    @O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

    @O2 Hello there, please can you help with trouble logging into an O2 account (PAYG)? Can't reset password and after trying the forgotten password option (via a code sent by text) your website said the mobile number wasn't recognised.
