    @O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

    I have a 5G phone but the best signal I can get in my local area is H+. @O2 are there any plans to boost signal around rural areas or should I look to switch?

    @Fevtruckdriver @O2 I swapped to O2 and had some issues with number transfers! I called customer services pressed the option for emergency and the lady who dealt with me was bloody brilliant! don’t know if you’ve tried that yet?? 👍🤔🦆🦆🦆 The automated service is totally **** though! 😳

    @O2 That's not the issue, the issue is getting fobbed off no matter what number I press in the options or what I say to the automated voice. I got nowhere! Unless you go through the fraud team which I had too in the end after trying for 4 hrs! Not good customer service at all!

    @O2 why does your header say open till 10pm but trying to call cancellations says 8pm? Please don't insult me with one of your pre-prepared messages saying you're busier than usual. If you don't allow customers to cancel then you're in breach of the contract.

    @O2 come on #O2 I swapped back partly because last time I was with you your customer service was great.. now I can’t get through on 202 or get an online chat and even Twitter messages go silent for days! The PAC code was sent a week ago!! What is going on!!

    Can't believe new @SamsungUK phones don't take SD cards anymore. Wtf? As a content creator and editor it's imperative to have an SD card. @O2 what other top end android phones still take SD cards?

    @O2 I am now being told restriction has been removed but can be placed on again at any point due to extra charges on account? Advisor could not care less. So i need to call everyday for restriction to be removed. Great customer serv by O2 to loyal customers 👍 how do I escalate this?

    @itvMLshow Broadband/mobile network venture Volt = shambolic. Obliged by Virgin Media to pay more monthly for Volt whilst @O2 advised not eligible for Volt. I switched to o2 for that only. o2 in Bournemouth is also not as advertised (3G/4G max if lucky) Help! Ombudsman?
