@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

@O2 Please help. I have a phone bought from O2 last year and under guarantee. It would not charge: I took it back to the shop for repair on 12/1. On 22/1 they said they have no record of it and promised to investigate & contact me. Nothing from them since. I need this phone.

@O2 I can’t view the breakdown no.. it’s not showing me. I’ve never had these issues with EE who I was with for 15years. Now I’m with o2 and I get charges I’m not aware of.. I’ll be leaving once contract ends.. no one has helped resolve this issue.

@TicketmasterUK @O2 fix your websites/apps 💀 both have crashed whilst my friends were trying to buy tickets for Harry Styles London show, despite them being 500th in the queue at 9am sharp. Are there even any tickets left or do ur apps even work???? give some updates

@antiteabecks @Harry_Styles @O2 Had the same problem! Couldn’t get 1 ticket on any level in London was prepared to pay whatever just to get a ticket but all sold out so got them in Manchester 🙌🏼
