@rawlimark Samsung. I'v had my S7 for 0ver 2 yrs no issues at all. Always do up dates. My contract with @O2 has just ended I'll be keeping this S7 & staying sim only

@o2 network is non existent in the Clifton village area. Hope this gets sorted soon as this is the 4th day that people at work can’t use their phones properly

@O2 hi O2, please help, why do I keep getting booted from 5g onto HSPDA when downloading using my 'unlimited' data contract? I never had this problem when I was on 3 network and I'm not getting what I paid for? How do I complain please?

@O2 to be clear, if I switch to airplane mode and back again it connects instantly to 5g or 4g every time. I've worked with Samsung to reset network settings and my phone works fine on other networks. Are you throttling? I wasn't told there would be throttling.

Having a nightmare with @O2 customer service today. Trying to cancel an extra sim that I don’t want within 14 day cancellation period. Got through 3 times and they hung up on me 3 times. I would try another provider if I were you.
