@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@O2 Yes, Colombia, but it was the same in Peru. And has been in other countries like USA. It says 4G, but it is just so slow.

@O2 I'm paying insurance on my devices, yet O2 customer services cannot explain why I'm not covered via their systems information. I am not able to make a claim due to an apparent mistake on their system. Very frustrating 😕 Poor service.

@O2 any ideas when the mast is going to be fixed in ME13 8TN Faversham as my grandparents are without any phone signal, this has been for 2 weeks now! She can receive a message but not send anything? We have tried everything.
