I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

Maenie (@Maenie) reported@RonnieStidolph @O2 I had 3 lines with them that had been transferred from Virgin. Moved them all to Lebara this month. Will save £50 a month for the next 6 months thanks to the @MoneySavingExp offer I joined Lebara with. Customer service when I left was a joke.
