    @O2 Had no signal for 3 days in Paignton. Tried all suggested fixes. I note on twitter lots of people across the country are experiencing similar. Whats the issue and when will it be fixed? I'm actually out of contract so will look to move if this is a continuous issue

    @O2 I’m sorry but your network is shocking. I would ring and complain but it’s a 45 min wait. I would complain on the app but chat isn’t working. These last 6 months nightmare. Today my phone not working cost me £200 and 3hrs! Joke of a network!!

    @O2 what’s happening with customer service? Agents always bust, book a call and no one rings. I only switched from Vodafone recently and really disappointed you can’t get through to customer support easily at all.

    @O2 @virginmedia I have signed up for Volt, I have both O2 mobile and virgin media, my mobile has went through and update applied but when I put my wife’s mobile through it said that virgin isn’t available in my area?? Both mobiles and virgin media are under my name/address. Can someone help?

    @virginmedia @O2 Don't sign up to virgin media. They'll screw you over big time. Even if you're a long standing customer. Stay well clear.

    Can't fault the customer service from @O2 sent my faulty phone back with a nice bit of sticky plastic over the screen, still faulty but none the less a nice touch... not a happy chappy!!
