    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    Hey @O2 is there anyone I can talk to about a service issue with my handset? Signal in the area is fine and sons phone on same network works perfectly.

    @O2 45mins wait to speak to someone on you customer support line is terrible! This is shocking! What if I was trying to get through to someone from abroad!! Really bad, you need a faster real person response

    @O2 I called this morning, all I got was an agent telling me that as I was not at my home postcode o2 couldn't be responsible for the loss of service. I would like to hear what it is o2 intend to do to compensate us & what about older & vulnerable people who rely on their mobiles?

    @O2 Only just switched mobiles to you and currently speaking to the company I used to take out the contract to cancel it. Customer service beyond useless.

    @O2 hello! i need some help with a potential fraud call? i randomly received a text saying 'here is the one time code you asked for' and it also said in the text 'if someone is calling asking for the code, do not share'. thought nothing of it but 5 mins later i received a call +

    @O2 absolutely shocking service last night. Been with you almost 20 years simple because your customer service was great. Can get much cheaper service elsewhere. Spoke to 2 different advisers yesterday both with terrible English!

    @eyeshoot @O2 That’s a shame. There does seem to be an issue with using O2 abroad. I’ve just had the same issue in Austria (as well as Spain, around Alicante). O2 are now sending me a replacement SIM. We’ll see if that resolves things, only way to tell is when you’re abroad though!

    Shocking customer service from @O2. Was a customer for over 20 years. Left last month as was too expensive. Was told final bill would be produced on 31st January and to phone back as my acct was £50+ in credit. Been trying since 31st. On hold for two hours a time. Finally spoken

    Hi @O2 just had a bizarre call from a call centre thinking I’m still an O2 customer. I’ve not been on your books for 6 or so years, so it’s either a scam or your records are quite out of date.

    @O2 Thank you for you help on using WiFi for calls but I really need to know when the network will be restored as I’m paying for a service that I am unable to use unless I have WiFi
