    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 Not getting any luck from your call centres at all, seems like I’m on the ‘staff who need more training’ line. Had internet issues in my area for weeks (literally like 300 kbps) reported it online but apparently there’s nothing wrong. Partner also has same issue.

    @O2 great experience moving providers…. One day into contract and want to cancel! Lying to me, bouncing about @O2 cust services, telling me nothings wrong.. being rude, no compensation #cancellingO2
