@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

Hi @O2 @MarkEvansO2 @Ofcom Anyone able to give advice. An elderly family member is getting letters/bills sent to her (not in her name) as an account has been set up at her address. Clearly someone has set up a contract fraudulently - she’s not an O2 customer herself…(Cont)

@O2 hey O2. Just joined , received my SIM card - put it in phone and the 4g is absolute rubbish. Call 202 to be advised there is a problem with a mast !? I just moved from EE which worked great and now I feel quite cheated

@O2 I paid my bill last month when my bill was £75.80 and it put it in my Air time section I thought It would go and change to my phone plan but it didn't it showed my bill is overdue. Which has never happened till now. I'm now scared...

@O2 my number has ported over from Vodafone but my iMessage is still not working. I’ve reset my phone, changed the number in the settings but still says Activation Unsuccessful.
