    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    Changed from EE to o2 because EE couldn't do a new deal on my s21 Ultra. Going with o2 was the biggest mistake ever....the signal coverage is shocking its so bad!! EE is far better but what can I do 😭 @o2 @EE

    @O2 I’ve never been able to use 3G in France in the past couple of months. ANYWHERE in France. I didn’t even have any in Paris, or any other major french area!

    @O2 the sales of goods act protects customers who have been sold faulty items or misold products that are not fit the for purpose for which they are sold my phone is just over a month old and Bluetooth doesn't work properly,poor signal and the battery crap #poorcustomerservice

    I don't know why companies use @DPDgroup_news Terrible service. They have lost my new @O2 phone that should have been delivered on Wednesday and I only find out today because I have called them 3 times!! Takes 6 working days to investigate, I leave the country on 29/3 👍🏼

    @O2 Hi o2, interesting this. When I get an email from you to say ‘upgrade early on us’ the truth is you HIDE the remaining to pay in the next upgrade tariff. Very poor and lies. I have £36.70 left and over 36 months all tariffs are £1 a month more expensive. Deceit!

    Dear @O2: 19 months ago I got a new phone. Instead of giving me 128MB in storage as requested, I got 64MB. I’m paying for more & have now run out of storage. I need to bring in my phone to a London store to sort but your online customer service is an absolute nightmare. #help

    @O2 might have to up your game with tracking down scammers, I’ve had nearly 10 or more so far this week, averaging 3 a day. Blocking & reporting does absolutely nothing

    @O2 so when you say order before midnight for next day delivery you mean order Thursday and receive your purchase whenever the hell they feel like sending it to you? Cos that sucks
