@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 O2 have no customer service skills what so ever, ive made numerous phones calls, just getting passed from pillar to post. They have no closed down an account from years ago which is now preventing my chances of getting a mortgage. Nobody gives you the time of day or wants to help

I've experienced the WORST customer service from @O2 in the last two weeks. Nothing but confusion and headaches. Totally regret extending my contract
