    @O2 I’ve dropped you a dm about masts down in my area , you replied with a poxy link on how to use my phone , I explained in the dm that there is a a mast down and has been since beginning of the year , so no I’ve had no reply and quite Frank your customer service is appalling

    @O2 what has my wife got to do, to actually get through to someone in payment management?? Been trying for 3 days , she either gets cut off or given a number to ring by customer services, when she rings the number, it ends up being someone who doesn’t work at O2.

    @O2 Hey, Can you help me with copies of hardware and airtime invoices for a dead business iPad account, please? I need it for my end-of-year purchase ledger accounts and the number was never set up for online billing so customer care is offering me little to no help via phone.
