Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@EnglandRugby @O2 Isn’t the issue not who he picks , but the fact that the country with the biggest pool of players and most resources are struggling to pick a team against countries that are so much smaller yet seem so far ahead

@VickiB7 Yes and @virginmedia say that they don’t know about the problem. They are the only network to have this issue I believe. I regret leaving @O2 now

@VickiB7 @virginmedia @O2 Quite often or not, I have to do the fix daily as well which is annoying, sometimes it’s twice or more in a day. SIM applications was in Settings - Mobile Data but it’s not there anymore
