@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 - your customer service has become a joke. A bunch of incompetent, untrained advisors working from home with bad lines and a bad set up. It’s a joke! The amount of lies I’ve been told. You wait 20 minutes and they put the phone down without answering!

@O2 My daughter contacted you recently regarding problems with the Caffè Nero free drink but you haven’t replied. It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.
