    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Youngs shouldn't be on the bench. May & Nowell are past it & there are better wingers available. Itoje at flanker, not lock, is a waste. The Smith Farrell axis doesn't work. Manu should be at 12.

    Get priority tickets for Peter Kay virgin tell me as I’m a customer, yet I can’t even get on the O2 priority app. Sort it out @virginmedia @O2
