@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

@ThreeUK seems after many many years of being a three customer I will be moving to @O2 as they will not be introducing roaming charges for the EU. You will lose many more customers I think.

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 I literally can't see how that would work. This is about roaming charges being banned by the EU, something you crashed out of with a terrible "deal". This allowed companies in the UK to right to commence charging customers for roaming costs. Fair play to Virgin and O2 who aren't
