    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 Day 139 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Try logging into O2 priority app on mobile browser and desktop. Shows an error everytime. But when I log in via the app it is working fine. Everytime I enter the code it shows an error. Please fix this asap or I may think about switching.

    @O2 send a DM if you need help, that’s a joke - like the whole of O2, shame I have to leave you due to your absolutely useless customer service. I message and get zero help. I go on the helpline, they don’t have a clue..

    @O2 Well a quick Twitter search suggests this is the usual. I can’t sit here all night, this is beyond a joke. I don’t understand why the first person who answered couldn’t help, given that I’d already told the automated bot the purpose of my call. 😣🤯

    @O2 Quite frankly the worst customer service ever! I have been on the phone for about 7 hrs in total today, keep getting cut off, not called back. Keep running credit checks which are now being declined cos your awful systems keep messing up!!! Shocking!
