@O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.

@O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

Thanks @O2 for replacing my @SamsungMobile #Note20Ultra in under 24hours when my screen went black yesterday. I rely so heavily on my phone to help manage my health and to monitor my glucose levels 24hrs a day- was dreading being without a phone for days whilst you fixed it.

@O2 utterly useless. Changed tariff today, new 18 month sim only contract. Why do you then get rid of the iPhone bolt on. That you can’t put back on with the app (even though it says you can). 30 mins on hold and I give up. Cancel the contract, I’ll go with literally anyone else

Not my partner being denied a credit check by @O2 for no reason, being told to call customer services to find out why, and then being patronised by the woman on the phone and being told he “doesn’t seem to understand how credit checks work” what abysmal behaviour LMAO

@O2 ordered new phone 3 weeks ago tomorrow and it’s still not arrived! Contacted you on numerous occasions to be told different excuses... it’s on its way, it’s not been dispatched, It’s been delivered and it’s due to lockdown it’s not arrived! Awful customer service
