    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    To make matters worse, @O2 complaint handler sent me a letter completely misinterpreting what I said, and has now thrown her out of office on, so I have no single point of escalation to get this resolved, and have to go all the way back to the call centre to get this sorted

    @O2 the biggest scam artists the mobile world has seen. So disgusted with your service and the way you have handled my complaint case - twisting my words to suit your own outcome. Been with them for almost 15 years and have never once seen this kind of treatment from them.

    @O2 You sent out a 5g sim so in theory just a change. I have received a code on old sim and input to Web site. New sim in phone for about 2 hours. No service at present.
