  @O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

  @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

  @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

  Still more AI drivel from @o2 instead of actual customer service, I will not deal with AI to sort out a problem of your making, advertise goods how your prepared to sell them don't try and flimflam customers or you'll end up losing them like you have in our case.

  @virginmedia @O2 I can only assume the reason I’m getting an IDF-12B error is because I’m now using a Sky connection rather than a Virgin one. Same computer, no VPN… Trying to get into my O2 account btw… which support line do I contact?

  Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡

  Sick of having NO signal via @Tescomobile and @O2 when friends on other networks have no issue 😡 #tescomobile May have to buy my way out of this contract at this rate. Any recommendations?
