    @Battertron @O2 I would move to Vodafone if I were you. O2 has too many customers and their network can’t handle it. If you’re in the west of the U.K., O2 use Vodafone towers and Vodafone manage it.

    @O2 customer service wants looking at. Shouting at me when Im trying to explain to then that there's an issue with my account where I'm in a loophole where I'm unable to upgrade which o2 have acknowledged already but won't do anything about it. Can't even cancel my contract. Mugs

    @virginmedia I would happily self serve online, via a browser or app, as you incessantly encourage me to do, but when the page says “oops something went wrong, we’re unable to change your package online”, its very frustrating. @O2 will help you soon!
