    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @gemma_thomas @TheVampaGirl @O2 No, i did last time but got nothing back. Roaming should be included in Europe still, how much is “too much”? So rude. Ive been with them like 16 years or something.🙄

    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @AndyMeanie @O2 I would but I literally just upgraded and I cant really afford to pay off the whole contract right now. Bit **** when roaming is included and they knew I was going to be away.

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    Can someone explain to me what #smartphones are supposed to do? I’ve got 4G and 3 bars on @O2 network and yet satnav or banking app won’t work and as for actually speaking to another mobile!!!….don’t get me started on that…

    @O2 myself and my husband had to walk out of your Trafford Centre Manchester store today after the worst customer service, contracts paid out. Wanted to renew 2 of our 3 contracts but the service was so bad we left 😳

    @O2 I've tried but it still won't let me use my rewards as that's all I want to do is to use the rewards I have without having to set up several ID and keep trying to sign in, it was way simpler when I could just go into the app and redeem my rewards

    @O2 GET IT sorted now. Within two hours! Five days this has gone on for and your bull **** generic crap doesn’t cut it anymore. Will be taking this further and seriously reporting u as a company! Now get it sorted
