    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    @O2 why has signal and service dropped so much since you joined up with @virginmedia?? Used to love O2 as customer service was great. Prices go up service gets less.

    @SkyNews I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

    I genuinely hate the O2 app so much wdym I paid my phone bills on the 15th and it takes the money (THAT I DON’T HAVE) out again TODAY. I ain’t paying for 2 phone twice 🫩 need to wait till 8AM to call them and sort this **** out. @O2

    @O2 Getting passed about for 2 hours too just to get an upgrade on an account that’s 7 years or older was crazy. I deal with all of my mother’s accounts and it’s never been an issue even the last phone she got from o2 was straightforward. I was almost changing to vodaphone
