Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

Just received a weird text from @DPDgroup_news saying I had a parcel missing which I never! I reported this to my @O2 as it was sent in error, although whenever I order from HMV they always tell me if it's DPD or Royal Mail in this case it wasn't DPD.

@O2 I'll follow your recommendations in making sure I try to activate the offer later in the week. I have 29 days left of this offer and if I keep trying and it doesn't work, I'm leaving it in good faith that you will offer a resolution sooner rather than later.
