Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 What is the problem with the voicemail and contacting you on 202? Can't access voicemail or call 202 as the call gets disconnected straight away. I have voicemails I cannot access. Seems a common problem looking at your website.

@O2 hello, yesterday I tried to upgrade my phone over the course of two long miserable hours. As a customer of 10-15 years and with four contracts on my name, your customer service was beyond shocking, even by o2’s standards, and I’m looking to go elsewhere
