    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @O2 The problem is that O2 coverage in Bristol is generally really bad, it’s not a temporary issue or something that can be fixed, I’ve been studying here for over 2 years now and the problem has been constant.

    @O2 you should employ another delivery firm as @DPDgroup_news are useless and don’t even knock on the door, simply drive off and say ‘nobody was in’. We are in lockdown FFS and a house full of people! Disgraceful service. Won’t be ordering again.

    @O2 @DPDgroup_news We paid extra specifically for a delivery today as it’s a very important purchase. They didn’t even knock on our door, simply drove away as they could not be bothered. They have therefore delayed it to tomorrow which causes us major issues. You should take your business elsewhere

    Absolutely piss poor from @O2! Pay insurance at £8 ish a month £70 next day replacement to get a phone that’s worse than the one I broke. Call customer service and got hung up on 3 times! Wasted an hour half of my afternoon 1/3

    @ruskin147 @O2 Thousands of people all trying to connect to the cell site, not really surprising you get connection problems but the mobile companies know what the demand will be like so should be able to meet that in these high profile events

    @O2 your service is getting worse by the week. Permanently no signal- im meant to be on 5G - for the past 6 months im lucky to make a call. Spend most of my time hooking onto wifi. Terrible service
