    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 Not impressed - wasted hours today trying to get tickets and neither app nor website loading. Plenty for sale on re-sale sites so obviously some are profiteering from this. You could track them but will you? So much for rewarding customer loyalty!

    @O2 whats the update with priority? Still mo access to priority even now..... Appreciate demand is high but all day? Come on o2 youve had hours to get a fix on it. Massively dissapointing to offer access to tickets through a service that cant be accessed.....

    @soph_whitby @O2 It is painful, I don’t know if the same with you but it lets me put phone number in (sometimes) but instead of sending me a code just takes me back to watch that video at the login page! That’s if it doesn’t time me out and say access denied

    @O2 How is it acceptable for you to log customers out when they are already logged in and ready for the sale times? I got my first code 6 hours after I first tried to re login. Absolute shambles. 8 hours on and still can’t log in. Surley you knew the demand would be extremely high!!

    @O2 @ChrisPe99357735 Really poor, my wife and I trying all day, it’s bull💩, lots of tickets being sold, nobody can get into this system. Priority customers, nah, your system doesn’t work, worst experience of any platform ever. Poor show

    @O2 I suggest you get your management team and marketing team to sit down and brainstorm a new name to replace ‘Priority’ as this absolutely isn’t it. What a shambles #o2down #o2priorityshambles #peterkay
