  @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

  @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

  Absolutely disgraceful service from @O2 Am trying to sort out issue with my contract over the phone and they hang up the call. I will be cancelling my Direct Debit so they can't take any more payments. And I will be buying a SIM only deal from another provider.

  @O2 I'm sick and tired of this wild goose chase. People of the linwood area are getting fed up. More than happy to take my money and not provide the service that you would think is standard. A Mass is down as been for over a year but somehow its still my fault.

  Had my phone stolen last Tuesday and a whole week later I am still without service because @O2 keep messing it up. Replacement handset arrived Sat and have spent over an hour a day since on the phone to them to get signal back to no avail. Feel completely and utterly let down

  So @O2 sell me SIM only deal with 12 month subscription to Amazon Prime Video. Discovered today the link they sent me was for paid subscription, not free one?! So that's why Amazon have been taking credit out of my account. And now problems setting up another subscription 😠

  @O2 - when phoning people asking why they're leaving your network, it may not help your cause if you hang up abruptly as you don't like the answers you're getting...
