Kate Robertson (@KatePDPstu) reported from Tidworth, England@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!
-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported from Avebury, England@O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.
-

-
Steven (@synceduk) reportedHi, I have recently joined @O2 on PAYG and topped up and ported my number in. Why am I getting an error when trying to log in to Priority followed by a text message telling me to top up to continue enjoying Priority? I am a new customer.
-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedThrough a phone “system” and 3 operators who largely ignored our issue. We’re now on to the Complaints team at @o2. A disproportionate amount of effort to leave a contract they are not fulfilling, without being charged. As we can send a text or receive a call. @MartinSLewis
-
PeterW (@PeterW4tw) reported@DominyRichard @kokeshimum @O2 This, very much this. OFGEM should cross-reference mast plan objectors and those complaining about poor cell service, them name and shame
-
Scrumples 🇺🇦 💙🇪🇺 FBPE FBPA 3.5% European (@TheLynch10) reported@kokeshimum @O2 02 ia completely ****, my husband barely has any signal wherever we go in the UK. I have Vodafone, marginally better.

-
beijinggail (@sargeant_gail) reported@O2 Well you’ve taken 8 hrs to respond to this - absolutely appalling customer service!!!
-
Steve Dower (@zooba) reported@willmcgugan @O2 Doesn't sound any worse than any of the rest of them, tbh. Call their line to cancel your service, then tell them exactly what you need in order to not cancel and you'll probably get it. That line is the real customer service.
-
alaw mot (@SimonTa44447286) reportedWhats point of having an app if it doesnt work @O2
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reportedLet’s tell the tale of @O2 “Ultimate” package, supposedly its ultimate offer. I took O2 up on it and received precisely zero mobile data. I asked them to fix the problem. They assured me they would investigate and sort it out. What happened next? They cut my phone off completely. I have gone from having no mobile data to having no service at all. What on earth is O2 doing? This is not an “Ultimate” service. It is an ultimate shambles. Sort it out, O2.
