@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

@RobinTheTwit @O2 They have really annoyed me on that front too. They told me I’m not entitled to compensation. I pointed out the law on supply of goods and services. They sent me their T&Cs that say no refund for lack of service. I pointed out the law overrides that. They tell me I’m not entitled

@O2 It's been terrible in the whole area for years!! Should be pretty good on an industrial zone. Other networks have no problem. You should be ashamed of yourselves when you say your the UK's no.1 network service. Think I might have to try @EE

@JudgeDewie @O2 They should be held more accountable for continuation of service. Were it a landline you’d be owed automatic compensation for each day of lack of service. As mobiles have take over from landlines at home they should be treated in the same way imo

@RobinTheTwit @O2 I reply again to say they are now breaking the law because you legally MUST tell a customer “your statutory rights are not affected” because the law overrides any contract and they still don’t get it and tell me I’m not entitled. I’ve saved the correspondence to report it.

@O2 Unfortunately it wasn't as the number is no longer held by your company even thou it was less than 12hrs before, fortunately I found 1 member of your staff that actually tried to help and didn't just hang up on me and tried his best to resolve the issue with no success
