not a big thing in this shitshow of a world but your priority app is naff! the only reason I stay with pricey @O2 is the chance to get priority tickets sometimes (& a bacon cob obvs) still not working & a frustrating day all round. On the plus side it’s saved me money I suppose

@O2 has to be the worst service on a phone I’ve ever experienced!!! Full signal on 3&4g yet absolutely terrible internet service!!! It’s like having dial up on my phone!

@O2 @FimonaThomas Tickets were being sold on gigs and tours to people bypassing your app with a referrer code on the end of the url. Do not lie that people are using your app as your app has been down ever since 9am and still is! Very very poor service.

I’m absolutely heartbroken I can’t get tickets 4 @peterkay_co_uk with @O2 being down, I’ve tried well b4 10am just by off chance, & still trying @O2. Now touts r selling for stupid amounts of money. I managed 2 get lst time b4 it was cancelled with no fuss a broken Peter Kay fan
