    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

    My every five or six week tweet at how crap my reception is with @O2 sooner my contract is up the quicker I can change my carrier, you used to be good but now your rubbish

    @nattystevenson1 @O2 Mines has been piss poor for a few weeks, vodaphone three are useless here so O2 were my go to but now I'm not so sure, glad it's not just me then

    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 Thanks- after 3 LONG phone calls with your customer service agents I think it’s almost sorted… the lady I spoke to this evening was exceptional, she was so helpful. Still need to speak to fraud team tomorrow and want to make sure this can’t happen again!

    @Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.
