@O2 I have to say I’m very disappointed in your price increase. Never seen an increase like it. I was thinking about changing my Virgin Broadband to Community Fibre, looks like my O2 contract will be switching to someone else now too. Bad move, your really don’t need to do this!

@Moyzi @O2 Going by tweets, it looks like they might be losing quite a lot of customers, I'll have to take the increase for a couple of months then I'll be away too, my missus is with 3, 4% increase and her signal is better than mine, might go back to them

@O2 what's the point in having customer services. If I wait for ages to get through to correct people. Only to be hung up on numerous times and then try online chat and get told too busy. Try again later. Absolute shambles. Will never recommend o2 to anyone I know. Shocking

@jodielouiseart @O2 I’m similar. Was forced onto O2 via Virgin Media and it’s horrific since the change (Virgin was originally EE piggyback), got another 15 months or so left of my contract and I’m contemplating getting out of it early cus I can’t put up with the lack of any signal anymore!
