    @O2 what a bunch of jokers you truly are. Lost my phone, spoke to a GURU, cancelled my phone, went into a store, got the password wrong (that I set up 4 years ago) Spoke to Customer service, waited online for 30 minutes to be told, can't activate a new SIM True Brilliance! #RT87

    @NWAmb_Heather @parajon82 @O2 Ridiculous ain't it. If someone didn't pay a month they'd cancel the contract and take them to court for it. They don't fulfil their side of the contract and it'll just be a "sorry, ah well it's back now"
