@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

  • nic_d
Nicola David (@nic_d) reported from Sharow, England

@O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

@O2 Can someone in the UK explain your renewal pricing? We’re an O2 Business customer. We have a written renewal offer, but your telephone team is quoting completely different prices and says prices change monthly. We’ve now had to raise a formal complaint. Please explain

    Liesl_ (@_lliesl_) reported

@joshjeram @O2 @davehpayne Brilliant. Now they are spamming me with calls, presumably cos I said I was leaving. Not good enough O2 I can't face another call with someone who I can't understand bullshitting me. I left Now for the same issue. Overpriced and poor service

  • arsenism123
    Arsènism (@arsenism123) reported

@TakeThatClouds @O2 Google did a similar stunt recently: My phone is missing, and I need to use "Find my device" in another device. I have provided my email id and password. Only way they will allow me login to the phone is via - A notification, or SMS, call, email(can't login) to the missing phone.

  • bigfdpgaming
    Furanku (@bigfdpgaming) reported

The 5G signal on @O2 is so terrible man, barely ever works or loads, had this issue on both iPhone and Samsung, getting rather annoying

  • TakeThatClouds
    Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported

@O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.

  • BabyfaceLau
    Lauren Turner (@BabyfaceLau) reported

Anyone else’s signal been absolute 💩 on @o2 recently?!

  • TakeThatClouds
    Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported

How daft is @O2 customer services? "I need a new eSIM for my replacement phone" "OK, to verify your identity we need to text a code to the phone number linked to your account." "But that's the phone that isn't working. That's why I need a SIM." "Sorry sir, I cannot help you."

  • _lliesl_
    Liesl_ (@_lliesl_) reported

@jmellling1895 @O2 @davehpayne That's very interesting. I have had problems for months with the O2 app, periodically not letting me log in. Won't let me upgrade my tariff. When I tried to submit a complaint it failed Call centre suggesting I was the problem. I'm leaving them now. I have had enough.

  • jroberts1981
    Jamie Roberts (@jroberts1981) reported

@SteveJoyce14 @O2 @TheGillsFC I'm on O2 and the signal in Gillingham is shocking

  • parriso56
    Otis Parris (@parriso56) reported

@O2 Looking at the Network map what is good is rather subjective. Two bars isn’t good. Be honest and say the postcodes where you say it’s good just isn’t for data. The entire corridor running from Alwoodley- Chapletown is poor and towards St James’s is poor and has always been. Maybe it’s just geography
