V Unhappy with @O2 right now: 3 days to wait for a callback for a brand new phone and sim that isn’t working, which I paid an extortionate amount for and in theory I didn’t need to buy. 20+ years a customer. Can you sort this today @O2 ??

@O2 Problem is I've checked for the last two days and it says out of stock from not long after 10am. Also Greggs hot drinks are out of a machine so can't cater for my wife who can't have lactose 😭

@O2 ordered a sim card due to experiencing call problems and it still hasn’t arrived. Wasn’t told my original sim would stop working immediately. Not been able to ring anyone for 2 days. Thanks for nothing ! 😡

@O2 never had such disgraceful and unhelpful service in the 18 years of being with. Today at the Trafford centre o2 shop wanted to upgrade my phone and the general attitude was it was too much work and not enough time.. 1 hour and 40 mins before close. So disappointed.
