@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

Got a new sim card in my but i wasn't getting no 4G or signal @o2 sorted it out when i phoned them about it since 22:00 tonight got 4G but only a tiny bit of signal now what is going on

@O2 Ok .. new phone love it - sim is in, 'stuff' transferred from old phone, wifi connected - all working but won't make calls or send texts - says 'mobile network not available' .. have I missed something I need to do lol
