    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @O2 This why I'm angry. You slso se d a defective Samsung Laptop, thsat never worked, I've tried weverything.THen, When I contact someone for it to be trjutuerned in the cool off period, no-one gets back to me to arrange. I WILL NOT be stuck with a crap laptop that DOESNT work!

    @55in2020 @O2 Big companies need to make big profits we get that … big companies usually cut costs by having call centres who are only interested in sales and not customer service, we definitely get that. Great to hear that @TheO2 have an employee who’s took the time to listen.

    @O2 Shocked with the service I’ve received. Cancelled my sim only during the cooling off period, continue to receive bills and chasers. Contact via live chat to be told everything is okay and cancelled yet still getting bills. Contact again and am told i need to call help please?

    @O2 Day 133 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 what's going on with the network, been pretty much no signal for 10 days BB9 and next update on 8th April. Will I get a refund for this month? Whole family uses O2 and have young children that may need to contact in an emergency but are unable to #nosignal

    Fraud case raised in November, raised 3 times, told it would be 30 days, 8 emails, 3 letters of complaint, many, many phone calls. @o2 still “not” written to confirm what’s happening..over 15 horrific letters threatening him. @o2 make contact and sort this please.
