    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @adz232 @DMcstravock @O2 Are you saying the 02 actually has a customer service? They do however after 6 hours on hold I got through to be told that they won't help. They are happy to take £800 off me for a faulty phone but no interest in providing a phone that actually works. A v expensive paperweight

    @O2 can’t believe I’ve been cut off 3 times from customer service and still didn’t get a call back every time I call back you cut me off. I guess im lucky to be in my cooling off period oh and somehow dhl have lost the phone.

    @CFOXY5 @adz232 @O2 Your not the only one who is angry. I got an iphone XR off them 9 months ago. It doesn't connect to mobile or data & is now a paperweight. 02 refuse to even look at it let alone repair or replace the peice of junk. The customer services won't even tr me to the repairs department
