    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 Speaking as an RF design engineer, I can't see any technical reason for the sim to change so it must be a business issue

    @O2 Day 80 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    So I’ve posted on Reddit about @O2 & the consensus is the network is rubbish so I’ll ask the same here. I cannot use data in Croydon area, Banstead, & around @SpursStadium . Anyone else struggle to get data on o2 ? I find it unusable

    @O2 What's the point of o2 priority if it goes down everytime cos it can't handle the volume. It's not really a perk if you can't use it. You should be banned as a presale supplier cos you just can't handle the volumes

    @dextofficial @O2 OK guys, but nobody is actually taking ownership and helping me. In simple terms, the username and password is accepted - a pop-up appears for me to enter a code sent via text message - this code is not received by me. Who needs to fix what?

    @virginmedia I switched to my new @O2 SIM on Tuesday, but my old number has still not migrated across. @virginmedia had my PAC code on Saturday and said it would be automatic. Can anyone help?
