@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@MartinSLewis you're rightly insensed by @O2 mid-contract increase 'breaking' their contracted commitments. Theoretically could my mortgage company do the same?- a few years into a 7 year fix they say "'sod it' you can leave if you like but the rate we're now offering is 10%" ??

@O2 I had to push the cancellation team hard @O2 reading back your email to the customer support agent. If I had not done that they would have tried to have made me pay off my device in full.
