@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

i can't believe @O2 don't care about their customers to such a degree. loyalty really don't mean nothing to them. over 15 years! i'm ready to move. 9+ days just to raise a complaint. 5+ days for insurance which is 24hrs lol! ridiculous and unacceptable. the attitude as well kmt!

@O2 I find that tower in the Farnworth area of Bolton is down, and that it isn't fixed as engineers can not get access to the tower dues to the landlord. Over a week with no coverage at home is not acceptable

@O2 Idk. Apparently that was never done on the system. Which I found odd. Because on the system it shows I paid off device plan. I told them to listen to that telephone recording and they’d know I requested the iPad’s number to be cancelled. But it wasn’t done til 5/6 days later 1/2

like seriously, you tell me in a cheeky, condescending, sarcastic way to read the terms and conditions, proceed to tell me I'm incorrect then back track and say its a small percentage, (no apology) depending on the the system smh. No uniform in good customer service @O2 #puk-code
