    @O2 Not had WiFi calling available at home for weeks, online info doesn’t cover the issue and can’t get any support as only available for fraud or stolen phones! How am I supposed to fix this???

    Hey @O2 is there anyone I can talk to about a service issue with my handset? Signal in the area is fine and sons phone on same network works perfectly.

    @palfreyman1414 @O2 I did it initially online three weeks ago, and they cancelled the order and told me their customer service team would be in touch (they weren't) - having cancelled my current contract, I then resorted to ringing them, to discover they won't take me on

    I've been on hold (not in a queue waiting to be answered, put on hold by a customer service rep) at @O2 for 24 minutes and I'm wondering if this is now a game of chicken... or they've just forgotten I'm here. What's the etiquette here?

    @O2 Here we go again- there’s nothing wrong with my phone,or the other 4!! I’m fully aware that you can’t see the problem. A technician has confirmed that the Cundall is fully working, the Pilmoor mast is giving out no data signal. You need to get the team out to look at it.

    @FelicityCloake @O2 I worked at a call centre once where a particularly slack staff member put a customer on hold, went out and smoked a leisurely joint, came back and took him off hold, and said: "I hope you enjoyed the music, sir."

    @toastfortwo @FelicityCloake @O2 3’s reception is terrible though. I live in London and have 1 bar of signal. When I was with EE I had 4 bars.
