It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.

Sarah Loughran (@SarahDruscilla) reported@O2 in this day & age, why do we still have to settle for a signal that is “patchy indoors”. Got a text today saying our network issue has been fixed. Zero improvement. Still only 1 bar indoors. I had a better signal with O2, 20 years ago!!
