I got offered a "special deal" as I am such a good customer. An expensive 24 month contract... The are an absolute shower. I'm moving provider tomorrow - one with a UK call centre

M🍏Cintosh (@MCintosh1954) reportedNetwork service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡
