Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@O2 you've removed a mast in the m38 area yesterday, nobody has any signal. Can you tell me it will be replaced? We have phones with @tescomobile and @giffgaff and yourself directly all using the mast.

@O2 Sorry to say awful customer service this morning, wanted to pay device plan, O2 customer service rep said he got an account error and device plan isn't paid despite £500+ leaving my bank - currently being passed to the fourth department struggling to help
