Kevin Thomas FINSTR 🏴 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@kevinxt) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌

Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.

Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. Also I keep getting booted out the login page now of my virgin media account. Not impressed at all. Considering cancelling
