    @O2 so long long term customer here, I buy a new phone all I want to do is switch my eSIM to the new phone. After 30min on hold, no web support, no Twitter support, no Facebook support... Guess what no customer, I’ve ordered a new SIM and a PAC code. WELL DONE.

    @O2 Yes i checked it, that's how i know how much data it says i have left. I have 6gb per month on my contract, most months i don't use half, yet i've used 80% in 3 days? Fix it please. Fix it now
