    @O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

    @O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

    @O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

    @O2 Hi, please could you help me? Been trying to take out a new sim only contract with you, however I already have an account but cannot access as it is trying to send a code to my phone (my provider has now cut off my contract so I have no signal and can’t receive texts)

    @O2 I'm getting sick&tired of coming to work&not having a signal. I've missed calls from school about poorly kids or kids needing to isolate. I don't have a landline so this is causing me huge issues! The mast is Meltham HD9.

    @vinnybelfast @O2 I know if I’m closer to the airport 4g doesn’t work at all and the signal is awful. If you’re over that way, then that could be part of your problem. We’re closer to Antrim hospital and 4g is fine and signal strength is quite good

    I can honestly say in all my years as an @O2 customer I have never had such poor customer service as I've received over the last 2 days, to the point I was going to cancel my contract. Do @O2 train anyone in their products??

    @O2 why has my signal gotten so bad? Use to have a good 4G signal, but now I can only get a below average 3G. It’s not my phone, as others on o2 have the same problem. Reported it numerous times on the ‘my network’ app, but nothing’s changed. Been like it for about a month now.

    @O2 great customer service. Cleared security only to be hung up by one of your representatives who had no concept of the question i was asking! Horrible experience as per usual :@
