    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @nattystevenson1 @O2 Mines has been piss poor for a few weeks, vodaphone three are useless here so O2 were my go to but now I'm not so sure, glad it's not just me then

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    I’ve spent a week trying to get my past as you go number transferred with @O2. Only to be told each time that there was a technical error & a new request would be made. Today I finally got to a manager who informed me it’s a known widespread issue, massive waste of time & money

    @virginmedia But you (Virgin, not yourself obviously) could have given those @O2 customers on Virgin Gig1 a discount to the next tier down, surely? Not exactly rewarding your highest-paying customers. You just like our extra £24 or so a month for the same service.

    @O2 awful customer services, argumentative and useless call centre, managers incapable of returning phonecalls. Only been waiting since last monday, then Saturday but possibly sunday and now maybe someone will call you within 48hrs or maybe not. 🤔 #o2 #unimpressed

    @O2 I’ve been really disappointed over the last few years with your network. Some place struggling to get signal and Internet. I’m from the Preston area and some parts of the area I struggle to get 2 bar service and people are struggling to hear me because of this 1/2
