Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 worst customer service ever. Switched contracts from EE over a week ago, phone number not transferred. Calling daily. No joy. Told I’ll be called back. Doesn’t happen. Told it will be escalated. Doesn’t happen. Tried to leave: can’t. No record of the conversation. Shocking.

The last few weeks the 4G network for @o2 wherever I go has been nothing short of shocking! Phone might as well be a paperweight.
