Sophie A 👸🏼 (@knobalob) reported from Spalding, England@O2 I’m currently trying to pay off my credit agreement, as I’ve changed to a different network. I’m unable to get anywhere on the phone, as it keeps saying the code I’ve entered is wrong. I don’t know my myo2 login. Is there another way?

Victor Meldrew (@VictorMeldrew00) reported from Spalding, England@O2 Are there any plans to support family setup for Apple Watch? Also why does requesting an esim need me to go instore or get something mailed out. EE support the first and on the latter it’s done online via a QR code!

Jordan Robinson (@JordR23) reported from Fishtoft, England@O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. Chris TheLurch Saunders 🌶 (@Thelurch) reported@cpfcjc Wow! Such denial! Unbelievable. Go to @EE like we did. The @O2 staff in that shop are encouraging everyone to defect to EE as they are so fed up with people complaining about no signal in the town.
-
Simon Denye (@simondenye) reported@VodafoneUK very poor customer service. Transferring my account from corporate ownership to personal still not sorted after 4 months and taking money off me in clear breach of banking regulations and the DD rules #FCA #@EE #@O2

-
Quelpanama (@Quelpanama) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yet another issue where we have to think back to Tom’s time in Kabul liaising between MI6 and the SAS. Apparently sitting behind a desk in a building yards away from a communication mast he got a good signal. So heroic!
-
Isca Augusta (@cmonmun) reported@RealToffeeCelt @O2 @TomTugendhat I get no O2 signal at work or home. I don’t even get 4/5G data in the middle of Winchester, which is not exactly economically deprived. They’re just crap.
-
Al Nickson (@BaldeyAl) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat My signal is always terrible. How come it often shows 5G and I can’t even get a page to open? We pay so much for our tariffs and the service is worse than ever.
-
Christopher (NOT Chris) (@puncharama) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Try speaking to the regulator about it then you can really see why uk services are so poor
