It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

When you contact CS, if they actually answer, then they treat you like you are the problem!

I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?

mark callow (@markcallow10) reported@ad_moran4 @O2 I’m have 10 Contract phones with o2 the signal has literally disappeared it’s shocking. Do not sign up they are a nightmare. I can honestly say if not under WiFi it’s about 30/35 % coverage
