    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    @O2 what is the issue with the signal around S62 area? It has been dropping constantly for months, it’s fixed for a day or 2 then goes ago. Today I have no signal at all. Again.

    @O2 Thank you but I’ve pretty much done all of this. The network needs serious investment to manage the amount of people connected, and to ensure data is reliable and stable.

    @Chriswa19691781 @O2 That’s not the only thing that can’t be done with O2 at the moment! Are you able to pay your bills on the app or website? I’m not and quite a few others aren’t either. There is something broken on their end and no one is looking into it
