@o2 worse service ever. Unable to make and receive phone calls from/to own house without breaking up. Allegedly there is a problem with a mast they're working on. 2 months paying for crap service.

@O2 Yes, we agree to the 3.9% increase, but we don't agree to paying you 7.8% based off inflation rate... That's not agreed. And never has been.

@O2 your Esims and customer service are awful! 1 whole week and 2 family members without any service whatsoever. Went to the O2 head office in Slough to get it resolved and they couldn’t fix and didn’t know what the issue was. Wow. Moved to @VodafoneUK today.

@O2 Nearly March STILL no refund after many chases, Complaint Office calls, sorry it's taken 3 months, it'll be on next bill but our advisor misadvised when thet told you could have refund so think yourself lucky I've not cancelled it! Awesome customer service there!! Bye!!
