    @O2 Hello, do you reply to your messages and actually help? You've yet to respond on DM, your phone lines send me in an automated loop until sending me to the app which also sends automated replies that don't help. My phone number should've changed a week ago now!

    @O2 must say the guys at o2 Bromley Kent were fab straight in and had my phone booked for repair there an then kinda like how it should be less ques and sorted straight away great service from the team

    @O2 More than 36 hours into the less than 24 hours to swap my number over to the new sim... still new phone says "no sim" (its in it) old phone stopped virtually instantly. We'll send you a text to verify... cheers O2, i trust you will not charge me for days with no service?

    @O2 I have been without a signal for 3 days now, I was supposed to receive my sim over the weekend and my contract number would transfer on Sunday, I still haven't received the sim card, and I have contacted o2 multiple times and received no help
