  This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

  @O2 why has your “my o2” app decided to stop working and wants a new login? It’s always just worked when not on WiFi. I have now somehow accidentally linked my mother’s Virgin media account to my o2 account just trying to log in!

  @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

  @O2 And yes, I was assured by 2 members of your customer service team it was all done on Thursday morning. I’ve never had this issue before, it’s been a total pain not being able to use my phone (despite still paying for it 🙃) it’s just not good enough!

  @O2 I would hence request the team concerned to have this rectified immediately and have it completely removed of my credit report and the same to be confirmed to me by email in written! It’s a shame that this is the customer experience offered by @O2 !!

  @O2 Still awful, area of Glasgow (G14) am in rarely gets out of 4G, got a better reception with previous provider getting a constant 4G+....

  @GlennSmithF1 @O2 Yep, they keep lines open, even the ones that are mis-sold, preventing the customer from getting pay monthly. The customer is punished twice, once with the mis-selling and a second time by restricted access and credit checks
