    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    @O2 Apologies, I used the term disconnected to mean the SIM was unusable through no choice of my own. My mistake. The new SIM is having the same issues, annoyingly. It's the network availability in Chester. Not the SIM.

    @O2 I appreciate that, and I really do understand that this isn't your fault. But it remains an absolute p***take to charge me for a service you know you can't provide and to want to charge me more than is left on my contract to leave early. That's abysmal customer service.

    @O2 disgusting complaints department after 30 years of service I have been fobbed off and complaint closed as deadlock when not even asked staff have attitude on the phone and when I ask speak to manager I have to wait 72 hours and it won't be till after the BH disgracfull CS

    @o2 why are you setting up new direct debits and stealing from my mom her sim was cancelled within the cancellation period with the rude useless staff at your merry hill store employ people who dont miss sell products and you might keep new customers
