@O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

Travelling east coast mainline Aberdeen to York today, I’ve had a stable mobile data connection with @O2 for less than half the journey. Trying to work has been incredibly difficult. @LNER Wi-Fi equally unstable.

@O2 the signal in the DN8 4 area is non existent. You think a £30 credit and telling me to turn off certain things on my phone that I'm paying for will help. Guess what .... It didn't?!! I can't make or receive calls and it's diabolical

@O2 Why is it taking two weeks to deliver my new phone? I can see these phones in the O2 shops - and in other shops. I literally am now left without a phones for two weeks as I'm upgrading to replace a broken phone. It's such a hassle.

@AnnaJBradshaw @O2 Yes mines been down for 3 weeks nearly and O2 customer services are useless when talking with them as they keep ßying it's to do with a mast in my area.
