@O2 The chat service isn’t working, you can’t book a call back on the website as the appointment form is grey’d out for the whole year!! I just want to talk to someone about my bill but every number places you in a que that no one is picking up from. DO SOMETHING!!

@O2 Please help, I sent a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 in for repair under warranty but was told the warranty is void due to a scratch on the outer edge. This seems to be happening to a lot of people which tells me the Z Flip3 is not fit for purpose.

@O2 I have had the phone hung up multiple times yesterday & today! This is not acceptable, I want to cancel the 2 contracts I took our yesterday as you're clearly not capable of any form of customer service. There's no chance I want to be tied in with you for another 3 years!

@O2 I've been trying to contact you for two days to setup my new O2 Sim. I was on hold twice today (once for an hour, then 2 hours) before I was cut off. I am now going to cancel my order (if I can ever get through).
