    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    Well done @O2 didn't fancy dealing with my issue so I got left on hold for 40 minutes until they were closed for the day, fantastic customer service

    @O2 purchased a screen protector as advised from a salesman in the shop. Got home and put the proctor on and realised he sold me the wrong size! That’s £24 down the drain! *****

    @O2 Perfect. This is just what I needed. Shame the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone today didn't make any mention of it...nor did the sales rep I saw in person in your shop yesterday!

    I’ve just called @O2 because the loudspeaker was quiet. It’s still in it’s warranty period and without any fuss she said she’ll replace it for a new one and I’ll have it in the morning. Amazing service
