@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

It appears that the @Virginmedia and @O2 collaboration where they double your data and wifi speed also means double the hassle when their broadband goes down and the 4G falls through the floor and you cant access anything at all 🙄🙄👏🏻👏🏻 spectacular work all round

When you switch mobile phone provider from @virginmedia to @o2 to avoid being left in the stone age when virgin media wifi goes down, only to discover they're the same company and your mobile phone signal is still ****. Brilliant stuff guys #virginmedia #o2

@virginmedia Don’t forget that @virginmedia and @O2 are now the same company. So if you exceed your mobile data allowance because you’re having to tether because of the outage, do not accept to pay O2 any money for it!

@virginmedia Join @O2 to get better deal & extra benefits with @virginmedia had nothing but poor reception on phone & broadband ever since. Have to reboot hub several times a day, several days a week. The whole thing is a joke from both companies and a disgrace when people can't work
