Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

@O2 issue with your phone line to 202? I’ve called 4 times, when ‘transferring to someone who can help’ line does three bleeps and disconnects. How do I speak to someone to cancel my contract?

@O2 your contact support is appalling. I have been trying to activate my son’s O2 account for months but your chat service doesn’t understand my issue and your customer service team is incapable of dealing with the issue despite hours on hold and speaking to people.

@O2 … you just blocked my full devices, and I tried to contact @O2 to find out why. But not even contact @O2 I was allowed. Unhas to connect to the Wi-Fi to speak with an adviser and find out why my full service was blocked. Such a bad service I can’t wait to end my contract

@O2 I'm sick and tired of O2's shoddy network. In some areas, data is non existent or busy. When I report this it says a mast isn't working as expected. Why didn't this happen with Vodafone. It keeps happening on O2 and I'm sick and tired of it. Can't wait to switch network.

@O2 My account has been locked, I am receiving bills and absolutely no way to pay them apart from possibly calling up o2 to make my payments. Online help seems none resistant, no online chat available as agents have busy for days. I have already called, days ago now and still waiting
