@O2 I have been charged for 2 sim cards even though i have not bought any of those. This has a been a scam where someone else has used my details and i have been recieving letters for payments every month. I have already called customer service regarding the issue but no updates.

2/3 …is being processed. Then more weeks go by with no information. All they while still paying @O2 £60 every month with no phone. Gets passed from department to department with finally being told a manager will phone her to resolve the issue. Guess what…more weeks go by…
