@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

I have never had such bad customer care as I have experienced over the years with @O2 absolutely abhorrent service and I can't think of anything worse than the fact I have years left on the devices on the family plan. 🤬🤬

Over a week now with the @O2 mobile network down in Ormskirk (L39), with no indication when it'll be fixed... Not happy! 😠
