    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address

    Every other week @O2 tells me they’re improving the network in my area and every time it mysteriously gets worse. Weird
