@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

Honestly @O2 , needing to receive a physical sim (and all the wastage that means like the sim itself, packaging, postage, etc) to be able to get an esim is utterly ridiculous. Why not issue an esim straight off?

@O2 customer service is beyond diabolical. We've spent the best part of 3.5hrs today trying to update card details. Passed from pillar to post. Dealt with by employees who talk to you like s**t. Safe to say we have cancelled and going to another provider!!! DON'T USE O2!!!!!!
