@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

Beware: new 2023 #scam calls claiming to be from @O2 offering 40% discounts on your bill. They will ask you to “reconfirm” your email when you ask for the offer details to be emailed & hang up when you say you’re my mobile provider, you have my email.

@O2 @EnglandRugby Hi, I’m having trouble finding the tickets. You say you’ve held back 500 for priority customers but I am not seeing any. I just get directed to the same webpage that the normal tickets are released on and therefore cannot get 2 together.

How can cancelling a contract with @O2 be soo difficult? I have been trying to cancel a phone that was never collected since the 24th December. I have been told to speak to the O2 store and customer services. Nobody seems to be able to help. This is ridiculous.

@O2 hi I am in UK and changed my network from lebara to O2. After swapping I got a message that in the morning the number will be swapped. Now I am not getting any network in O2. Also the app is showing new number not my lebara number
