    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @O2 Guys you’ve got to reply to my DMs as you need to cancel my order that you’ve handled shambolicly. So frustrating to see you replying to everyone yet ignored my messages since 6pm yesterday. Just. Unacceptable. I’m now also going to change networks.This lack of service is a joke.

    Spoke to three people who couldn't help me, then I was put on hold for 1 hr 10mins until I spoke nice lady who said she would raise the issue again! @O2 come on 15 days since buying @AppleSupport watch and can't use it for what I purchased it for :-( @Ofcom

    This just gets worse. They’ve cut my phone off. I can’t make or receive calls. @O2 you are a total disgrace. I can’t even call to resolve. What are you going to do? This is disgusting. 🤬🤬they’ve also sent me a message saying I’ll owe £476. I’m out of contract. Literally WTF!?

    @bmay @O2 You should try @EON_SE_en On hold for 1 hour 25 minutes to discuss my account because their website continuously crashes, oh and they close at 4pm on a Friday and don’t open at weekends and ignore any social media messages. Diabolical customer service.

    @O2 hi I am experiencing issues with my O2 rewards. I saved my O2 Neros reward and locked it in earlier in the day but when I tried to redeem it the app showed out if stock! This is quite frustrating as it was already locked in and I don’t see the point of saving the reward.

    @O2 That’s a blatant lie. I only use 5GB and you have sent me this. Just so you know our roaming service is intended for short breaks only. If your usage continues like it is, we'll have to add extra charges to your next bill.
