@O2 #TBT when I was with @02 and I may as well be using smoke signals to send texts and make calls... with a network that works now.

  • Gib1967 John Gibson (@Gib1967) reported

@O2 but that is the excuse they have been using for 2 months my data usage is usually between 5 and 6 gig but throughout November and December I have barely used any the live chat service is appalling mire like dead chat when I call the 0344 number waiting to get through

  • bvark Phil Sykes (@bvark) reported

@joeykins82 @O2 The eSIM I picked was awful as well (frequently throttled to unusability in the middle of SF). NJ's opinion was at the bottom of the price bucket that's basically WAI :(

  • trev121no Kevin Richardson (@trev121no) reported

What a Joke. @O2 allowed 2 fraudulent accounts to be opened in my name, send me debt collecting letters to pay, I call up tonight to discuss and queue for 30 mins then as I get put through I get an automated message saying u r shut. Wtf !

  • NickyNeedham Nicky Needham (@NickyNeedham) reported

@O2 4/52 is 4 weeks. The phone still displays the call but it either sounds like a robot or silence! It’s happened 6 times today. Had to raise the issue with O2 now to investigate.

  • DiggerPup Digger (@DiggerPup) reported

@O2 #Priority is broken again! No Thirsty Thursday @SizzlingPubs tonight as a result.... just error messages 🙈

  • joeykins82 Joe Lynch (@joeykins82) reported

For anyone considering switching to @O2 because they actually still have international roaming included: don’t bother; (at least in the US) it’s throttled to the point of being unusable. Get an eSIM instead and pick the most suitable domestic network for your needs.
