@O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 Worst ever experience within the past decade. Its been 13 days! Asked me to wait for 48 hrs 2 days ago and asked me wait another 48 hrs now. What’s going on @O2 ? I should chosen line from @ThreeUK instead. Please don't ask me DM the issue to get ignored as like before
