    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @DPDgroup_news I was in when delivery person came to drop off my new @O2 iphone and they didn't ring the bell or knock. Having to wait until Tuesday for my new iphone is not on. Also customer service has ended live chat several times after waiting ages to connect.

    Brilliant customer service from @O2 today - speedily tried to intercept an item briefly out for delivery in the wrong part of the country, succeeded(!), and proactively suggested a deal to lower my bill each month 👏

    @O2 customer service needs to improve. I’ve been told 2 days in a row I will receive a phone call in 24 hours and now being advised I now have to wait 48 hours for another call back which I probably also won’t receive. Please do better

    @O2 I have a iPhone mini 12, I had “live web chat” and they removed and redeployed an add on to allow uk tariffs in Europe-which fixed my issues

    Wait, so not only does @O2 not support eSim Quick Transfer, they’ve also run out of ‘stock’ of eSims because they only do physical printed versions. Maybe someone should tell them what the ‘e’ is supposed to stand for in eSim. Would providing an esim pack via pdf be that hard?
