Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Glenrothes, Scotland@O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.
-
Ian Gordon Davitt (@IanDavitt) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.
-
Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Freuchie, Scotland@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.
-
Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Freuchie, Scotland@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

-
DataEatsWorld (@dataeatworld) reported@maxkarpis Switched from @O2 to Revolut Mobile a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The service works flawlessly, roaming has been excellent while travelling, and the whole experience has been refreshingly simple. The only problem is that O2 is still charging me despite my number having been successfully transferred. I have proof from Revolut that the porting was completed months ago. Trying to get it resolved has been nearly impossible. Every time I contact O2 support, I end up speaking to an outsourced Indian call centre and nobody seems able to fix the issue.
-
PhatSuppliUK (@PhatSuppliUK) reported@O2 Sick of trying that and being pawned off and having excuses I pay loads for weak connection .. sure someone else can do it better I bet you do it on purpose to rinse people for O2 satellite coverage .. forcing it Just fix your network
-
Mr J (@Mr__J_J) reported@O2 @JakeMooreUK Yeah you O2, signal is so bad. My 4g speeds were faster than 5g
-
Niamh Spurle (@niamhs90) reported@O2 adding a load of extra steps to get into my account to pay my bill is driving me mad. Paying full price for a service that was down for over 3 months is more annoying.
-
Sarah Loughran (@SarahDruscilla) reported@O2 Thanks I used it & we get “good outdoors”. That is a definite reduction in service as it used to be good in & outdoors. Why have we experienced a reduction in service?
-
Mr H (@silestanix) reported@O2 @virginmedia not a fan of doing this but o2, you guys have made a holiday in the USA as difficult as possible. After many conversations with advisors on the chat I STILL CANNOT Make calls back to the UK from here in the USA. I'm a volt customer but will rethink this...
-
Charlotte (@CharlotteW_R) reported@O2 As I said when you last sent me this link, it isn’t a true reflection of what the signal actually is. We are lucky to get one bar at the moment. Please see your previous messages as I was told an engineer would check the mast and I will get an update.
-
Emily Atkins (@bahallathegreat) reported@O2 Hi um nothing bad lol but I’m paying for a iPad and very happy with but I was sorting out bank stuff and noticed I am paying for a separate sim which I can not remember but taking out. It’s been going on for years lol I looked at emails etc and it is a sim which I’ve never got
-
Egalitarian Geordie (@EgalGeordie) reported@nftholbein @csljohnkirby @O2 Yea I switched to EE after nearly 20 years with O2. They seem to have taken every awful part of Virgin Media since the merger. Would never trust them again.
