@O2 Day 54 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 OK thanks but that’s not relevant to my issue; I was asleep between 11pm last night when I had .3 gb until 6am today connected to wifi yet allegedly I used over 700 mb of data!

@MartinSLewis Not @O2 - I upgraded to a new phone in September and, it’s not worked properly poor service and connectivity’s followed all the protocols only to be told “tough” disgusting

@O2 #TBT when I was with @02 and I may as well be using smoke signals to send texts and make calls... with a network that works now.
