    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted at the customer service, for the first time in nearly 20 years a customer. Monies has been taking from my account. X4 although I was told my card is not working. I was told I would recieve it in 24hours it has now been 3 days. I want answers asap.

    @O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

    @davepakey71 @O2 They are abysmal around Preston. Cannot get any signal at all whilst watching @pnefc yet both sons with different providers have no problem at all.

    I wish I'd never left @VodafoneUK after many years. @O2 data network connection has been terrible since I joined. Really unreliable data connection.

    @O2 So are you going to be refunding all those O2 customers in the Wigan area that have had issues for well over a week now? O2 network update says 31st August as an expected "fix" date. Dropped and missed calls, poor reception, bad service. Not what we're paying for. Sort it O2!

    @o2 have got to be the worst company for signal now it’s beyond a joke! You call them they say the mask in your arena leave the area same ****! It’s actually horrible we pay all this money can’t even listen to a song on Spotify with out it buffering! Worst I’m off

    @virginmedia @O2 They said they have no details of me on their system so can’t help unless I have an order number starting with MS but I didn’t receive any emails about o2 just my virgin contract

    @O2 It’s never happened before and after my phone call on Saturday was the first time I’ve ever ‘reset’ my data… My ave usage is 7ishGB.
