    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    Have spent hours trying to get through to @O2 Customer Services. Now waiting (again), for a call from a Manager to hopefully resolve this issue. If not resolved today, @O2 will be losing a two customers of 30 years plus. Extremely disappointed in @O2
