    @O2 WTF? My direct debit paid my monthly bill, then YOU refunded it for no reason then charged me £3.50 for a late payment. I pay for 2 phones and 2 bills every month (a lot of money) have you heard of customer service because I have! Once my contract is up I'm leaving!

    The service from @o2 is like that boyfriend who messes you around, makes you think he’s changed, only to ghost you again.. I think I may have to break up with them

    @O2 I would like to share data with another o2 customer. How do I set this up? In my02 > view shared data, I can only see my device. Need to know how to add another device to share data with them.

    @dpd_support how can my order state that your driver has attempted to deliver my parcel when I've been sat here all day, driver has not rang the bell or knocked the door. Absolutely disgraceful service @O2 @MPD_Online you can send this back to the sender as it's no use to me

    @Photo_Iain @O2 Zero Voda signal here, they are townies. Interestingly Three have boosted the signal since Covid. 24Mbit up the lane standing on a pair of steps

    @O2 I've got a challenge for you, O2. Fix your masts or else allow your customers to end their contracts you are failing to honour without penalty. "We don't guarantee a fault free service" is not a justifiable excuse for 7 weeks without service. You are taking money for nothing.
