    @Kenwyn16 @DHLParcelUK @O2 The irony mate. The worst and most people to communicate with are the telecommunications companies. I ended up writing to Vodaphone to get a response. They signed for my recorded letter but never contacted me. 😂

    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

    @O2 A brand-new phone was offered, but only at £14 more per month. I eventually accepted the device just to end the stress, not because the issue was handled well.

    @O2 I cancelled my contract online on the 16th of October, I never said I was switching provider. I expected that to be the end of it, and yet I am still being charged.
