This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@O2 it's painful enough holding for 30 mins after being told I was being transferred only to be then cut off by someone shouting down the phone at me. Was going to change my contract but seeing as I'm at the end of my 3 year deal I may consider my options!

@o2 I’ve had really bad signal for nearly 4 weeks I have been told that a mast is damaged and needs fixing but I can’t contact anyone in a emergency when I’m at home or at work my family are on o2 and we’re paying for a service that’s rubbish.😡

@badassscotsman @O2 Did you get it sorted? Mine seems to have fixed itself in past couple days after the oppo UI update and having reported the issue on the network app.. unsure where the issue originated tho 🤷
