    @O2 still no fix for the H+ issue in Burton - on - Trent..... Are you sure it's actually being looked at? It's taken a ridiculous amount of time now, very disappointed

    @O2 Yeah that's been the issue for well over a month now, the issue at this point is more the fact that it seems like despite being told it's being looked at nothing is actually being done about it.

    @O2 trying desperately to report some form of fraud, for a cancelled account. Going round in circles. Had everything from being cut off, transferred to 4 depts, transferred to recorded msg and everything in between. Your service is appalling and I'm no further along

    @O2 What kind of network is O2 to completely mis-sell & misled me to sign up for a sim-only contract for £30/month when the advisor called me today and offered a phone contract? This is the second time your company has done this! Extremely disappointed with your business tactics!
