    @2wheelsnot4 @O2 @Ofcom I was planning on switching to a network which uses EE infra as Virgin reception is much worse since they switched, but this confirms that decision.

    @o2 are going to lose so many customers after a 17% price increase. Been with them a long time and the signal is getting worse and absolutely no benefits to being with them. @MartinSLewis does this increase give us the opportunity to cancel the contract early?

    @andrewwhyman @O2 Hmm maybe. My point about the network unreliability still stands. Walk to the shop and I have no data unless I airplanes mode a few times. Frustrating

    @virginmedia @O2 Nooo I’m sick of them ! They had great joy in telling me I’m lumbered with them until 2024 with this **** service . So I will enjoy telling you both where to go then when my combined £90 will be going elsewhere . Customer service , SHITE !

    @O2 you have got to have the worst customer care service in any mobile service provider. I have made 4 calls and they either don't listen or just hang up
