@O2 I was asked that (as I indicated in my follow-up reply). I followed that option, got through to a real person, who transferred me to the correct team. Who then hung up on me via a recorded message. Why advertise hours of support if you're not going to follow them?

@O2 My wife can't print her bill, and it says "The account number in the target address is invalid." When I try to contact help, I can't find an answer, and don't see a web chat option. Does that even exist anymore?

So @O2 are 'upgrading' the network and our 'signal may come and go'. Except we've had no signal for 24 hours which also means I can't make @HSBC_UK card payments as can't get the authorisation code by text.. nor can I call them!

@O2, Hi there, I need to cancel my Disney + subscription because its no longer free and I can't afford it but I can't find how to do it! The Disney+ app and the website send me to my o2 account but I can't find anything there either! Hoping you can help! Claire.
