    Hello @O2, I’m having trouble with an free audible subscription taken out with my extras, Audible say to contact you guys but phone wait times are huge. Is there any other way?

    @O2 app as been down most of the day, lets be thankful that the bots have managed to get some though and are reselling them for £1000, well done @O2 how in ******** did you manage to mess this up in 2020? Both my contracts will be cancelled because of this, jokers #peterkay

    @O2 It’s been 6 hours since they went on sale and I still can’t get on, that’s an absolute joke O2. You’ll be saying keep trying on Saturday morning when pre-sale ends at this rate. Sort it out and at least give us updates on availability and what you’re doing to fix the app.
