    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @mister___ran @O2 They are absoultely appalling ive been with them for 21 years and recently cannot get a stable signal. Rang and rang only to be fobbed off everytime. One handler even said its cos my signal is for an iPhone and im on Samsung lol. December cant come soon enough time to get rid

    @O2 Yes, to go to a store. Which isnt close. And would have to go out of way to go there. They of course are unable to confirm if they will have the same issue. For confirmation, there is absolutely no issue with any of my cards (I have tried 4 so far). It's ridiculous.

    Since i updated my fone to the @Apple iphone 17 pro i genuinely think my fone and signal has been worse since i upgraded, weird? @O2 #apple #iphone

    @lynne_lil_devil @O2 I had 3 calls before being told they can't do anything and that I need to go into a shop. Went in and they had no idea this was even a problem and refered me back to the phone. Missed a call from them on Sunday and have yet to get a call back. It's been an issue for like a month.

    @O2 can you tell me why there is a “floating bill? Never heard nothing like it. Customer service (wherever it is) know absolutely nothing. Time to change contract 😡
