Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported from Avebury, England@O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.
-
Kate Robertson (@KatePDPstu) reported from Tidworth, England@O2 making it impossible for people to talk to anything but a robot is NOT customer service. A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

Scott Saunders (@s7saunders) reported@O2 Yes checked , there is really poor signal in lists of places locally at the minute and it’s now just my phone . The major issue is the work location and then the drive in between when it’s almost unusable
-
Kimmy Murray (@KimmyMurray1982) reportedSo I sent my phone back to @O2 & surprise they said no fault. Had it back & surprise still faulty. Can someone please give me contact information of where to make a complaint regarding this?
-
🇬🇧 Andy🇬🇧 (@4peterborough) reported@O2 @Ofcom can you send me the link to make a complaint? @O2 refusing me the 14 day change your mind
-
🇬🇧Far Right UK🇬🇧 (@FRUK_Off) reported@britbane2024 @O2 If you’ve transferred your number from another network it could still be porting. If transferring to a new SIM (already on o2) try turning off/on. If it’s an e-SIM **** knows - that’s witchcraft.
-
MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported@O2 Thanks for your response. There are many customers who’ve complained about these same issues with the app since it’s been updated; a quick scroll through this topic shows numerous responses from yourselves to them. I ended up having to use a desktop and pay with PayPal.
-
Dee (@DeeOgunbiyi) reported@O2 It is absolutely unresolved and who marked it as resolved should be severely reprimanded. I raised a complaint (now two after this weekend). I *** promised a call back one week ago, and then today. Neither has happened so complaint mot resolved. So the whole matter is unresolved
-
MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported@O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.
