@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 Sorry that doesn't work. It takes us to the PAYG topup line. We put in the phone number and it says unrecognised. We press * for help and it asks for our number again which isn't recognised as it's no longer an 02 number. This is painful.

@O2 Just wished you didn’t use DPD as the courier, my new iPhone 13 Pro hasn’t been delivered and I won’t have it to video my daughter racing this weekend. Absolutely gutted, how do I cancel the upgrade as I can’t be bothered with it now

@O2 Please help! I ordered an upgrade via Click and Collect. DHL website say they have collected, it’s at the depot and is delayed. Called them and they say they don’t have the parcel. You then send me a message sayings it’s arrived at the store. It hasn’t! In a loop. Please sort

@Chrissyd27 @O2 @SamsungMobile Mine was sold on a 3 week wait, I don't mind that time frame. But, If it goes beyond that, Ill be refunding and going elsewhere. I put 300 down on the phone straight off the bat which didnt need to leave my bank tbh.

@O2 My partner switched to 3 for better service is our new home. She paid her last bill. But we now have a £23 default showing on a credit report. Nobody answers the phone, online chat get disconnected, and the complaints page has no available appointments. How do we talk to you?
