    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 any Chance you can help, My direct debit for some reason will not go through, and is now overdue, the app is showing an error and every time I call I get told by a Human “were experiencing an error please call back in 24-48 hours” and the line is cut off?!

    @virginmedia @O2 I suggest we resolve this issue today, otherwise I will just go ahead with the delayed installation and then cancel as soon as I’m connected under my consumer rights - thus wasting your time and money.

    @O2 I’m in Austria connected to a 3G network with mobile data on, but my phone tells me I cannot access data. Can you explain? I understand roaming in the EU is included in my tariff.

    Seriously @o2, I'm in the middle of Southampton and usually get 5G signal. Why is my data saying I'm on E? Oooh, just updated to H+ Just fix your appalling service without giving my any crap excuses for a change.

    @O2 absolutely terrible company, would not let me reduce my tariff (out of contract) to a more suitable cheaper tariff, would have made me cancel my current tariff and get new sim with cheaper one, then transfer my old number over. Nice user experience 🙄

    @virginmedia @O2 Please sort out the issues with your lower speed services before these claims, we have had issues with intermittent connection and really slow speed for over a year and still not resolved!!!
