    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    I’ve never really had fraud issues before but in the last year or so it’s happened twice with @O2. The first time they were great and sorted it out ASAP, this time it’s been just plain awful. Anyone had similar issues?

    @O2 I'm a customer with a wifi issue. Wasted 1.5 hours on your live chat only to be told to call 202 to speak to a "guru". Tried calling 4 times and each tine you claim you'll put me through to someone and then cutme off. Is this what you call customer service?!

    @O2 appalling customer service just now, upgraded plan last night and today - phone doesn’t work without wifi - thanks O2 when i phoned 202 and asked for help the guy says it takes 24 hours & puts the phone down . Well last night before O2 plan switch my phone worked well
