Never insure your phone with @O2 what should have been a 3-5 working day turnaround for my phones repair has turned into potentially double that time with no communication with me unless I call them directly

@O2 been having issues with my phone for months. Keep getting promised calls back from the “back room” in 3 days. No one calls back. Next step will report to the ombudsman and will also be looking at how to cancel my contract and move providers. I have been with @O2 for 14 years

@Cyber_Betty @O2 I have been with them for 15year, and they have just got worse. Most of my conversations get interrupted by being cut off due to signal. Data is slower than a nailed down slug.

I’m done with @O2 . I live in a capital city (Cardiff) and I can’t even get a signal strong enough to talk on the phone. It says 4G/5G but it’s rubbish. Apparently ‘too many people are using it now’. Not good enough. #O2
