    @virginmedia @O2 Why isn’t there any alternative to setting up an additional email address? If I had to reset my account I’m unlikely to remember an email address that I never use!

    @O2 Then your "live support" is ****, typical response YOU give "This is a messaging service and not a live chat", i waited 58 minutes for an agent who cut me off within 30s because i didnt reply instantly from a "messaging service and not live chat"

    @O2 HELP. New customer to o2 , ported my mobile number from three to o2, yesterday. Started to work fine,but after 20’minutes has failed. No network connection and number appears dead when you call from another phone. HELP this is really bad for my business!!

    @O2 "busy in my area"? i very much doubt that, we all know its a o2 problem, not a customer problem

    Can’t wait for my @ThreeUK contracts to come to an end. The service has gotten so bad there is never signal anywhere despite both phones showing good signal, 4G or 5G nothing works. On the other hand, the contracts I have for my son and daughter on @O2 always has decent reliable signal which we have to hotspot off due to the terrible service from Three.
