    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 spoke to your customer services today: first call was to the rudest and more incompetent person I have ever dealt with. Clearly had no idea what they were doing. Second call went much better
