  @O2 You are offering 10gb of internet at an expensive price which is ridiculous Plus this internet doesn't work in 50% of places in London. Unfortunately I have internet with you because I was tempted by the mix with virgin broadband. I can't wait to leave you when my contract ends

  @NathFerguson @O2 I’ve never had an issue until the last 6m. Had an important call yesterday and spent 45mins having keep ringing each other back and half the convo I didn’t get because was crackling. I just don’t know who to go with now…

  @molly_ella_pups Be careful though M went to lock her sim now it’s thrown her out & she cant make or receive any calls & cant get through to @O2 to get a PUC code to fix it

  @O2 come on sort this out now this is 3rd day without a line on both of our phones due to poor customer service !!! How am I meant to work with no phone taking time off work unpaid because your fraud department won’t contact me utter shambles !!!

  @O2 hi.. just wanted to pass on thanks re your Exeter store yesterday.. superb customer service, very impressed and contrary to apple trying to charge me £350 plus vat, all I needed was a new SIM card.. can u pass on my thanks please to all the team. Alan
