    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 @O2 A DM won’t fix what’s been ignored for months. This is public so there’s a record. I will DM but I expect a resolution instantly, not another “we’re looking into it.” CISAS case #713631. Credit file still wrong.

    Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!

    @0095cc @O2 Did you ever get this sorted? Having the same issue again were they just seem to raise tickets to back end teams who never call you back, the frustrating thing is this issue can be resolved by a Apple Watch eSIM profile reset, as it happened to me last year

    @O2 i need this issue resolved im not paying £40 for bolt ons im not even going to use. That is the amount for my whole months bill including the iPhone. You need to sort out your App and let people make direct complaints

    @O2 I’m currently in Nigeria and my O2 SIM only shows “Emergency calls only.” Manual network selection also says “Selected network unavailable.” Please can you check if there’s any roaming restriction or suspension on my line?
