This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@shanes_loonie @O2 I’m waiting for my contract to end been with them over 10yrs and fed up with this “amazing” 5G that’s slower than 4G and the general signal is poor. had a company phone on EE worked all across the uk, comparing the two side by side was an eye opener

@shanes_loonie @O2 I've been with O2 for nearly 20 years, currently have 5 lines open with them, and haven't had any issues, except that the 5G is practically nonexistent.

@O2 Despite several phone calls and the promise of returned calls from customer service agents, still no resolution to my air time tariff issue. Several times I’ve been told it’s sorted and it hasn’t!
