@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

Hey @O2 how long is it normally between a new mast being erected and it being turned on and active? There’s a new mast gone up by my house (after Feb 2022) showing that it’s 5G but there’s no 5G in my area on the coverage map so it’s still not working yet. Thanks. James #O2 #O2UK

@O2 I can never get through to the online conversations? Every time it says that you’re currently too busy right now. No matter what time I try. I need to speak with someone regarding the service where I live, it’s an ongoing problem and I’m starting to get really frustrated

Honestly think 02 has the worst customer service team I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to deal with such a small issue over the phone turns into a 2 hour call getting passed around to over 12 people….and then they hang up!! Lord give me strength, glad I’m changing over @o2 @TheO2

@O2 2/2 Vodafone are saying they cant access it as port is done in full, no issues their end. o2 are saying they waiting on vodafone - they emailed 16/2 - I am stuck in the middle now with no text msgs for 4 days.. and no way to verify bank statements, chrome and apps such as uber.

@O2 after 4 months and much fobbing off, the phone signal in my house is still a joke. Have to go a mile away before someone can hear me speak. Sort the masts out in Swansea SA4 region. Was working perfectly until you made changes

@O2 a disgrace. 7 complaints on file. 2 tickets raised. and STILL nothing. since I l landed on the 9th January I have been going back and forth with your advisers and still no progress? as a company are not ashamed that your customer service is truly some BS?

@O2 Never in my life experienced such shocking customer service as I have with o2. On-going complaint that hasn't been resolved in over 4 months. Continually told that a manager will call me back within 24 hours but no one ever does. Worst provider imaginable!
