@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

Thanks @O2 3 times phones been put down on me, including a manager putting the phone down on me! No one seems to want to help or get me back on contract with you! Maybe I should try a different provider who wants to help

@O2 Are there any managers in your business please?????? Some bright spark has deactivated my sim after I asked for an E sim. Customer services can’t help because they are trying to send text codes to a deactivated sim. I am now left with no phone due to their incompetence HELP!!

@O2 A number of phone providers have waived fees associated with long distance calls to Iran to allow Canadians to call their loved one in Iran,as the internet has been shut down there, is there any chance that O2 can do the same thing for it’s customers so we can call our family

@O2 So due to O2 being super busy (2dys to reply each time) time was sufficiently dragged out to ensure I didn't get the 25% discount I was entitled to apply for. Wish I'd just called but once DM process started I thought it would be sorted quickly like past issues. How stupid of me

@O2 5G at 2Mbps is shockingly poor regardless of demand. All the other networks generally provide a robust 10x this speed on 4G in same location
