@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

@VodafoneUK I’m sure It won’t make a difference to you, but it does for me. So, just counting the last days of my contract with you and then off I go to @EE, @O2 or other company with better service and definitely a company I could trust

@M1dgar @O2 EE are shite, I was with them for 10 years and they couldn’t do **** all. Ended up with 3 who get a bad rap but they’re alright. Recommend checking out affordable mobiles

@O2 with the roaming charges returning I think there will soon be no need for a contract with you or any other network we will WiFi on apps via our devices and the term mobile phone will be moved to museums
