@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

. @O2 so nobody again dealt with my complaint. I called to actually find out no formal complaint had been raised. No one could answer why I hadn’t been contacted by the 4 previous managers that should have called me. A formal complaint was logged and yet again no response!!!!

Hiya @O2 #O2Priority has completely stopped working for me and I can’t claim an odeon cinema code, for the second week in a row. Last week when it finally came back all the tickets were out of stock somehow. Please fix this nonsense.

All done. Switched from @ThreeUK to @O2 after ten years as Three can't tell me when the signal issues will be fixed. New sim should arrive this week, until then send a carrier pigeon if you need to reach me!

After a week of trying to find out where my dhl parcel is one relatively short wait on the @O2 customer service line and i finally got throigh to a helpful person who eventually found out my oackage is lost!! Honestly DHL are one of the worst couriers iv experienced 🙄

Pretty bad customer service by @O2. Upgraded to the #TeamPixel 7 Pro after being told I could get a free Pixel watch if I did. Then told after the sale that I didn't purchase it within the promo period so I can't get it! Staff in the shop unwilling to help.
