    @O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

    @O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.

    @O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

    @O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

    @virginmedia ever since you guys have partnered with @O2 we have had may issues with broadband and outages, I have been on the 1gb package for 20months and in the past 3 months I have had 4 outages, one lasting 6h, another 3h, another almost 9h now there is 2 at once been 3h now.

    @virginmedia Yes and confirmation they’ve closed it ! Maybe it’s time to pass this to Offcom and let them deal as @virginmedia seem more bothered pushing @O2 SIM cards on everyone rather than fixing issues

    @O2 I know I have messaged you before about no internet connection in my area every day from about 11am to around 4pm sometimes later. This has been going on for months now , what service am I actually paying for , today I only just got access after being shut off at 10.45am..

    @i486nugget @O2 @Starlink Honestly, Starlink is the only chance how to make internet working in my location. DSL - not supported, Fibre - not supported, 5G - broken. So I don’t actually know how to use the internet properly

    Pulled the plug on all that is @virginmedia and will do on @O2 I don’t get reception at all from O2 and virgin had been the worst in such a short space of time. Cheap but I would rather pay more to have reliable service

    @O2 I should be able to go into a local shop and get help immediately - not wait weeks for it. The nearest shops are 7 miles in one direction and 10 miles away in the other. There used to be a shop 3 miles away but you closed it down.

    @TonyT0nes @O2 Yes. Although I decided in my wisdom it could be SIM card so got new one and put £10 credit on and not working still. But I did message them on insta and they said could take 5 working days for it to work, but I’m not holding my breath
