@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

The @O2 customer service is appalling. Not been able to receive calls. Still awaiting a resolution after 2 weeks - and it's me chasing them. If you're out of contract soon, do yourself a favour and avoid this network like the plague.

@O2 Problem with my phone. Went 2 an o2 shop only 2 b told I have 2 put my name down & they will call me when its my turn. 90 mins later, I was still 3rd in that queue. They told me 2 call customer services instead. Nearly 20 mins on hold so far. my o2 app rarely connects either!
