@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Even just narrow it down for the most recent one 01213140537 called today asking for my mother, who again has only ever been associated with this number via bill payments. The number has a negative mark against it on who called. How do they have this information if not via O2?

@O2 The really, really important thing about a phone is the service. At Silverstone on the 12th it was merely inadequate. Only worked during races. On 29 Aug Moto GP races it was non existent.

hi @O2 waiting for a call from Network support RE Apple Watch that won’t connect to data plan. Been waiting all week to be told appt made today to call me. Now 9pm and no call and had Apple Watch 2 weeks unable to use. Can u advise?
