    @O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

    @O2 now to wait 5 days to see if it goes through. either the name or being a stay at home mum being the issue I was left humiliated and undecided if I will stay with o2 after 10+ years custom. But loyalty get you nothing but humiliated.

    @O2 you literally have to be the worst mobile provider on the planet! No phone signal, never any 4G increasing prices and can never ever get through to anyone to sort any issues out! 🙄 #Useless #o2arecrap

    @al3xjw @O2 Did this get resolved for you? I exchanged messages with them via twitter and the app and got nowhere. Totally useless bunch.Think there is something they are mis-advertising that they don’t want to come clean with - basically that their roaming service in USA is severely capped.

    @O2 I take out a contract with vm/your co. and the sim is sent to an unknown address. Your co. Breaches DPA and ur rude advisors tell me they cant send it to my address. I hope i dont have to keep dealing with this over the period of the contract.

    Hey @o2, A question I hope you might be able to help with. I have O2 Open and within that 2 Family and Friends discount codes. My wife just upgraded to new iPhone 14 Pro but we forgot to add the code during the checkout process. Is there any way to add it retrospectively? Thx

    Yet again I’m in a major uk city, right in the middle of Bristol and there is no internet on @O2 #O2 common do some investment instead of the stupid surveys you keep sending out.

    Just completed the Great North Run. Can’t find anyone I need to find because once again @o2 signal is non-existent (despite saying I’ve got 4G). I’ve walked 1.5 miles away from everyone and still nothing. Everywhere I go this network fails. Opening a case with the Ombudsman!
