@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

Honestly @O2 need to sort their customer services out. 3 calls transferred and cut off, 4th call was advised I wouldn’t be transferred/cut off, was placed on hold for a further 45 minutes and then call disconnected. #bye

@o2 once again mast issues in tw10 are causing serious problems. Texts delayed arrival means 2 factor authentication not possible. This is third time this month!

@O2 No point speaking to them again. They lied to her on the phone, were extremely rude and changed the reason from touch keys not working to screen burn. We fully expect the phone to be returned broken now. Disgraceful behaviour and surely the store and O2 can do something about it

Honestly, payday on Friday I’m paying off this phone and getting a new one. I can’t fathom why I never get any @O2 service. Every single phone, same issue. I’ve raised the issue, nothing ever got resolved. 20 minutes it’s just took me to get signal back after being in a busy area

Trying to order my eldest a SIM card with @O2 and it is painful. Spent over 2 hours already, it’s taking approx 4 mins per msg to get a reply on live chat anddddd I’ve just been disconnected. This is really, really poor o2!
