Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker Iโm still at work and canโt phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer Iโll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -ยฃ7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.
