@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

Trying to pay @O2 £22 spoken to 4 different people and they still can’t take it. Waiting for a call back. Account is closed which seems to be the issue. Can’t be that difficult 😩

why are @O2 so rubbish. Been trying to change my number from contract to pay as you go. Should be easy I was told.But now spoken to 4 people who keep blaming each other.Still no further forward!terrible service from @O2. They don’t know what they are doing

@O2 we have been phoning you almost on a daily basis to try to sort out our 4 phone contracts. Each time we are told we will get a call back. This never happens. Truly the worst customer service we have encountered.

Hello @O2 Account no. 1044244169 Why has your colleague locked my android phone from using o2 sim that I've been using all along???? I done a sim swap in store today, still doesn't work on my phone, but other sim works. My mobile always been unlocked to all network.

Amazing. @O2 strikes again. Screwed around ridiculously right at start of #Volt contract only 3mths ago, promised reimbursement & comp credit verbally & in writing 4 times. Found out today it never happened. Mngr promises it'll happen nxt month. Forgive me if I don't believe you.

So @O2 didn’t deliver my phone despite me paying for next day delivery, said phone wont be here tomorrow either or monday. Takes 2 days to do a credit check for a customer of 14 years apparently but 14 days to refund me my money too. Absolute joke of a company

@O2 I had the same issue outside the city centre but I blamed it on the fact that I came from the rural areas where I haven’t seen that issue as much since I started testing. I have tried all those and another device yet same. I expected to get better service in a big city centre
