  • TerryPix Terry Harris (@TerryPix) reported from Peterborough, England

@O2 It’s an absolute ***** ache to try and cancel a sim I use for data only, currently paying for not using it, no answer on phones. Do I have to go to @Ofcom to get a refund for 3 months. Why cant these companies make it as simple to cancel as they do to sign up?

  • damiankinsella8 Damian Kinsella (@damiankinsella8) reported from Stamford, England

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

  • wilcochris Chris Wilcox (@wilcochris) reported from Peterborough, England

@O2 Hi, why do you make your online shop so inaccessible when ad blockers are used. Tried to upgrade yesterday but couldn’t because of that and how slow it was and it crashed too. Fix it please.

  • DanielLincs68 Daniel Hillman-McDonald (@DanielLincs68) reported from Stamford, England

@O2 Absolutely appalled at my experience this week with O2... Customer for over 20 years, 6 devices on account... Offered a particular deal, they confirm they have the recording to prove it but still refusing to honour it! #appalling #badservice #timetoswitch

  • VictorMeldrew00 Victor Meldrew (@VictorMeldrew00) reported from Spalding, England

@O2 Are there any plans to support family setup for Apple Watch? Also why does requesting an esim need me to go instore or get something mailed out. EE support the first and on the latter it’s done online via a QR code!

  • Dines_11 Neil Dines (@Dines_11) reported from Crowland, England

@O2 can you advise on the best way to cancel an order. Tried calling but can’t get through and the website pushes me to the app that tells me to call

  • knobalob Sophie A 👸🏼 (@knobalob) reported from Spalding, England

@jammiejam93 @O2 I’ll have to pay. They did that with my other one. I then got a letter saying I had however many days to pay. I’m like for real? I literally rang up wanting to pay there and then, and it was then that ****** me about. Idiots. Absolutely terrible service.

  • JeSuisEurotrash “Bonsoir, my Breeteesh chuurms…” (@JeSuisEurotrash) reported from Peterborough, England

@O2 Had a call this morning from 0333 344 6972, claiming to be from you doing an account check. Gave his name as Jordan. Never had such a call before yet he claimed you do them every 6 months. Didn’t give him any details and declined the call. I’m guessing not legitimately you?

  • wilcochris Chris Wilcox (@wilcochris) reported from Peterborough, England

@O2 Hi team, is Montenegro considered part of Europe for roaming? Having trouble finding it on the website. Thanks.

  • MarcHasNoFilter Marc! The Herald Angels Sing 👼 (@MarcHasNoFilter) reported from Peterborough, England

Anyone else having 5G issues on @O2 tonight? I’ve had to switch back to 4G as 5G won’t do a bloody thing.

  • wilcochris Chris Wilcox 🌻🇺🇦 (@wilcochris) reported from Peterborough, England

Hi @O2 Trying to sign in to my account but it’s telling me it has to send a code to continue with my password reset request. This is not what I’m trying to do. Issues with the website or a breach you’re keeping quiet about?

  • knobalob Sophie A 👸🏼 (@knobalob) reported from Spalding, England

@jammiejam93 @O2 Everyone’s having the same problem so imma let this one slide. 😂 seems to be working now though.

@O2 I’m currently trying to pay off my credit agreement, as I’ve changed to a different network. I’m unable to get anywhere on the phone, as it keeps saying the code I’ve entered is wrong. I don’t know my myo2 login. Is there another way?

@O2 I want to cancel my 30 day plan sim with yourselves. I don't want to wait hours on hold on the phone. I'm fed up of the monthly charges secretly increasing, without any notice, despite being on unlimited! I can get a cheaper deal elsewhere!

@O2 When I was with them I had roaming service which just shows you could have arranged coverage via competitors' cell towers but you didn't.

  • Jugdar013 Kelsey (@Jugdar013) reported

@O2 It's only popular because you limited it SO much! I've completely missed out during May despite my best effort!! It would be better if you didn't sell your contracts with these so called 'extras' as they are a big let down.

  • SimonCTanner Simon Tanner (@SimonCTanner) reported

@O2 aside from the staff in your Kingston upon Thames store being incredibly rude & unhelpful, I’ve been trying for ages to access your Volt package benefits with no success. Is there any possibility of someone actually providing some customer service please?

  • Doug_Paulley Doug Paulley (@Doug_Paulley) reported from Wetherby, England

@saj_anderson @ubereats_uk @O2 I've had similar problems with Carphone Warehouse. It rears its ugly head sometimes. They say "Royal Mail database fault, get your building reclassified as residential" I say "No, sort yourselves out". Happily doesn't affect voter registration etc.

  • chiefmackers Paul McClure (@chiefmackers) reported

Was paying @SkyUK £117pm for TV/internet.No sports channels.Slow 40mb internet. Just swapped to @virginmedia £85pm all chanels inc SkySports/BT sport, multiroom & 1GB speed & includes an unlimited @O2 mobile contract so I can cancel my current £25 phone contract. FAR better deal

  • farleyamanda Farley (@farleyamanda) reported

@O2 I' like to know why it's so hard to change contracts? Why your customer service hangs up, no reason? Why despite asking for this to be escalated over 2 months nothing is done? Why I've now been charged for contract I cancelled(within cooling period) and now double charge @Ofcom

  • HowardYLAPE Howard Lee 🇺🇦 (@HowardYLAPE) reported

@O2 It's now 2nd week down, only working sat/sun. My parents have been unable to do online banking (requires callback) , no texts etc etc. They are 80 & 100. Their phone/SIM don't do Wi-Fi calling and even if it did they're pensioners not techies.
