    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 well it’s been 10days now and still no number transfer via portal. I have received so awful customer service over the years, but o2…. Different league !! 6 messages with the same info sent to o2 …even my mates and colleagues now laughing at you !!

    @O2 Just checked that, looks like there is a mast down. This must have been down at least a couple of months because the has been awful. You expect me to pay my bills in full though. And what would @AffordableMob have been able to do if I contacted them as instructed by your advisor?

    @O2 hi we have an o2 phone that never gets anymore than 3G All network settings have been reset, phone restarted, SIM card removed and put back in, have you any ideas now. Currently roaming and same issue over here. Simply can’t get 4G despite being tuned on in data settings

    Seriously @o2, I hope you replace weekly Neros with something on par (aka not a free drink from Greggs) because the high quality of priority rewards is a good part of the reason I’ve stayed a customer for a over decade. (Also please bring back £5 pizza express pizzas)

    @O2 Hi, I tried to get my free caffe nero coffee this morning but when I got to the Old Trafford cafe their system was down. I had already activated the offer. Are you able to reinstate the offer for me this week? Thanks
