@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 3/3 responded either. Your avoidance of the issues I have with your company by ignoring my emails, calls and messages on the app speaks volumes. Simply unacceptable. I hope to leave this company as soon as possible.

@O2 Thanks but I’ve had a mobile for 30 years so know how it works and all the tricks .. I’m turning my phone off and on again daily, and turning data off and on again … full signal bars and 4g and it still barely loads anything … it says 3g more than 4g these days

@alanwalters6 @O2 @jammergilmore Was in Bristol myself this weekend, the mast in the area is down. Apparently it'll be sorted by September 9th. I'm in Newport today, similar issues. But then, what's new as I always get signal issues in the city centre and nearby parks.

@O2 This is of no help. The checker says it is working fine. It is not. No signal whatsoever on any o2 device. This really is rubbish.

@O2 Dear o2. Will you ever do anything to improve the service on top of shooters hill (SE18) or do we need to leave you for a competitor? No reception whatsoever at my parents house which is absolutely rubbish.

@O2 Hi, I've tried the network checker and there is a problem it says, however places I visit I still have the same problem. I've checked the status of those and it says the networks is busy to find WiFi- really?

@jammergilmore @O2 Also, because o2 and Virgin merged. O2 are moving Virgin customers over from Vodafone (who they shared with) to O2. So, expect the network to be throttled everywhere. Really should have increased capacity first.
