@O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

@O2 since joining O2 2 months ago, I regularly get spam texts. Didn't have this problem with Virgin in the 10 years that I was with them. Is this a common problem that all O2 customers deal with? I often report spam texts and block the numbers, but they just keep coming!

@O2 worst company that could exist. Charged me wrongly for roaming, in chat promised they will refund me 40£ and I just received my bill... wanna bet if they kept their promise. of course it it impossible to speak to an actual human unless you want to upgrade. Disgusting!

@RevRichardColes @O2 I’m with Vodafone and have resolved problems by similar means - they call “have you tried switching or off and on again?” A ‘live reboot’ - which at least preserves a bit of dignity: “I had to perform a live reboot” sounds so much more tech savvy ...

@O2 Well, clearly you’re not reading what I wrote - I do block them. They change numbers. Or are you saying I should never answer my phone? I’ve tried the texting CALL thing and it makes no difference.

@O2 i have been trying to resolve a payment issue with your company, and am currently not in the UK but someone keeps hanging up on me after I have explained my delima and been transferred! I'll not accept any consequence or liability as u make is so difficult for me to resolve.

@O2 hi, I am afraid my phone number has been compromised. Had a call from someone who says that I ‘called him earlier’ and he has proof. I made no calls & nothing in my call log. I am very concerned that my number has been hacked. Can you help?

been getting prank calls from an @O2 number. So Contacted O2 customer services to ask if they could contact their customer and ask them to stop. Nope, they can't be bothered, too lazy.
