Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

@O2 I’ve spoken to 02 this morning as it’s still not working #day3, I’ve asked for a replacement sim to see if that helps but. You really need to get the phone masks working

@O2 No I could not check as the 4G would not connect. Since been told Virgin was down at the sametime so that may have caused the 4g issue.

@alwaysshaw1 @drunkenmunky86 @O2 Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced when I tried to port my number to O2 from a corporate account and it got stuck with people endlessly fobbing me off and my attempts to complain and escalate were ignored. Eventually solved the problem by simply porting again to EE.

@O2 I have issue with O2 account logging in. Says account locked, contact support. Contacted support 4 times over the period of more than a month, summarised the issue from start every single time. No resolution yet! Really frustrating!!!!

@EnglandRugby @allianz_stad @O2 No issues with team didn’t need wholesale changes! Clever by Borthwick giving HA another chance because if he dropped him that would be it for his career. Like the back row very mobile. My only issue is Ford still being in team rather than Finn ! Finn is the future
