@ElaineJackson12 @O2 O2 is terrible, we’re with them too. I don’t get signal when I’m at home. Always missing calls etc as there’s no network 🥴 have to leave my phone in certain areas if I’m expecting a call. Annoying.

@O2 I'll be honest, that's a bit pitiful - your customers are paying a lot at the moment and will pay more next month and you can't say when we'll get the service we were promised when we signed up. Is there a telecoms ombudsman that might be able to answer what you can't?
