I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

A wifi dongle can not show you a text 4 digit pin. A ringing phobe unanswered is not helpful. Yes I want to leave . I bet is I said new contract you would take my call!

When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

When I'm there Ticketmaster sends me back to the Priority app to get tickets. I mean talk about keeping an idiot busy here but this does not get me tickets to BICEP. FML
