    @O2 I’ve paid via bank transfer and going to write a letter of complaint. Have DM’d, called and live chatted multiple times to get this 1p (that should have been taken automatically) paid, but it’s done now. I hope.

    @O2 you've ignored my DM, plus my tweet yesterday. Even the person I spoke to yesterday hasn't gotten back to me, who promised me an email back, regarding my issue. It doesn't look great, especially with me deciding soon, on if I should stay with you guys or not after 7yrs custom

    @O2 please could you address the poor signal in Lichfield UK! We have hardly had any signal over the past few days since moving house… and has been awful in general for years!!
