    @O2 so just spend 1 h 15 min if my life being passed around 02, to no avail trying to explain login issues to overseas call centres. In the end I have now given up and we will move our 2 numbers back to Three, they are also bad however not as bad as 02

    @O2 what a load of rubbish. Moved from 3 after 5 years only to experience the worst ever service. Thanks god we only doing a pay as you go trail before signing up for a contract. Looks like we are moving back to 3

    @O2 Is there anyway I can cancel my contact free of charge if I only got the phone yesterday? Unhappy with the signal. Been to the shop but they advised me to CS, which also didn’t fix my issue :(

    @O2 it's great that you have updated my terms...and I now have 5G as an option but it is now coming up to a year with no phone signal at my home (WS13). When will that mast be fixed?
