@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

@O2 👋 why for a sign up as a new customer do I have my phone line turned off, number ported over & 7 days later no physical SIM? A customer service who can’t figure how to authenticate without a SIM? do you specialise in bottom tier customer service and failed technicals? #crap

@O2 oh my goodness. Where is the customer service??? Can’t get to a human on the phone and live chat bot? pointless to someone that has left O2 and has a credit on their final bill that has not been refunded! How do I get my money?
