    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @LilyPinkBaker @O2 Simply your money and there really shouldn't be an issue with it being immediately refunded. But it takes hounding them. Which they know most ppl will give up.

    @O2 you have been no help at all. My mother in law has dementia and has lost her phone. To help you insist on a password she has set up. You need to train your staff on dementia. Will be cancelling the contract ASAP. Disgusting service.

    @O2 Makes me laugh really how you sell phones on contract then a couple of months later make your apps uncompattible with the handset! I'd understand if it was an old phone but they aren't. Counting down to when my contracts over! Would help if your customer service team understood!

    @jackandrewx @O2 I'm getting the same issue trying to login to o2 website. I'm assuming there's an issue with their server. It keeps saying the DNS Server might be unavailable?
