    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I dumped O2 and went to Tesco, at least you can walk in most stores and talk to someone face to face and you still use O2 network at less money.

    @o2 my iPhone has one bar with a letter E or zero bars, but my partners google pixel 8pro has 4g and three bars on the same train sitting next to each other! wtf! Sort it!

    @O2 why is it so difficult to add an international bolt on with you? O2 app doesn’t seem to give it as an option. 2202 says it’s for bolt ons but then just gives options for different things. I’ve required this service a few times for business and each time it’s a headache

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

    @O2 have u got a issue with ur network currently..i have been experiencing difficulty with phone connection for last couple of days Wf12
