Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

There’s an art to choosing hold music. You could promote your company, cheer people up, or, as @O2 have opted, you can choose ghastly sub-lift noise, that will play terribly down the telephone in the hope that people will be unable to continue listening, and hang up.

@O2 Nah disagree, my wife has the same iPhone, same O2 monthly payment agreement and same bolt on, we were both straight onto Movistar when we arrived. My phone would not come off 3G my wife’s did. Poor response of ‘oh dear try next time’ tut tut
