Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@virginmedia @O2 Match made in heaven - don’t think so. Told my pretty basic package goes up from £60 to £75, yet a new customer can get a better package for £29.99. Phoned to ask if I could have the same & was basically told to bugger off. Not much point sticking around then. Off to @EE we go…

@O2 one of your call agent made a big mistake and put me in a hardship . Closed my account and told me to cancel my direct debit . Now @02 asking me to pay the all amount contract by 19th of February. Letter posted on 9th ,received on 15th . 4 days !!!!!

@O2 Can't even get a decent signal in the UK let alone anywhere else, few times every month saying "our network can get busy in your area, our team looking into it" and "We’re carrying out some upgrade work to help improve our network" signal never improves inside or out
