@O2 I have done. Got new phone. New SIM inserted. Still no mobile signal. No mobile signal for two days now. It still says “This number is no longer recognised” when you call my number. Come on #O2....this isn’t good enough.

Since I still have not heard anything from @O2 and I cancelled all the setup contacts on day of receipt of SIMs without even unpacking them I have cancelled the DD as I have not received any level of service, given up on moving and will remain with current provider for now
