@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 @O2 + I was asked for the card number of my account of which I declined to share. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I WANT MY £151.00 BACK IMMEDIATELY AS TOLD BY O2. THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS TO GO BACK ON YOUR WORD IN GOOD FAITH.

@O2 do you have any masts at all anywhere across the country. I just love looking at the 5G in the corner and getting no signal whatsoever. The end of my contract could not come quick enough!

@JessicaCBarrow @O2 Hi, I am sure o2 have issues with their network, if you don’t feel satisfied with the response from o2 maybe retweet your complaint using BBCWatchdog and Which magazine tags. I fed up with o2 network and customer service. Need to get something done
