@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@AMP86793444 @O2 they can decline yes. The customer service rep who tried to put it through again said the reasons are kept confidential. It's slightly freaking me out in case I've been the victim of some sort of identity theft
