Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

You never sent an email or texts to say you would attempt to deliver these dates either or no email to even say you had the item. It’s now back with @O2 and we’re struggling to get it redelivered but we’ve been charged for it. We’ve emailed, tried to call & tried the WhatsApp

@O2 good morning please could you look into the service in the YO30 area of York? For the past 2 months I can’t even make a call in the area I live I have to use what’s app or messenger in my own home through Wi-Fi as no service, there is no 3G or 4G let alone 5G in the area so

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia That's a big promise when it's taken you almost 2 months to fix a mast, which by the way isn't fixed yet! My newborn will be 18 years old before you actually do something about it
