@O2 When do you expect this to be resolved? Getting no where on phone for days, online chat not working and the next available appointment from your resolution team is over 10 days away. Mean while we are paying for something that doesn't meet what we signed up for.

@O2 Why do you feel it is ok to install an esim for a disabled person with mobility issues then deactivate it the next day with no warning or help? You also promised refunds for lost services.. simply to charge me more than usual. Disgusting customer care and support!
