@O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

Another day, another day no service from @O2 and another day no progress. 4 days now. No suggestions, no solutions, no answers, no compensation, no reply, no call backs, thank god for dual sim so able to make some calls (on a dutch nr). @O2 the o is for zero?

@O2 hi my mum has received but missed a number of calls from someone claiming to be you. When I answered today they told me they were you and when I asked them not to call they became very rude. The mobile number was flagged as a scam. Just to make you aware.

@O2 just want to give a shout out to one of your sales reps Abdullah. Had an issue buying a refresh deal online so gave the sales department a call. Whilst the first person I had was not very useful. After calling a second time Abdullah picked up and sorted everything out. 👏
