@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 Day 22 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you Jason for responding. I was moving to @O2 because you wouldn't offer me a decent offer and you don't give any rewards. O2 were offering both of those but have messed my new contract. Neither of you give a good signal. I don't know what to do.
