    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    @O2 switched to O2 from Vodafone, seven days down the line the number has still not been ported, meaning I have no mobile service with any of the networks!!! If I knew O2 would take ages to transfer the number I would have never switched. 'Great' start O2..

    @O2 @O2 + I was asked for the card number of my account of which I declined to share. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I WANT MY £151.00 BACK IMMEDIATELY AS TOLD BY O2. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS TO GO BACK ON YOUR WORD IN GOOD FAITH.

    @O2 you have given my phone number out illegally to a third party and because I am not a customer with you there is no way to get my information removed from your database. Absolute shambles this took a 50-minute phone call to find this out!
