    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    Hey @O2 is there anyone I can talk to about a service issue with my handset? Signal in the area is fine and sons phone on same network works perfectly.

    @O2 After being passed around from store to customer services and back again (even with lots of proof of ID/passport etc and looking at my bank details with O2) I discovered a flaw in your system and was stuck in a circle. I managed to cancel with a lot of faff and lost work hours.

    @GunnComics @O2 Yeah, I'm with Three and tried to cancel an old contract and enact a new one. Instead, they demanded that I cancel the new contract and upgrade the old one for more money, or they wouldn't transfer my number. I was conned out of an additional £5 a month. And this took HOURS.

    @Cat_Louise @O2 Me too, sick of my life. Can’t use PayPal or anything with two factor authentication. Missed calls from hospital and don’t feel safe being out and about with data or the ability to call someone, awful

    @Gotham68 @O2 Been with o2 since it was btcellnet and never get anything apart from a shocking signal, not even an offer of a partial refund when I can't send or receive calls.

    @O2 I will write up a report detailing the steps but dealing with the process has already lost me valuable work time on the 4 times that I tried to get through the process. Plus the stress of being told to refuse to leave a store which puts a stressful onus on the customer in public.

    @O2 network is ridiculous. I switched from @EE for no reason. Having 2 sims In my phone proves #EE has coverage whereva I go. #o2 struggles even when I'm at home. Can't wait for my contract to end!
