    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 morning! What time does your customer service open? I need to change direct debit details ASAP. My late Dads number is in my name but because I’ve closed his bank account the money won’t come out now - need to get it fixed before the DD date of the 3rd and only just realised

    @O2 I’m currently trying to pay off my credit agreement, as I’ve changed to a different network. I’m unable to get anywhere on the phone, as it keeps saying the code I’ve entered is wrong. I don’t know my myo2 login. Is there another way?

    @O2 Over the course of 4 days?I’ve been in three different counties so I would like to think so. Although the area I moved to last year has had little to zero network coverage from O2 for over 11 years, according to the neighbours. And O2 have done absolutely nothing about that.

    OMG how frustrating is the O2 website??? I'm trying to find a phone number so I can speak with an actual person and I feel like I'm in a maze with signs saying ”turn left for details of how to contact us" only to constantly find myself back where I started!!!! ARGH! Help me @O2

    @O2 **** Service. I call saying I am looking to purchase the new 13 pro max 1tb in silver as a early upgrade.I advise I want this one as it’s in stock for next day, if it is not then I will not pay £127. Order the phone as it’s in stock. Today, I’m told 1 month wait no stock.
