    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @O2 My network connection has been **** for days now. I can’t even check the local network status because surprise surprise it requires network to access. What am I even paying for at this point? Do I get a discount for being on 3G all the time? Since it may as well be 0g?

    You’ve really let me down this week @O2 My signal in Blackpool has been terrible. Completely nothing at times. And other times virtually unusable. It’s the last straw. Been with you for nearly 20 years. This will be my last contract. @ee has 5G in places here.

    @O2 None of which solve my network issue that it is slowly diminishing and getting worse. is there a whole revamping going on at once as that would make some sense? but I’d expect my network to improve exponentially in the 10yrs I’ve had it but feel it’s peeked and declining.

    @O2 are your masts over subscribed? Most of the time 4G is so slow but flip to 3G and it’s fine. Signal is perfect on full base so it’s not that? Also I’m not the only person who seems to have this issue.

    @O2 just been cut off by your supervisor AMIT in live chat - tel number xxxxxxxxxxx is not working on greece- you said you'd deal with it in 5 days. My daughter is travelling ALONE using this number - this was explained - this situation is unacceptable and irresponsible on your part.

    @TheO2 @O2 Hi, I’ve been trying to sign into the venue app so I can access my concert tickets but cannot do so. I already have an AXS login but the sign in button won’t work for me. Am I not able to just use the AXS app and the AXS Mobile ID within the AXS app? Please advise.
