@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@goodiertd @O2 Surely you looked elsewhere with their immoral price rises recently?! It was bad enough running the free Greggs breakfast and claiming it was what customers wanted (lies) and then put prices up massively. Just leave them 👍🏻

@O2 I don't think so. The new app is terrible/slow since the Virgin media merge and it was 'updated' and I don't see a way of checking if it is the main contact number. The 'my details' link does nothing but all new to confirm my email.

@O2 The eSIM card was blocked during phone setup. I contacted customer services. I received an email from O2 stating, "We have updated your order; you can track it via the my O2 app." However, my myO2 account is also locked. How can I track my order?

@O2 No no no no no... I am not phoning..... The lack of UK calls centres makes calling impossible. Obviously you will need more than my phone number to sort this issue. So along with my issue what else do you require to go onto my account and press the button to activate phone

@O2 It says there issue with data but my issue is with quality of calls. Constantly can't hear or be heard. Not while at home but out on road various places. Really not good enough

@O2 I wouldn’t call it “confusion” — I’d call it misadvertising. And no, they didn't . If you want to attract customers and keep them in such an unstable market, you need to get your advertising up to scratch.
