Ian Gordon Davitt (@IanDavitt) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didnโt need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, Iโm going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.

Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker Iโm still at work and canโt phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer Iโll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.
