    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 do you intentionally forget to process refunds or is it company procedure to wait a month until the customer complains? Manual refund has been advised but “internal customer service line is down” #livingthedream

    @BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Great! Just a mere drop in the bucket for those who see their energy, food and petrol bills sky-rocketing. How can you know how to have to count every penny? You never pay for anything including refurbishing of your London flat. How lucky is that and no investigation.
