@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 I live in the WA8 area. My partner is also on O2 both on his personal and work phones and also is experiencing the same issues. We got some messages a few months ago to say they were doing some work locally to improve the signal. It actually got worse since then.

@Doomesday_Jesus @O2 Literally the worst man. When Samsung collected my phone for repair they told me when they’d get my phone, when it arrived at repair shop, when it was coming back. None of that from o2

Does anyone know why O2’s signal has gone so bad? I used to get a great signal but now all I get is mostly 3G. It’s horrendous! @O2 is this likely to be permanent as it’s been this way for months now.
