    @O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

    @O2 im not impressed im not getting anywhere online to sort my account, this is ridiculous week 4 into lockdown and still no help. On hold on 📞 and the only choice i got for a department to get through os fraud lost or stolen or renwal or leaving O2. What about in need desparet

    Still having signal issues with @O2 - over a week now! Spent half hour on Friday hanging out of a window making a call. Please can you update for LL572NQ - this is causing real issues working from home! You’ve admitted a mast issue, but when will it be resolved please?

    @O2 No signal whatsoever in LL572NQ- it’s not long been fixed after a mast problem which saw no signal for almost 2 months!Please don’t tell me there’s not an issue or to reboot my phone (done that). There IS an issue. Last time I reported it it took a month for U to acknowledge

    @O2 I am definitely drowning in Sunk Cost Fallacy right now. They close in ten minutes. I've been queuing for over an hour. I need about four minutes of someone's time. But oh my this hold music is so awful it is /hurting/.

    @O2 So we finally get you to agree that your service has been so poor, leaving my NHS worker daughter in unsafe situations without signal. Having been passed to 4 different depts you agree to release her from the contract.

    @EnglandRugby @Springboks @O2 So we have 5.x 2nd row players in the team.. 2x 8s and 1 x7/6...I don't know who is responsible for player welfare but I certainly hope they put an arm around Jack Willis.. Done absolutely nothing wrong.. EJ does more damage to players confidence than anyone in the game. Shocking

    @O2 hi, I have four numbers on one account with yourselves. It’s a volt account and only one off the numbers have received the double data that was promised when I signed up. I’ve called customer services and been into a branch with no one able to help. Can someone here help??

    @O2 please urgently reply to my em. You have taken £250 from me without authorisation for a sim that I could never use as it did not work so cancelled straight away! Despicable from you considering these hard times at the minute!!!!!

    @O2 @TOMarsh93 Hey o2 :) I know there are global supply chain issues at the moment due to Foxconn having to close due to covid, so totally understand the delay. I ordered the 256GB deep purple back at the start of November, delivery was ‘up to 4 weeks’. Any idea roughly when it could arrive?
