    @Gemma_Fox @O2 EE & especially Vodafone seemed to have decent coverage but the latter often lacking in deals, moved to 3 last year & coverage/speed is awful, only 2 months until I can switch again! Always have a look at MSE for decent deals.

    @O2 hi, my mum isn’t receiving text messages to her iPhone 11 from non iPhones, I’ve trouble shooted with Apple and it still isn’t working. Can you help? I’m o2 and my phone is fine but mum isn’t getting texts that aren’t iMessages 🤔

    @O2 am at post code Mk43 0, your network bandwidth is shocking. Signal OK but never data transfer. Any plans to fix? If not, how do I leave? Watch on a 3-year, phone on 30-day. Many thanks!

    FYI @O2, I suggest you consider using a service other than @dhlexpressuk, who, despite my three phone calls and their promises, have made absolutely no attempt at retrieving the phone they delivered to the wrong address last Friday.

    Not that give a **** @O2 just want to charge as much ad they can when they know people are really struggling and a mobile is many peoples only form of communication and access to internet. #O2ripoff

    @nataliemolson @O2 Because they are con artists that refuse to sort their problems out. False promises and lies. Especially to their long standing customers. Good luck with getting it sorted
