    @O2 Ahh that would explain it, you’ve taken a mast down. It says you are boosting other masts, but do you know when this will be complete?

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    Ever since I transferred to @TheO2 the signal on my phone and also my internet is atrocious - I work from home and the whole area struggles with network coverage. I’ve been ringing since I’ve been with O2 and all they keep telling me is the they’re repairing the Mast - @O2

    @O2 You can’t do anything that’s the problem. O2 just direct you to the network coverage thing on the website, which you can only access on WiFi because the network is garbage. £1million a day spent on making improvements apparently! Who runs that gaff anyway Daniel Levy? Crooks.

    @O2 You've charged me a £450 early termination fee when i cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period several months ago. You will resolve this today or it will be an issue for trading standards and the financial ombudsman.

    @O2 Had to wait untill I was home and connected to my wifi to read this , by that point the moment had passed if only there was a way to check my socials on the move I wouldn’t miss all your blinding tweets , but I’m just an o2 customer and I’m sure i just seen Peppa over head
