@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

Warning, this is a Karen tweet into the void: Shout out @O2 for having one of the worst user experience websites of all time. "We will save your basket for 10 days" and then when I click the link it says the basket has expired and it wasn't even five minutes later. Good stuff.

@O2 since coming back to O2 a few months ago the network is useless! At times it’s almost pointless having the phone. Calls drop continuously & reception vanishes. I called earlier to complain about this & 8 minutes in the girl just cut. What’s going on?? It’s appalling.

@O2 your 4G is shockingly bad right now. I can't even use my data to scroll the internet it's that slow. My broadband has been down the past 4 days, so I am having to rely on 4G, but it's impossible. What is going on??

@sparrowlegs77 @O2 They said if I chose to collect from the shop, I could collect it the same day, after 30 minutes of ordering. So, with a broken phone, this seemed like a good option. It's been a week and they keep saying "it is on its way", when it clearly isn't.

@O2 I recently switched to Giffgaff and took my number with me. Got a message from you to say my last bill (£21) was overdue so I went to pay it, but I can't pay on the website or over the phone because it doesn't recognise my number anymore. Help please?
