@O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

@O2 really disappointed with the service today. I was advised to call for a refund of exiting fees. I was told today no refund was due. After asking 3 times, and requesting my previous call be listened to, it was suddenly noticed that a refund was due. Left a very bitter taste.

02 are going down the drain. Probably `because of Covid`. Asking to leave their service and put on hold due to what seems to be a total mishandling of my data allowance. Their website is terrible and designed for you not to find out things. @O2 Going to @SMARTYMobileUK I think.

@EE's customer service on the phone when compared to @O2 is just so much better. Lovely people. Dealing with O2 is just shear incompetence and frustrations. Never leaving EE again.
