    @O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

    @O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

    @O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

    @kendie @O2 I went into a store eventually & all they did was remove and reinsert my sim card & its been fine since! However I've since spoken to their customer service & the way I was treated was utterly disgusting, a huge complaint has been filed after being LAUGHED at over my finances! 🤬

    So, went to collect my new phone (Samsung S22) from @O2 Highcross Leicester. What horrendous customer service, it took 20 minutes to be served, handed over my collection reference email, not once did I get 'how are you?', 'Can I help?', 'Do you need help with setup?',

    @O2 Can you explain signal issues in norwich area? When ever I’m on a call in my house nobody can hear a word I’m saying!! Been like it for at least a month now for me and any other O2 customers who visit my house. Neighbour experiencing same problem. Massively frustrating!

    @O2 I have been trying to upgrade my phone for three weeks and every time phone I’m told something different and by the end of the call all phones out of stock so I am unable to upgrade. It’s becoming far too complicated! Can someone please help.

    @kendie @O2 Oh they had better take it seriously, honestly I've never been so humiliated 😥 Glad you're back up and running again but if it happens again then just try taking the sim out and putting it back again. I won't be staying with @O2 once my contract is up now though!
