    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    PSA- @O2 has the WORST customer service. My phone was stolen over a week ago and I STILL do not have a working SIM card and cannot call or text or WhatsApp (so cannot get into my iCloud) I run a small business & this is impossible

    @O2 Yes I do, but @O2 started charging me line rental a few days ago, BEFORE my SIM card even arrived! So you want me to use my old SIM, but with both O2 and my old provider charging me line rental? (While your systems are down for a whole day.) Is that your position?!
