    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    For both @EE and @O2 the mobile signal across Beverley in East Riding of Yorkshire is consistently terrible. Hard enough to make a call, you can forget any data coverage. Businesses lost trade over Xmas as often couldn't take card payments.

    @tescomobile sort out your @O2 number porting. Been a problem for a while now and customers are suffering with no data, calls or texts. Embarrassing

    @O2 please explain how I ordered a new phone on the 7th and it has still not arrived and every time I call your customer service I get told to wait 24 hours so they can find out what's going on.

    @O2 @vics_h O2 is ****, they have 'king terrible signal while claiming their signal is great. It was pretty bad to begin with but the past few years it's seemed like you're deliberately making it worse to push people to 5g.

    @O2 why is customer services denying any network issues, when Two O2 shops confirms there are.8 weeks of my calls cutting off daily and I’m still paying full price on all 5 contracts!!

    @O2 Day 66 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 You say the network is ok, but your shops says they are not. However you won’t admit that as we are still paying full price for a service that’s not fully functional!
