Wtf @O2 . Am not even with you anymore and I've been told to pay my final bill, then not to because it will change to be my final final bill only I can't pay it because you've closed my account & your payment links don't work and I don't trust your call center. Sort it. Joke.

Not impressed by @O2 . I was rung by your call centre today, to give me a new deal. I said to the operator at least TWICE that I couldn’t talk as I was busy but he wouldn’t listen. I had to hang up. When a customer says no. They mean it.
