@O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

Finally managed to figure out my @o2 payment problems - solution was to download the app and pay by PayPal and not card. I also set up a new direct debit. O2 finally allowed me to access customer services once I’d paid my bill and I spoke to a helpful rep in India.

@O2 not amused at your customer service agent talking over me when I’m trying to find out information as due to an issue I can’t sign into my account, then when she doesn’t understand what I’m asking just hangs up on me! Not great after waiting 30 minutes on hold
