    @O2 Are there any plans to support family setup for Apple Watch? Also why does requesting an esim need me to go instore or get something mailed out. EE support the first and on the latter it’s done online via a QR code!

    @jammiejam93 @O2 I’ll have to pay. They did that with my other one. I then got a letter saying I had however many days to pay. I’m like for real? I literally rang up wanting to pay there and then, and it was then that ****** me about. Idiots. Absolutely terrible service.

    @O2 I’m currently trying to pay off my credit agreement, as I’ve changed to a different network. I’m unable to get anywhere on the phone, as it keeps saying the code I’ve entered is wrong. I don’t know my myo2 login. Is there another way?

    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

    @O2 @o2businessuk you have terrible signal reception everywhere in London and in England. I can’t have reception in the city, in greenwich, in heathrow, anywhere around the city reception is terrible. Shame on you, you dont invest. Worse signal in UK.

    @O2 Ok so I had a security phone call and the woman on the phone approved it and pushed the order through and told me to log back in after an hour to accept some terms and conditions to generate the order but I can't see it on my o2 account? Please help? Lol

    @O2 going to cancel 3 contracts with yourselves. Random £92 in charges on my account. 30 mins on hold to a manager and still not resolved. Avoid this network and get out whilst you still can.

    @O2 I woke to no service. Tried everything to fix but finally took it to the phone repair shop. The man switched sims and the phone works fine. Then I go into an O2 shop only to be told my number has been blocked BY O2 in relation to fraud No text, no email, no nothing. What now?
