    @O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

    @O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

    @O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

    The customer service at @O2 is absolutely pathetic. No customer care, no notes taken about repeated calls, trying to intimidate when the error is at their end. Issue still not fixed 2 months on. Will never use o2 again.

    @Hannah98banana2 @O2 They sell them though they should sell ones that Last longer. Telling you its ok after 18 months your phone is crap just upgrade is not the answer. Dont sell rubbish phones.

    @O2 Image phones lasting longer than 2 yrs??? Then we wldnt have to . Phone from you after 2 yrs speaker went battery life was crap and funny you said your eligible for upgrade. So we spend over 600 on phone for 2 Yr. My old bt cellnet Mobile still works all these yrs later

    @O2 Shocking service, no response on Twitter either?and it gets worse…. now I have no signal and no ability to make calls. I would like to initiate a complaint I can’t get through to anyone as your lines have shut. Is this an actual proper phone network anymore?

    Is there any cash incentive from @EE to terminate contract with @O2 in the interest of them getting a new customer with a phone that actually works in an area when there is 100 people. Blackpool last night with the kids and can’t even make a phone call.
