@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@O2 I believe not treating your customers fairly and charging them stupid pricing for if they want to cancel a contract two years before charging them full price, you need to be fined Billions of Pounds for what your doing defrauding customers @Ofcom Please investigate them.

Wi-fi went down today and presumed 4G on @O2 had gone to as nothing was loading - speed test shows a speed of 1.4mb😬 is this normal in Telford?!

OK so now @SamsungMobile have gone shite with the latest update and tired to copy what @Apple iPhone do. Plus removed ALL of my personalisation and forced me to have things I cannot change, I think it's time for a new phone. Anyone got any suggestions? @O2 you're my network??
