@O2 I am absolutely not going to go and find a Facebook profile that may or may not be o2! I barely feel safe discussing on x, but this is yet another limitation to add on top of the face you can’t contact o2 overnight when you have an urgent urgent problem that only they can fix!

@TomTugendhat @O2 They are all bad, and ofcom have allowed them to lie about their coverage. @EE claims good coverage in my area, which is very poor, but they believe their own maps more than reality. Go into any city centre in the north, and you’ll find more dark spots than a spotted ****

Genuinely @O2 must be stupidest network to exist. You call to tell them your phone is lost, and in the same breath they say they can only verify your identity via the phone that is lost.

2 years of very limited reception in my area. while I pay @O2 £300+ a month. The stress is affecting my health. Sent 18 screenshots, no response. Sam in complaints was dismissive, didn’t review calls, and offered 1 month credit. Disgusting treatment of a loyal customer.
