    @AndyMeanie @O2 I would but I literally just upgraded and I cant really afford to pay off the whole contract right now. Bit **** when roaming is included and they knew I was going to be away.

    @O2 you really need to change your delivery partner I ordered a gift for my gf and paid 8 for an evening delivery slot between 1800 and 2200 and just rang and got an automated message saying the driver has been delayed and then they hang up where is my parcel

    @O2 Can you please help? I just upgraded, requested a sim swap, device still says “no service” but both devices old and new have all details/apps and can still message from both. What do i need to do? Can i wipe the old device? Remove sim?

    @gemma_thomas @TheVampaGirl @O2 No, i did last time but got nothing back. Roaming should be included in Europe still, how much is “too much”? So rude. Ive been with them like 16 years or something.🙄

    @O2 I have multiple times as per my tweet and the options don’t relate to making a payment and then when I choose ‘it’s something else’ it says only urgent issues such as lost or stolen phones via this option and terminates the call. Please advise.

    @Mattallwright can we start to have a look into the @O2 network - absolute garbage. Had a complaint goin from last March and still gettin the same excuses from them. Failed returned phone calls from so call managers who are telling me the same thing from last March.

    @O2 i need answers my 24month refresh contract officially expires in 9 days ive been treated like **** over those 24months so i do NOT want to renew but my device plan apparantly still has almost £350 left... am i going to be forced to renew on this god aweful overpriced tarrif??

    @O2 I am beyond disgusted by how appalling and unhelpful your customer service is. It never used to be this bad! Trying to speak to someone on the app and all I keep getting is repetitive useless responses that don’t help my problem! I’ve been waiting since Wed for a reply on here
