@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 Spent the entire day being messed around over a PAYG data issue, latest quick transfer "because I'm disabled" has gone to somebody who can't help. Now victimisation I am getting really upset now over how I am being treated. I have been an O2 customer with various No's over 20yrs

@O2 Customer services are now infering that I am stupid to understand how watching RPDR used my data. Defrauded me and tried to push me into a annual contract. I am disabled and need my service been a customer over 12 years. Nice way to treat me. #Fraud #TradingStandards
