Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 Only noticed it this morning I've tried my sim on another phone and still done the same I even called my phone from a landline but the signal still dropped down to h+ then when the call finished it goes back to 5g after about 20 seconds

@O2 are you going to sort service in Bournemouth Town Centre (BH1/2) it is beyond terrible,get better service in the New Forest! I can’t even pay for parking due to lack of signal!

@O2 Can you confirm a full loss of service in DD4 area of Dundee? My Dad who is in his late 80's has no service today. Can't set up wifi calling as needs a text message to authenticate access and has no service to do so. thanks.
