This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@nattystevenson1 @O2 Mines has been piss poor for a few weeks, vodaphone three are useless here so O2 were my go to but now I'm not so sure, glad it's not just me then

@O2 When you pre order your new iPhone 14 pro max in deep purple and leave a deposit. Told to pick up 10th october only to go in an no phone to be there waiting for you. Such a disappointment. Shocking customer service and leaving customers unhappy an not satisfied with staff

@O2 Cannot sign into O2 account or get through to a real person on live chat, if I ring it's over £3 a minute to talk to anybody & you have to go through push buttons etc. Am extremely fed up. I should have received a new SIM card last week & it aint arrived yet. Can you help?

Did no-one in @O2 or @virginmedia test how the name Volt might work on their phone IVR, and like, whether it might at all sound like 'fault'? The answer is, of course, no. Quite difficult to get help on Volt, it turns out.

@O2 We’ve been doing that with no avail. Was always the first Monday of the month and there have been none of late. It’s one of the main reasons I stay with o2 as the coverage where I live is awful and has worsened over time. Perhaps time to consider other network providers

Nearly 4 weeks since my @O2 pre order was meant to be delivered and still being fed the "up to 4 weeks from now" line from their supposedly clueless support team.
