    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    Been on the 02 app since 8:45 for Peter Kay tickets, crashes at 9 and kicks me out, app down and website as well. Phone bills extortionate, signals **** and customer service is even worse @O2 cheers

    @O2 It’s really poor, it’s not difficult to have guessed that you’d have a spike in use of the app/site for it. So really shocked that you’ve not got things in place to deal with it and allow your customers access.
