@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

Not impressed with @EE service, ordered the new iPhone on the 22nd September and have had an update to say delivery between 29thOct - 02Nov… over 5 weeks! My wife ordered the same phone with @O2 and it came in 3 days!

@O2 I've now been waiting on the O2 insurance claim line to try and get through for 40 minutes. Can I go in-store? Is there a better time to ring or how long is expected wait time? I don't want to hang up after waiting this long but need to join a work call

@O2 WA160HJ is where I have a full signal but very little access to anything due to high traffic. Even though other networks are fine. At home it's PR33NT where I have very poor signal.
