It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer Iโll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker Iโm still at work and canโt phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

That said, once youโre out of contract I have previously gone onto a price comparison new customer deal for ยฃ8.
