    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @O2 featured on @BBCWatchdog I am another ‘non’ customer who is having their fraud report ignored and threatening letters sent. Credit rating being destroyed. House move put on hold due to it! Thanks O2 😡

    @O2 Have only been in the contract for 6 months already airtime plan has now increased by £14 . You keep saying it’s to help with technology. How come coverage in my area has not improved at all in the 15 years we have been here? Rip off Britain yet again

    @O2 Thanks, I don't have WiFi calling option even though my device is supposedly supported I guess because it's not running O2 firmware. The local phone mast is constantly down that's the problem. Fix it once and for all please

    @O2 Hi, I've recently migrated my partners number into my new contract that I got from virgin but it's not showing up on the my o2 app and trying to sign in with my partners number is saying the account is not validated. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

    Complained to @VodafoneUK yesterday about not being allowed to upgrade, got a smart arse response that "if you fail our credit check, you'll fail everyone's". @O2 are delivering my new phone today, bye bye Voda wankers!

    @O2 @simonsanders1 But you don’t resolve it! That is the issue. 4weeks later and no one has even looked at my fraud. Because I am not a customer no one cares. All you do is send threatening letters 😡😡

    @O2 From Saturday morning until Tuesday morning I had no calls or internet. Will I be compensated accordingly and have a 10% discount on my next bill as 3 days is 10% of the month without the service I paid for?
