@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 eventually got my pac code after a long two weeks although all you get is a petty ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ leaving customers financially impacted with such a petty apology. Really unhappy with the service

Quite sad that you contact @O2 about network issues and how it doesn’t reflect their coverage map at all and their answer is simply “tough” all of our #Bracknell masts are all out of service indefinitely for upgrades that may or may not be happening.
