    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @O2 we’re having issues with our O2 signal NN15 area, unable to make calls, when we do they cut off, we are self employed & need our mobiles for work, we have tried turning everything off etc as you have suggested to others but it’s not working. Need this resolved asap please

    @Chriswa19691781 @O2 That’s not the only thing that can’t be done with O2 at the moment! Are you able to pay your bills on the app or website? I’m not and quite a few others aren’t either. There is something broken on their end and no one is looking into it

    @O2 when is your priority app going to be working? It’s been over a week and nothing and can’t login. I call Customer services and waste of time as they can’t help. Awful service
