Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 customer service - absolutely disgrace. Been left on hold for hours, hung up on, promised call backs and 2 and 1/2 weeks on they have still not provided a solution for my faulty phone. Unbelievable.

@tescomobile @O2 I haven't been able to make calls or pick up voice mails for weeks in my local area. Paying for a service that I'm not receiving. Complaints link on website is a 404. #notgoodenough

@Kolo_Martin @SkyHelpTeam The lack of info is the worst and the size of the area with no service means it’s not just a single mast. To be fair to Sky at least they acknowledge on the website that it covers Merseyside & Cheshire, @O2 just say it’s your closest mast end of.
