@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 hi o2 last week I made an account and took out a 250g data sim only and the number I have been given is someone else’s when I tried to do a transfer of ownership, called up and customer services were useless and violated data protection many times on the call.

@O2 Ok so It’s still not working after a week. My cashback offer is due up in a few days. This isn’t good enough. It shouldn’t be this hard to download a bill. Are you going to reimburse my cashback? I have been with 02 for years but this is terrible customer service!

@O2 I get multiple phone calls from O2 every week, and I think most of them are scams. Made me so suspicious I think I even put the phone down on a real person who actually works at O2.
