    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 awful customer services, argumentative and useless call centre, managers incapable of returning phonecalls. Only been waiting since last monday, then Saturday but possibly sunday and now maybe someone will call you within 48hrs or maybe not. 🤔 #o2 #unimpressed

    @O2 went into your @TweetBluewater store with ID as son is in intensive care, told to call customer services and you will send bailiffs if I cancel direct debit! Disgusting attitude from staff and no help! Didn't even ask for my sons details!! Please share to all

    I've had enough now of @O2 can't even open up a webpage on my mobile as network is down again. So they compensate, so they *****. However they are on your case before your bill is due to get their money. They are a joke and the customer service is a disgrace #o2

    @O2 absolutely furious with the appalling service I’ve received for the past 3 months now. Constant lies from customer service and just been cut off yet again. No reply from my two complaint emails either. Sort this out!!!
