@O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

@O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

@O2 My son had a low blood sugar event when he dropped his phone (which is used to measured his levels). He had it two days and insurance doesn't kick in until after 14 days. Your shop had no cases available. O2 can fix it for £70 (with a discount) but still not very happy

@O2 I have just spent half an hour being passed from one person to another and then cut off when I think I'd got through to who I need to speak to about my disputed bill. I've recorded this for my @Ofcom complaint.

It'd be really annoying if you could use @O2 priority due to the SMS code not arriving due to lack of signal... Yes I have WiFi, yes I'm annoyed. Yes so is my friend who is also trying to get tickets.

@O2 so I complain I struggle to get 4g everywhere.. I get a new sim … ( also have a new phone)… guess what? No 4g. Awful.
