@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

@O2 Losing the will to live with new O2 sim. Every single card I've got declined for £10 top up via web or phone. About to give up and try vodafone. Very poor indeed.

@O2 I don’t have either of those. I’ll go into the O2 shop and have a moan in there. No point in calling CS as they’re in South Africa and have no idea what network congestion is or means. And I haven’t got 45 mins + to sit in the queue.
