Osc. - ✌ (@_OfficialOsc) reported from Newhaven, England@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.
-
Stéphanie C (@Stephke_C) reported from Newhaven, England@gemma_thomas @TheVampaGirl @O2 No, i did last time but got nothing back. Roaming should be included in Europe still, how much is “too much”? So rude. Ive been with them like 16 years or something.🙄

-
RichardAngell (@Groundhopperno1) reported@O2 hi O2 can you help me with an issue on my account? 3 lines customer for over 20 years and I’m struggling to get the loyalty discount and also the local 5g mast has been out of action since December and I’ve been paying for an airtime contract that hasn’t given me a service
-
Tony McGarahan (@tonymcgarahan) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone What a rude response when they have reached out to try and help. Not a gentlemen. And not a officer 's reppnse. Arrogant and entitled. Why post your original message?
-
Fiona Mountford (@FionaLondonarts) reported@O2 SIX DAYS for a reply to my messsage! I do feel valued as a customer... This simply confirms my decision to leave O2 for a proper grown-up network. Woeful service all round.
-
Simon Denye (@simondenye) reported@VodafoneUK very poor customer service. Transferring my account from corporate ownership to personal still not sorted after 4 months and taking money off me in clear breach of banking regulations and the DD rules #FCA #@EE #@O2
-
Marne Blair (@MarneBlair) reported@RobertGCurrie @O2 @EE is the same in Carlisle now. Signal is shocking
-
Umm...nope (@Ummnope7) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's not the government's job to help you choose a decent mobile phone service. You're a grown man. You can make your own consumer choices, whether they be sensible or stupid.
-
Ian Judd (@Marooned_Sailor) reported@O2 Did some research and as suspected you never actually rolled mmwave out…. Feels like some false advertising @Ofcom what are you doing? Where are all the speeds promised 6 years ago… yet again a weak uk regulator in the pockets of those its supposed to be holding to account
-
Chris (@Chris94501165) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
