@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

@virginmedia Doesn’t matter ! You still have the most appalling customer service . After 10 years as a customer - I can’t believe I spent 5hrs between online chat and on the phone to resolve a simple issue . Volt responsibility is clearly a ping pong ball between you and @O2 So disappoint

@O2 your customer service is appalling. November 13th I upgraded and paid my balance. I still havent received my new phone and am now paying for 2 contracts. I cannot get through to anyone ans no-one phones me back
