@O2 hi there I have an issue, my oppo had a hardware fault a month ago. Phone was unusable but in perfect shape, and I spoke to the people in O2 Huddersfield and they advised me to go through oppo to get it repaired as it was in warranty. I did that and yet again it's broken 1/2

@O2 how do i go about cancelling my contract. Your service as it stands is pathetic. I Pay for 5G and never get any internet service. A total failure on your behalf to provide the service in which i pay for.

@O2 @o2 @LutzSchueler spoke with complaints team who was more interested in telling me I’ve received discount I was not entitled too rather than addressing my complaint. He’s apparently sending my deadlock letter so I can raise with the ombudsman after he removes my discount

@O2 @DPDgroup_news ordered a new phone Friday, next day delivery. Surely this should’ve been delivered Saturday. DPD are atrociously bad for deliveries I am not happy! It’s been in the Birmingham hub since Friday and hasn’t moved as of yet! Fuming
