Why is it that every time I go to an @O2 @O2ForumKTown venue I'm forced to download an app that doesn't work? Won't be able to go tonight because of @seetickets failures (and of course, no customer service out of hours or alternative if app happens not to work)

@o2 just to check, on a 24 month contract, you need to give 30 days notice. Fair enough. But why did two members of staff tell us that we couldn’t do anything til the 24 months was up then we could cancel without fees? Now paying a load extra 😭

@O2 been so poorly I've been unable to get out of bed for 3 days and trying to contact a gp or 111 has been near impossible because they can't hear me at the other end, yet you keep telling me there is no problems with your network. Good job this isn't a real emergency. Sort it!

@O2 are you able to confirm whether or not the LTE capabilities of the pixel watch will be available on your network. And if not when we can expect this to change
