    @DangelAngello @VodafoneUK @O2 Had no problems with O2 but I dealt with them mostly through carphone warehouse found them very knowledgeable and helpful. It was Vodafone that were obstructive annoying and no help what so ever in the shop

    I was getting worried about my iPhone and losing all data connectivity as this has happened a few times despite having a full signal. Power off/on and same. Happened at Hampden Park and at the weekend in Trafalgar Square and that area. Think it’s just @O2 can’t handle crowds.

    @rhianna_joseph @O2 It was just over 10yrs ago and they were insistent on the impossible, to resolve a relatively straightforward issue. No money or restrictions or losses at risk to O2 or my dad as account holder. After he died, they were so slow and unhelpful still. The bitter taste lingers.
