    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @GarethTurpin @O2 Let’s hope o2’s customer service rubs off on Virgin media. I used to be with 02 and customer service was good. Virgins however is perhaps the worst I’ve had in any type of industry.

    @O2 I asked if I could terminate my airtime bill and carry on with my device plan as it had been over two years. I heard nothing back and I have just recieved an enforcement and termination notice in the post. Awful customer service and not what I requested.

    @O2 Yes, I've been with o2 for 17 years or so. I contacted Huawei (their customer service agents weren't unavailable) and they said it's a service provider issue as Vodafone allow WiFi calling on their p30 lite

    Trying to talk to @O2 is becoming more and more painful. Please help me I can’t keep repeating the issues - my mum just needs someone to get her into her account and cancel the contract now. We can’t take the stress anymore
