    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    @O2 Ahh that would explain it, you’ve taken a mast down. It says you are boosting other masts, but do you know when this will be complete?

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    @kevlar_52 @O2 They are rude , clueless and unwilling to help but still spout their bullshit. I just moved back to EE. I have 7 connections with them and pay over £200 a month which is always on time and they wouldn’t give me another. So I took all my out of contract connections to EE

    @O2 got a pop up yesterday saying “o2 has turned off your 4g calls” now I lose connection if I’m outside of 5G?! Yes I’ve Tried turning it off and on. Not the first time this has happened. Can someone help? 🙏🏻
