    @O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.

    @O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

    @O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

    SCAM ALERT: Mobile number +447547993398 pretending to be @O2 Text message reads: Your 02 service may be terminated if we are not able to verify your details, please update your details via "myauth-o2 com" (minus dot) Haven't clicked link but know o2 sites are ".co.uk" not ".com"

    @O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

    @O2 why is it physically impossible to get a PAC code from you. Customer service is shocking, I have phoned at least 7 times in the last week and have been told different information each time.

    Sick of having to go half way down my garden to receive a text to confirm this bank or that payment etc all because @O2 is so ****. Stuck in a contract with a **** signal for another year. Apparently, because I knew the signal was poor, my complaint wasn’t upheld. I HATE O2

    @O2 is @ODEONCinemas @ODEONHelp is Orpington odeon participating in the free tickets. There was literally one showing for this week where it could be used. All the rest were showing priority tickets which were not free! Thanks for the help

    @O2 need help. I'm trying to sign up to Apple 6 months free and the verification code keeps saying failed. Also the link below that support page takes me to nothing.
