@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2...any reason why your 4g speeds are so slow? Sat here with a full 4 bar signal and nothing is loading and I keep getting 'no Internet connection available' on any app that needs a connection. Conveniently only been getting issues since 5g was introduced...

@O2 Can you explain why the O2 priority app crashed this morning at 9am when Harry Styles tickets came on sale. So basically the O2 priority service is rubbish. It came back on at 9.15. Strangely all the tickets had gone.

@O2 so disappointed with my new business phone contract. Nearly had the phone for a whole week and still no data when I’m not using wifi. I’ve been with you for over 10 years but will definitely not be going with you ever again. Terrible customer service from my.plan as well.
