    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @O2 oh and I've never paid late, my wife's contract is in my name as a joint contract so hers would be affected too if that was the case, just my handset, she has the same one but only difference is mine is an e-sim (by choice) and she has a physical sim

    @O2 @Ofcom Still unresolved this. O2s response is so bad. Back on the phone again now trying to explain the situation to someone again. I just want to pay a bill. Is it really difficult? If my credit file is affected are you going to sort it? Not good enough

    So upgraded my phone a few months ago with the promise of a Β£300 gift card with @O2. After repeated emails, phone calls nobody ever responds. Unprofessional, non-existent customer service, see how they like it when I blank their calls and letters for non payment of bill! πŸ–•

    The @O2 #network has seriously gone passed awful, I’m so disappointed! I’m on holiday on Majorca with data roaming turned on with zero internet. Awful.

    @O2 - poor customer service today. My father has died and despite doing everything correct from her end to close his account my mum is still getting bills addressed to him & now threats of debt collection agencies. I’m told these are automated letters & they can’t be stopped.

    @O2 absolutely no signal, not even basic signal for calls and SMS... Been like this now for 2.5hrs and it's not specific to my area as I've travelled from #Southampton to #fareham and my wife's signal is fine. Getting very annoyed QUICKLY!

    @O2 No issues with calls or texts just data. Postcode is g51 but I'm out and about in Glasgow and getting no data signal anywhere

    @O2 I’m trying to sign up online for a SIM only contract but your website is adamant that my home residential postcode is a business address and I can’t go any further. Not a great start for a potential new customer 😠.
