    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    @O2 is there a connection issue in Greater Manchester? My phone signal keeps changing to “E” and only comes back on if I restart my phone. Why is it doing this?

    @PeaceKeeper_411 @O2 @EE Obvs having multi sim phones is useful especially for business contracts…always good to have connection available on more than one network to avoid a single point of failure scenario.

    @O2 submitted a complaint almost 6 weeks ago, chased 3 times, email, phone and Twitter and still nothing. 🥱 how NOT to look after customers. Will not be renewing my contract.

    @fenixxero @O2 Reversed about the error in late payment but every time I speak to someone they put the phone down on me. I just want them to sort it out and everything to be like it was before I laid eyes on o2. Apparently that's too hard!
