It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@thepmadden @O2 I've been having almost the same problem...I lost the SIM card, so now even though I have the email and password for the account I am unable to cancel my contract. In March I've spent over 9 hours trying to get through on the phone and my official complaint email is ignored.

@O2 I’ve reported issues for last year but no update and no enthusiasm to fix it. The attitude I got from engineer last time was “oh well, we will fix it when we fancy”. Beyond a joke when falsely advertising a service not being offered. @EE have proven to be great in the area!

@virginmedia Hello, o2 won't let me cancel without paying a fee. You have reduced the costs of my tv package which has been very helpful, but @O2 are refusing to do any offers and want to charge me to leave.

@O2 He lost signal this morning, I'm at work so keep trying his old number which says not recognized. They have got the new sim card in a phone so I will know when it's transferred. Hopefully it'll be done by then. Thanks for getting back to me

@mairead_p @O2 Yeah it’s defo bad at the moment but now I’ve switched to 4G instead of 5G it’s fixed my data issue, calls can still be a bit iffy though!

@EE need some help topping up a card for a dongle. Shops won’t accept the card we have. You won’t let me create an account online. Asking me to call 150 off my phone but I’m not on EE and last time I called it cost £18. Glad I’m on @O2 🤬

@O2 Just went to login to My O2 today to top up and i get told something went wrong, then told its not available to me anymore? i logged in on the website and its acting like my number doesnt even exist anymore.
