@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 I can't make any calls on either my personal or work phone here in Belfast. I don't have a landline so I'm really frustrated!! Your site says no issues or works being done .. so why can't I get a signal? I need to make and receive calls for work!

Fraud? My (pensioner) mum keeps being sent default letters to her address to someone who has never lived there. I’ve tried getting through on the phone, only to be cut off after 22 mins on hold. Grrrr. #terriblecustomerservice @O2
