This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@JudgeDewie @O2 They should be held more accountable for continuation of service. Were it a landline you’d be owed automatic compensation for each day of lack of service. As mobiles have take over from landlines at home they should be treated in the same way imo

@O2 I know, thanks, Staff were telling me there is a 30 day notice period, despite knowing about Pac code and despite my contract finishing, If they didn't realise I had a pac code then that should have been a suggestion. Poor. I'll message with number

@RobinTheTwit @O2 I honestly don’t hold out any hope at all. I suspect the problem will continue for a couple of months. I can get a good deal with EE and they won’t miss 2 customers.
