@O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

@O2 signal and data network issues for 3 months. No I have no signal and no data. Spoken to someone on the phone this morning who rudely put the phone down on me after I said I was unhappy to wait 3 days for someone to contact me, as I’m paying for a service that isn’t working!!!

@iD_Mobile_UK I left after my contact finished in August and joined @O2 and you provided a pac number, and they somehow managed to fail to port the number over. Now the pac code has expired, how do I get a new one. I can only apologise on their behalf

I don’t even know how @O2 are still in business. I’ve never had a good customer service experience with them. I can confidently say that over having 3 contracts with them that I will not be taking out another even if they’re the last network provider in the UK. Disgraceful.

@discobunny @O2 @discobunny O2 does have a call centre down over in South Africa. 🇿🇦but my advice is if you ever get a call from O2 they will not ask for your password or send any codes to your phone. If you feel that you are not talking to an O2 advisor you can end the phone and ring on 202
