flux threats.

I have never had such bad customer care as I have experienced over the years with @O2 absolutely abhorrent service and I can't think of anything worse than the fact I have years left on the devices on the family plan. 🤬🤬
