@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

@O2 your customer service is appalling, I’ve spent over three hours on the phone to six different people to try and change an upgrade within the 14 day period. None of your staff able to help, promised call backs don’t happen, system failings and five days later no resolution!

@O2 Well today I found out that all the customer service agents assurances that they would do so, try and get the parcel to me asap and let me know just... Didn't happen. Apparently the parcel is just going back to o2 and nobody did anything.
