Why can’t @O2 peeps on #o2 live chat just chat to one person at a time when sorting issues. I have to wait 393726181 minutes before each of their replies. #rude

  • Carlton_head
Becky Malam (@Carlton_head) reported from Lincoln District, England

@O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

  • Mr_D_Callaghan
Daniel Callaghan (@Mr_D_Callaghan) reported from Welton, England

  • Pocimop
Craig Symons (@Pocimop) reported from Boultham, England

Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

  • MichaelBratley
Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Bracebridge Heath, England

@O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

  • glitch_walker
Gary Watts 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇺🇳🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️♻️ (@glitch_walker) reported from Lincoln District, England

I'm currently having an incredibly distressing experience trying to cancel an @O2 sim-only contract, where I've left in the 14 day "change your mind period" and been told multiple times I won't be charged. Then received a warning a £500 bill is overdue.

  • chrisbrandrick
Chris Brandrick (@chrisbrandrick) reported from Lincoln District, England

@kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

  • badkarma4liars
Whistleblowing Imp (@badkarma4liars) reported from Lincoln District, England

@O2 Please don't buy ...No one should buy @SamsungMobile anymore. I was lumbered with the new fold and my son has the flip both under 6 months old. The screens are not working consistently and if you return to @SamsungUK experience stores they aren't owned by the company

  • Pogit
Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, England

@O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.

  • MichaelBratley
Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Lincoln District, England

@O2 Ahh that would explain it, you’ve taken a mast down. It says you are boosting other masts, but do you know when this will be complete?

  • Warby74
Warby (@Warby74) reported from Lincoln District, England

Hey @O2 could someone do a welfare check on the girl I’ve just spoken to in your retentions team, I’ve never heard a staff member so fed up and I’ve worked for Ryanair….!!!

  • fionatogher
Fiona (@fionatogher) reported from Lincoln District, England

It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

  • MichaelBratley
Michael Bratley (@MichaelBratley) reported from Bracebridge Heath, England

@O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

@O2 any issues in the fk2 area? The signal is absolutely horrendous right now, not even remotely worth the money paid for it right now 😡😡😡😡

  • marciabigg
    Marcia Bigg (@marciabigg) reported

@O2 This isn't the network can get busy at times. This is you can't make a phone call to another person in Bolsover Town centre or use data at all. This has been the case for 2 years and all we get told is there's a fault, then 2 months later get told it's been fixed, when it hasn't.

  • SiobheanG
    Siobhean 🖤 (@SiobheanG) reported

@StevieDee710 @O2 Unless you're paying up a phone on a contract...(something I'd never do tbh) you should only be paying around a tenner a month...we're all usually £5/£12 a month each for our phones

  • Adamh29A
    🇬🇧🦈🄰🄶🄴🄽🅃 357🦈🇬🇧 (@Adamh29A) reported

@ee @O2 if yous do start to slow speeds yous better reduce the bills and prices because your in breach of contract

  • DeeOgunbiyi
    Dee (@DeeOgunbiyi) reported

@O2 It is absolutely unresolved and who marked it as resolved should be severely reprimanded. I raised a complaint (now two after this weekend). I *** promised a call back one week ago, and then today. Neither has happened so complaint mot resolved. So the whole matter is unresolved

  • BucketofFrogs
    Richard Sears (@BucketofFrogs) reported

@O2 hi there is there any reason why the mobile signal is so poor in HP4 postcode area ?

  • its4lison__
    Alison 🎀 (@its4lison__) reported

@O2 priority link not working for pre sale concert tickets, click on it & it takes you to Ticketmaster, then says click on the o2 link & it takes you back to the priority app…not good!! 🤬

  • andrejpwalker
    André Walker (@andrejpwalker) reported

Congratulations to @O2 you have the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve clicked a link in my email at least 25 times. Unfortunately I’m unable to pay my bill. I refuse to spent anymore time on this.

  • Matthew_Delong

@O2 Tried that and never get the second email. Tried a second time 7-8 hours later no second email. I did not press if someone asked...., only I requested

@O2 No. I did check that as well to start. For some reason since the upgrade the signal is really bad
