@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Why not do this openly so everybody can know how effective your response is? For a start, maybe you can explain why I couldn't get through to your Customer Service Line for over 150minutes between 4pm and 6.30pm yesterday? This seems a common occurence?
