@RossUKRFC @O2 Been with @O2 20 years and no surprise box for me but signal lately has been horrific. Cornwall for a week could hardly get anything whilst friends we were with on Vodafone and EE were fine and festival the weekend couldn’t even send a text despite it saying I had 3 bars of 4G.

Appalling customer service from @O2 - now the third time I have got to resolve the same issue… numerous hours wasted trying to get through for it to repeat again the next month. Why is it so difficult?!

@RossUKRFC @O2 Lucky guy, been with o2 about 15 years, got nothing, poor signal coverage n now my contract is up its looking like i can get a better new deal away from o2 too
