    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    @O2 @virginmedia spent months trying to resolve incorrect default from Jan 2026.Multiple complaints have been incorrectly closed/ignored/been passed between departments. No deadlock letter closed my complaint without addressing my response. @LutzSchueler help! Comp unacceptable!

    Not only does @O2 advertise items falsely, when. You complain they don't even have the decency to have a person deal with the complaint, how far this company has fallen in standards is unreal!

    4/4 bars and 4G.. yet nothing is working.. @o2 you need to absolutely sort your **** out.. i’m paying for **** all clearly.. oh, i’m outside aswell, i’d understand if it was inside but no, fill everything and outside and i’ve got nothing. utterly useless

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!
