@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@o2 get the award for most annoying customer service .. app doesn’t let me do what I need and 202 automated helpline blocks any human contact and tells me to use the app .. just another level of stupid #o2

@O2 My signal has been very low on and off and today someone called and it went straight to voice mail. That’s the only issue I’ve had with calls and texts have been fine :)
