    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @O2 2 months ago I first reported a problem with the network, was told there was a mast down. Yesterday I received an email to say the mast had been fixed.. still zero signal. 2 months of paying for a service that I’ve been unable to use in my own home. Incredibly disappointing.
