  @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

  @O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

  @O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

  @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

  @O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!

  I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

  @O2 I have been trying for about a fortnight to sort out a new SIM only contract and each time I am met with the attached. I've tried multiple cards, different browsers and I can't do anything. I can't log in and talk through the app as well because I'm not a customer.
