Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker Iโm still at work and canโt phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer Iโll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

Iโve completed the complaints form but itโs not working and there is a constant error message. Pretty much sums up your customer service!!!

That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it ๐

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
