@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

I've had no luck with @O2 customer services so I thought I'd try this instead... I left O2 in December/Jan this year and Paid my account balance in full...so why do I still have £6 a month being taken from my bank account? I can't seem to stop this payment either. Needless to say

@O2 They said they was doing a promotion and reduced my monthly payment by 33%, the next day I received an iPhone 12 pro max on a £26 monthly deal, then they called me to return the phone after I had already spoken to customer services, here is the number 02032565581 Erik on ext 4007
