Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@o2 tried to talk to customer services today about month 3 of a broken mast near my house. Leaving my unable to have calls or texts. and the person just left! Ive been with you YEARS o2 and pay over £60 a month sort it out!!!

@SamsungUK So if my phone doesn't arrive, because @o2 never told customers they had no stock, I can't claim my offer? I got that phone because of the offer and I expect one of your to honour it. This should not be made customer's fault.

@Kinstry @O2 Same pre ordered s21 ultra 512gb told problem with uk shipping due now 5th Feb but just had an email saying my ordered phone was out of stock the whole point of pre ordering is so they can order the stock in time for release date

@SamsungUK Unfortunately, as an @O2 customer, my preorder has been told that they're out of stock, so without the device I can't claim the offer now. Basically was sold on a device with a special offer, placed my order, and now told they don't have any 😒 I can only hope one arrives soon.
