    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    Changed from EE to o2 because EE couldn't do a new deal on my s21 Ultra. Going with o2 was the biggest mistake ever....the signal coverage is shocking its so bad!! EE is far better but what can I do 😭 @o2 @EE

    @O2 Its been a week since ive launched my issue and I still don't have a phone with a contract. My O2 app doesn't work so I can't use the messaging service and I can't have a conversation with someone without them having to consult their superiors. How hard it is to just undo.
