    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 I have been completely misold a phone contract and I would like a MANAGER to phone me ASAP to discuss. How dare your customer services tell me I have to cancel my contract by Friday as the discount they told me I had cant be applied. Sickening

    @O2 it has taken 4 weeks, 4 hrs on the phone, 1 unanswered complaint, copious wrong advice and misinformation from your call handlers & you are still unable to set up an apple watch & phone with the same number? As a customer of c20 years I am appalled. another 25 mins & no soln!
