According to @o2 customer care manager their staff regularly tell lies to customers and can’t resolve customer issues. Looks like a case for the ombudsman if you ask me

O2 signal at Gatwick Airport is the absolute worse. I never get 4G and reception to try and make calls is really patchy. Time to change network I think @O2

Getting harassment orders from @O2 & enforcement orders at MY address despite someone setting up an account in my name at an address I’ve never lived at & despite me reporting the identity theft & fraud to them & the police. Excellent ******* service eh?
