    @O2 There is no response on phone they hang up on you if you are not reporting a lost or stolen phone. And no webchat advisors on very poor service

    @onlyslightlybsd @O2 I got through to customer complaints and they’re going to speak to Cust Service. Thats bad of them not to follow that one up for you. I’ll mention to them I’m not the only one that has experienced this.

    @O2 @SamiDriscoll Lewisham High Street branch manager tried to fob me and other customers off by saying it’s a problem at O2’s end and that other people had the same problem the past few days! Past few days? The offer’s only on Tuesdays.

    @O2 I bought two products on 2/12/21. Yesterday received email that your products are ready to be pick. When I went there there is just leaflet in Courier. I called customer care he said that I collected the order. Then he rang o2 store he confirmed it’s leaflet. Still no deliver
