I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

@O2 do not make it easy to get a PAC code. 65075 doesn't work, 85075 is the number according to chat (which doesn't work), and myO2 just tells you to login to myO2, which has no mention of getting a PAC, except in the help pages that tells you to login to the site you're on.

@O2 I’ve rang to cancel insurance 2 months ago and it’s not been cancelled. I rang about this last month and was told it would be cancelled ASAP. I’ve rang last week and I’ve been told the same thing yet the service has still not been cancelled.

@soulseedtravel @O2 Top menu - Bills and current charges. Scroll down a long way to View And Compare Bills and click "View and print older bills". This opens a new tab but shows an error. In the previous tab click the same link AGAIN. That will work. SIGH. Not fixed for 7 years. Crap isn't it.

@O2 @crofterbecca I can’t speak for Becca, but you may not realise some folk don’t have WiFi, because broadband is so poor in some areas. My island home is entirely dependent on 4G networks.

@O2 meant 2b resolved now (or in process of). All well & good asking 4 DM when raised with you. What would really make a difference is to make the process seamless like it is meant 2 b, opposed to this boring loop of having 2 moan/complain afterwards. I won't be a customer for long!

@virginmedia You advised on the phone last week that you would offer a superhub 4 our same package we have now and the @O2 Sim for £77 plus 25 for the sim As well as new TiVo boxes when I rang up yesterday the agent said that it was a limited offer deal this was never said to us
