@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@O2 Hi, thanks for your reply, however as already stated I have tried! How do I find the APN for my device and iOS. I think this may be the issue and after following the videos etc. I still can’t find it! If you can help that would be great

@jennycodes @O2 Sounds like we now need sacrificial phone numbers as well as email addresses (some sip providers used to supply service & only charge for outbound calls don't know if they still do)

@O2 I spoke to CS on 202 on 12 May 2021 and was promised a callback to resolve MyO2 App issue. I’m still waiting. :-(

@O2 Have been on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes so far to try to resolve a problem that you cannot do on the internet - you need to compensate me for my time as well as the call costs! Only with an economic cost for poor service will it improve
