    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 paid a visit to your Preston store today for an E sim. They had issues setting up, now i know why. My fiance had a go when we got home. They have only given me an E sim pack. Registered to someone else thats still active. On a different number to mine GRPR? What GDPR?!

    I should add it's often not in the centre of London that I lose reception, so no big concrete buildings getting in the way. Sounds like a capacity issue so if @O2 could maybe look at ways of improving their service on that front please that would be great!

    @mrandrewdickson @O2 You have no interruption or anything blocking your signal on top of a mountain. It’s actually the best place for a reception sometimes. In London your so rounded by skyscrapers deflecting and blocking your connection

    Can someone please explain the science behind the fact there are loads of mobile phone masts in London yet I constantly lose reception there with @O2 yet when I'm at the top of a mountain in northern Scotland I usually have perfect 4G signal? I'm clearly missing something...

    @O2 could I have details on how to complain please? I raised various signal issues in North East #Leeds and nothing has change since 16th August, and not even received a “We’re still working to fix your issue” text recently.
