    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    @O2 I don't want to view itemised bills I need to talk to someone and not have the call cut off after I spent 40 mins a time waiting in a queue..terrible service

    @O2 I bought two products on 2/12/21. Yesterday received email that your products are ready to be pick. When I went there there is just leaflet in Courier. I called customer care he said that I collected the order. Then he rang o2 store he confirmed it’s leaflet. Still no deliver

    @O2 Done all these steps and told the customer services this. They said ‘just wait for it to work’… Not ideal when I’m reliant on my phone for my job!

    @O2 don’t bother sending McDonald’s codes out. Internal error at Mcds #greatbridge and was told not valid when scanned. Said I had 25 minutes to use. Leon the staff member. Absolute shower of ****

    @o2 @McDonaldsUK tried to use the mcdonald’s code on the screens and it worked so went through to pay but it didn’t deduct price of the quarter pounder with cheese so cancelled the transaction, tried again and now says my voucher has been redeemed :( help

    @aldideathqueue @O2 they'll probably spend a week trying to bother answering, assuming that you have moved your number from a different network to o2, you'll have a temporary number until at some point tomorrow when your old sim will lose signal, then restart your phone wnd5your number will appear
