This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 Hi, is there some sort of long term 4G issue going on?. I can barely scrape 3mbs anywhere I go if that, home, work, out and about. It's been this way for many weeks at least. My friends on EE & Vodafone both tested next to me just now, one 40mbs one 78 🤯. What's going on?

@O2 Hi. I want to cancel my Disney plus subscription. When I go into my account on Disney plus it says to got to my o2 account. However I don’t see anything about managing my Disney plus subscription on there.
