    It’s really not my week for customer service 🙈 just rang @o2 and the person I was speaking too hung up on me! I’m not sure why people go into customer service if they can’t be polite. Very disappointing #o2 #poorcustomerservice

    @kieran_fifield @O2 I’m not with them anymore, but Giff Gaff would regularly tell me to move down a tier due to not using enough data.

    Well still no broadband from virgin and it turns out a phone mast isn’t working near me on @O2 even though I reported problems with the network 4 days ago. Shame their not this slow when it comes to taking my money when the bills are due.

    @O2 I’m really struggling to cancel an IPad data plan. I’ve spoken to 3 different advisors today and then been transferred and told no one can help me. I’ve not used the data plan for 2-3 years and just need it cancelling. Why is this so difficult? Please help

    @O2 I’ve come to check the status checker again today as advised in the email in the image above. Now it says the next update will be the 13th October. When will the issue be resolved? This is getting ridiculous.

    @O2 The signal quality seems to have decreased where I live. Sometimes this will result in just a 3G signal, or very low strength of 4G. I’m not convinced the issue is O2 specific as multiple neighbours have reported the same thing for other networks. Any mast issues?

    @O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.

    @O2 @vmbusiness I notice this new partnership is a complete scam. Signed up at the door to start Aug. Got O2 sim card and a bill for £12. Phoned up and cancelled the lot, didn't even open the sim card, told no problem and now getting charged further for not paying. Livid

    @o2 finally a support rep who knows what they’re talking about, his name was Darryl? I could not get data abroad not because of a spend cap, it is cos the bolt on for travel abroad had been set to android not IOS. Can now sit in the sun in Messina harbour and catch up on emails.

    @O2 I signed up for a contract 5 days ago. I paid you your £30 upfront fee for a new iPhone and have not heard anything since. When I try sign in it says still under review and can take 48 hours - NOT FIVE DAYS! I have sent you three pm on Twitter already. No reply! What's Up?

    @O2 your customer service sucks - walk into the store in Swindon told hour wait to be seen in an empty store. Then 3 walk ins off the street seen before me without being put in the queue sort it out!!!

    @O2 OGs of data roaming!!! Dont think so! In Greece cannot get roaming. Spoke with agent this morning. She promised to call after speaking to the “back office” but hasn’t bothered to do so. Can you help with this poor customer service?

    @O2 all I can say, for one of the biggest networks out there the customer service is shockingly below terrible. Been contacting customer service for a number of month regarding to the same issuse n can’t get to the bottom of it. Asked to speak to management but the phone put down
