    @O2 just informed me my bills will rise by 13.4% . Luckily my contract expires soon, so I'll be going elsewhere. What a kick in the teeth, they cannot justify that big of a rise in tough times. Never had a different provider but that's going to change! Sickened.

    @wendypajak @O2 @wendypajak it’s because you are pay your bills a month in advance and O2 needs 30 days notice to disconnect the line completely if you can’t wait 30 days request your PAC by texting PAC to 65075 to move your number to a different network and within 1 working day.

    @o2 So paid my bill last night, but after the verify using the TSB mobile app, I was met by a white screen that I couldn't do anything with, reset the app and now it's shows my bill as unpaid but the money has been taken.. clearly something is broken.
