@O2 @virginmedia This is terrible news. I’ve always been happy with O2 and your customer service has been excellent. The worst experience I’ve had with any media provider was with Virgin Media. It was horrendous. Please don’t change your system for theirs. PLEASE. 🙏🏻

@O2 @virginmedia Please don't let your good customer service and the way you treat your customers change. I used to be with Orange and they were as good to customers as you but when they merged and Orange became no more, there was nothing to keep me with EE. O2 were the perfect replacement.

@dez101notout @virginmedia @O2 I don't have 5G. Nor do I want it. Everything is now all Vodafone it used to be EE. I don't want to switch back to O2. Their customer service was good but at Midnight they turn down the signal. I've a dual sim with O2 pay+go too. It drops every night to nothing like clockwork.

@DeviousPL @O2 Ahh damn didn’t think of that. I would have done the same. Tbh not paying it is the best dent to my credit I’ve ever had so I guess I’ll just wait the 6 years til it goes away lol Virgin robbed me for years so I guess we’re even at this point.

@AntonisAnthony @O2 O2 is good for voice and I do like the weekly Caffè Nero promo - I suppose I can’t really complain about those two but data service is basically unusable in cities or during peak times. Almost out of commitment soon so will flip to EE, even though it’ll cost a lot more.

@O2 you’ve completely lost me as a customer. I’ve upgraded my phone now but when this contract ends I’m not even going to think twice about staying with you.

@virginmedia @O2 Absolutely disgusted by the service I have and am receiving from Virgin Media! I have a handset which has become Defective within 18 months - no knock, no break, no damage to the handset. Apple have run tests and identified the issue as being either the sim carrier or the
