@O2 you really ought to know about #Neurodiversity your automated voice asking people to say in a few words what they are calling about totally EXCLUDES people on the #spectrum - visual processors. Best to give numbers for departments to include all types of customer. #inclusive

@O2 hi, question. I want to do a number change. The online help says to ring customer services but customer services says it’s only dealing with lost/ stolen phones or cancellations/new business, and everything else is online. What would you recommend?

@O2 the mobile signal is getting very unreliable and the call quality is terrible, with echoes, faintness and other interference. I find it hard to believe in 2021 a government can sabotage communications by reversing roaming. in a queue for a call centre when the line dropped

Do not get the Samsung flip!! Many people reporting the same problem with the screen and both @O2 and @SamsungMobile refuse to fix it. In 3month the phone has dropped to the value of £30 🙃

Shocking customer service from both @O2 & @virginmedia. Ordered a volte package on the 29th January which should have an 02 SIM card. This has not arrived, you contact virgin about it they say call o2. I have been transferred twice and no one seems to be able to help.
