  @BluesnJazzxx @O2 I am experiencing exactly the same but @O2 obviously can't realise there is an issue and get IT onto it. I have just had an offshore tech team ringing me about it. I hung up. It would be a lot easier to have a tech team over here with the app in front of them.

  @O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!

  @O2 hello, for 2 weeks now signal and 4g has hardly been working in Southport. My battery is drained within 5 hours because 4g is trying to find the network to connect. This is happening to a few people. Are there any works in progress? Thanks

  My saga with @o2 just gets better and better. Raise a complaint and asked to be contacted by email, receive an acknowledgement of my preference… So what do they do, try calling me instead. Getting sick of it now.

  @O2 you claim you have the perfect connection..so why am I getting slow loading times for normal Web pages when in built up areas? Last week at Ashton Gate, Bristol. No signal. Right now, im in Weston-Super-Mare in a trading estate with a god awful signal.
