-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported from Avebury, England@O2 It should not be on me and others to report every number. 5+ calls this morning all with 07802 prefixes. When i call back number does not exist. They spoof numbers too easily, reporting doesn't even dent the issue when they can change number to other non existent numbers at will.

Peter Alston (@paalston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better
-
Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?
-
purple jay💛💙💛💙 (@jayrodgerson) reported@O2 why is it so hard to do anything on your app. It's embarrassing that your app is so bad
-
HomoAntiquus (@FelisMortRes) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe the companies set their network for official population data, and real population number is waaay higher?
-
The Only Way is Ethics… (@F00LEDAGAIN) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did the last government prioritise over phone signals? The problem is not new
-
Sarah Leigh (@Sarahleighstevs) reported@O2 I emailed my complaint to you. You responded by asking me to complete the complaint form as the email is not monitored. I’ve completed the complaints form but it’s not working and there is a constant error message. Pretty much sums up your customer service!!!
-
Paul ▶️ (@customerchamp1) reportedWho remembers when @O2 customer service was good? Since the merger with the appalling @virginmedia it's been absolutely diabolical. Trying to help a vulnerable relative, been on hold for 45 minutes 🤮🤮🤮 to reset his password. Shameful.
-
Colwyn00 (@colwyn0077668) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE mobile networks have been **** for ages. we have agents out up and down the uk and difference contracts with different providers and over different handsets have all been garbage.
-
GingaGill💙👩🏻🎓😷 (@GingaGill) reported@SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 Yep…sadly the service has declined since the two companies merged. They blocked my account for weeks for ‘ security reasons’. ( I had changed pw & looking for new deals) No one seemed unable to unblock it. Took several phone calls/DM’s/ emails etc.

GabbyT (@Soddem_Hall) reported@likesretirement @TomTugendhat @O2 And we wonder why the Tory government never managed to fix anything! 🙄
