    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

    @O2 one word.. USELESS..!! nearly 20 yrs I've been a customer ,loyal to the brand as I got good service and didn't mind paying that bit extra. But today your system cost me dearly . no way to contact c/services or chat i think its time to change. Pissed doesn't come close.

    Still can’t get any WiFi in the back of the lower Holte on a match day @O2 @AVFCOfficial and the less said about the PA not working either the better. Sort it out #AVFC

    @bri0142 @O2 Lol cancel your contract mate I asked for them to send out a different SIM card to fit a new phone, so they just cancelled my entire service ‘by mistake’ Also got charged £15 for a Samaritans call years ago -“well you should have thought about that before you called”

    @O2 forced into a longer contract because I wasn't given a choice, upgraded to a phone with misinformation, phone faulty, customer services not much help, complaints department not got back to me.
