Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@carlmcg1 @O2 Think you’re asking a bit much of a mobile phone company there. Although I’d love to walk in to the Middlebrook O2 shop on a matchday and ask if any of them have signal. Can’t wait to bin them off.

@O2 great that you have priority tickets for Peter Kay. However been trying since 9:20am to get on but the o2 priority app is a fail. Called @o2 but no help there either. I’ve been a customer of yours since 2008 and never tried priority tickets before. Guess I won’t bother again!

@O2 Still not any closer to getting my network! Port should have been done on 27th Oct then cut off since 1st! Can’t make a call or receive! Cst serv going around in circles, still not sorted!! Come ON!! 😡
