@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Hey O2, thanks for being prompt for sending out a jiffy bag, to poss repair the battery on my Samsung, that is 4 months old! On the phone said they said it could take 10 day to fix, strange you let your customers face with no phone! Im sure you'll still charge for these days!

There is an issue with a mobile mast near me that affects all networks & it’s had issues since January & it’s still not fixed! @O2 say “ordered a part” multiple times but never gets installed & @ThreeUK just say “we’re working in this area to fix a mast” It’s been 5 months!

@O2 Been a customer for over 10 years, I've always found it suitable but in the last couple of days... customer service have been extremely unhelpful and have not resolved my issue despite 5 phone calls! Think I'll need to be looking elsewhere.

@O2 I have never laughed so hard this year until I heard O2’s stupid, ridiculous and crazy commercial about CO2. We get it, but man, that commercial is just CRINGY. Whoever thought about needs to be sacked! The lady also sounded like from the 70’s selling toilet brushes. Eww!
