    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @O2 Why do you feel it is ok to install an esim for a disabled person with mobility issues then deactivate it the next day with no warning or help? You also promised refunds for lost services.. simply to charge me more than usual. Disgusting customer care and support!

    Here's my best tech tip, at whatever cost avoid @O2 as a phone carrier, I've worked closely and don't have any faith in them as reliable service. Customer care won't answer and messed up a handset of a family member by assigning a number that wasn't asked for.
