  • mike_rigg Mike Rigg (@mike_rigg) reported

Today I found out it was easier to escape the gravitational forces of a black hole than it is to cancel a one month phone contract with @O2 . I could go on but a web chat lasting two hours and three consultants was the single biggest waste of my time in my 61 years. Avoid.

  • EwanEaston Ewan Easton (@EwanEaston) reported

@geordiebe @O2 Thinking of changing network as it’s getting worse and worse. Use to be a really good network as well but I’m guessing when they took on Tesco and other networks it’s to much for them

  • SPascoalLima Sandra Pascoal - Lima (@SPascoalLima) reported

@GorillaoJustice @O2 It's not just O2, we have been having the same issues with 3mobile. I am told it has to do with the weather.

  • rizla2k Frank Williams (@rizla2k) reported

@O2 Ahh thanks but that still doesn't help with my problem. The worse thing is I've been a customer for over a year now and pay £100 at least every month. Think a change of supplier is needed asap. #broadbanddeals please.
