Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 @suptoxi I've sent numerous dms and you've checked my postcode and everything is 'fine', except it's not as 4g signal keeps switching to H or H+ every few mins. Only been a customer for a couple of weeks. Not impressed.

@tmw1000 @O2 Fortunately my WiFi is going fine now, don’t recommend O2 but it works most of the time where I live. Hope your issues resolve soon
