@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

  • nic_d Nicola David (@nic_d) reported from Sharow, England

@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

Thanks @O2 for saying on your coverage checker that signal in my area is great when it clearly isn't. Thought it was my phone, until I went to another area with "same" signal strength according to your checker, and it's literally 10 times faster data 🤬 Lost a long term customer.

  • Veronica_Strain Veronica Strain (@Veronica_Strain) reported

@Chriss_m @O2 Read the Tweet Chris - they are now in partnership with Virgin who are dreadful service provider and zero on the ethics front.

  • happyinabook Amanda went out for the first time in ages (@happyinabook) reported

@O2 @virginmedia We've used Virgin in the past and frankly they were so awful this puts me off staying with O2 in the future. 🤔

  • sheilaclark00 Sheila Clark (@sheilaclark00) reported

@O2 @virginmedia I am a happy O2 customer and have been for over a decade. I used Virgin Media for a month and tried to get out of the contract due to terrible internet connectivity, but they forced me to stay for contract duration, or pay a penalty. Let’s hope O2 customer service prevails.

  • MouseDub DubMouse (@MouseDub) reported

Hmmmm @O2 merging with virgin media. Let’s hope O2 doesn’t now start charging stupidly high prices & mobile is better than virgin’s broad brand. I feel a change of network provider incoming soon

  • UkRestrictions No UK pet travel restrictions (@UkRestrictions) reported

@scanme_tukslaw @O2 @virginmedia When I lived in London I had Virgin. It was great for about 3 years and then my internet almost disappeared and as you have said their customer service was really bad so I left too

  • ukcat87 Black cat 😃 (@ukcat87) reported

@O2 @James97370332 "For now"... so like a month or so. Now is now is now... Your merger was ridiculous you didn't even consult with customers my sister is on it and she can't stand your awful service and it will only get worse - virgin can't even run trains ! They were stripped of franchise #Crap

  • BLFCxx B (@BLFCxx) reported

@Chriss_m @Veronica_Strain @O2 I didn’t mean it literally...go online and search for complaints against them, with us they installed the router in the wrong spot and are trying to charge us 100s for them to fix their own mistake, the internet is 8x worse than we pay for also, they’re not being fined for nothin

  • ukcat87 Black cat 😃 (@ukcat87) reported

@O2 @Cheungietwit We "expect" you to provide conference calling and call waiting to PAYG customers like every other network - I can't get through to half my friends who use your ridiculous network that's backward and antiquated - even during a pandemic WFH you refused to make changes. You're crap!

  • James97370332 James (@James97370332) reported

@O2 @virginmedia This is awful news. How long until my pay as you go tariff is take away? It's already no longer available to new customers. I've been on this network since it was called Cellnet, and have happily avoided Virgin in that time.
