@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 @O2 it’s still not working (4 days now). I have no link to activate it so don’t think the issue is with popularity. Cust Serv says I should get a text with a link. It has said 29 days to activate on app since Monday and hasn’t changed.
