    @O2 I can't access my online account and it's not because I'm too stupid to use the right login and password. Called O2 4 Jan, they said they'd open an investigation, nothing happened. Spent 1.5 hours on chat today, nothing resolved. 1/2

    @O2 2/2 Operators don't listen & assume they know what the problem is even when you tell them it's not. Then they treat you like an idiot. They just thought it was because I was too dumb to enter the right password. I'm very unhappy and you're in breach of GDPR!

    Is no longer a possibility to the store as they have changed systems. I was advised to call customer services. I did this, to be told if purchased in store with @o2 I could only return in the same store. I told him I'd been in but he was adamant it was impossible any other way

    @O2 I have ordered a monthly SIM and phone package but I received a “something went wrong” error before it went through. I was unable to ring customer services as the lines closed at 9 but am I able to still process my order in time for next working day?

    @O2 No signal in my area today and tomorrow. Only had to call and confirm that there is work going on. No heads up to customers on outage!! Pathetic customer care!! #disappointed

    @O2 Why does o2 keep calling me saying they really need to spk to me, when I can see online that my acct is fine, & then they’re REALLY rude when I say it’s not a good time. I ask what it’s about & they just say they can’t tell me, they end with a sarcastic comment & hang up 😳
