Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

@O2 our WiFi at work has gone down so I am having to revert to my data (which I have plenty) but my god my speeds are really bad. Was originally getting 2Mbps and now it’s much less than that. My co workers next to me on other networks are getting 30/4-Mbps. Can you help please?

@O2 It was just an issue with the o2 sign in, no other sites affected. I’m not sure what the issue was , but after all devices were reset ,and internet settings put back to default, then set up again, everything is working fine...not sure what the issue was but it’s now gone.
