It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2 I have a problem with my new phone, I’m within my 14 day cooling off period and my phone has a 12 month warranty with yourselves. I have no way of speaking to an actual person with yourselves to sort it out. The phone number says to visit MyO2 - MyO2 doesn’t solve my issue!?

Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

@O2 An hour of phone calls, tried 3 times. 4 'customer service' agents, and issue still not resolved. So so so so so so frustrated and annoyed. What a waste of time. How do I get someone to phone me back? I refuse to go through the process for a 4th time.

@O2 I think the woman I spoke to on the phone has put a block on my sim as when I put it in another phone it isn’t sending or receiving any messages despite having signal?

@O2 new handset to be delivered last Friday. Still waiting!! Daily calls to customer care. Delivery co have lost phone and now an investigation. Meanwhile, my husband still has no phone! Disappointed doesn’t cover it.

@tescomobile Cant comment on Tesco’s mobile service, but I always assumed RPI increases were an acceptable thing, been with @O2 for 15+ years now after moving from Orange never looked back, and no real price increases other than RPI but this is mentioned from the offset so to me acceptable.

@O2 Your phone customer service is unbearable. I have phoned 3 times this evening and either get disconnected or put through to the wrong dept. I've been on the phone over an HOUR! Waiting time to get to speak to a human is not acceptable

@O2 why is it taking 7 WEEKS and you still can’t repair a phone mast. You sent me a text this morning saying it was fixed then one just now saying your working to fix it. I have lost so much money because of you because of my data not working. Unacceptable
