@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

@O2 hi. My mum got a new 12 month sim from you last week so she can use WiFi calling on her iPhone 6Plus. I have enabled it for her on her My O2 but when I turn it on in the phone settings it says that it needs activated. It’s showing as activated on her account. Can you help?

@O2 visited Tooting store guru yesterday - soon we needed to contact HO customer services The old rickety BT landline was in use by store manager who appeared to commandeer it so only option was to use MY phone ! Anyone else see irony of rickety BT landline or nothing in O2 shop?

@O2 Phone service is so ****, answer every question to get through to someone, tell them your security pword, then for the 4th time get asked if you want to speak to someone and then she goes "bye" and hangs up lol... obviously dont want my money
