    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    Today I received a txt stating my rolling plan had been cancelled and I was put on a PAYG tariff.This is so unprofessional, to change a customers plan without basic communication on WHY?if a card expires O2 should tell customer not change tariff, WTF O2 @O2

    @O2 I have 3 mobile lines alongside volt package @VirginMedia broadband and an open complaint about contract rates. Your app is quoting me much more than what I currently pay! With Volt double data, I only need a low base plan. Please DM me to sort a fair deal.

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

    When did @O2 customer service become SO ******* BAD?! It won't let me remove a Bolt-On on the app or website. I can't speak to anyone on the phone (fully automated bollocks). The webchat leads me back to the app & phone number. 🤬 So ******* annoyed with this shite.
