    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 hi - wow finally! I cannot seem to get through to any customer services at all. I ordered a new pay monthly sim on the 29th of November. The order is showing as 'complete' on my O2 however we have not gotten the delivery at all. I do not want to be charged for this!

    @O2 Now over 4hrs, and I checked all the self support stuff when I first contacted. I have a vulnerable 82yo father and the emergency support staff cannot contact me.

    @O2 It isn’t a network issue my contract has been set up incorrectly and my phone number is dialling as invalid when anyone calls, now been without signal or data for 4 days.

    @tezvalli @O2 Glad I listened to you. Porting not even booked for today and wouldn’t have gone through unless I phoned. Raised complaint as won’t port until tomorrow now! Also complained about these useless ignorant b******s on Twitter.

    @O2 moved from EE, phone number now transferred so can use my new sim only to find out I only get 3G around where I live although network checker says good 4g inside and outside. What’s going on?? This is useless to me if it’s this bad.

    @O2 We have now been without phone signal for 10 days now due to storm Arwen. As business customers for over 14 years we are shocked that o2 has not contacted anyone to say what is being done about this. Surely o2 customers would be due compensation as unable to use phones.
