    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 I have been a customer of yours for decades. But I am seriously considering moving after this mornings farce with the priority app. Had it loaded ready to buy much heralded tickets only to be thrown minutes before sale and then unable to get back on. Bloody rubbish.

    @O2 Worst PR possible for one of the biggest communications company in the UK/Europe. A lot of 1st time users of Priority App no doubt. Surely your networks are capable of handling huge traffic/demand, knowing that Peter Kays return, is a BIG deal ?????
