    @O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

    @O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

    @O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

    @O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.

    @O2 idk man i'm just annoyed i spent an hour in the shop on the phone and got zero help and now whatever i've paid for isn't what i wanted but they told me they're closing now and can't help. likeeeee anyway thanks o2 but never again

    It's amazing @O2, that when you order a new phone and have to wait 4 weeks and counting, that your current phone's signal and internet ability suddenly becomes shite and slow as ******* mince. Concidence ?

    @O2 It was the 0844 which is what I was told to call to sort out my volt sim with yourselves and virgin. It never stated access charge would be £10 before minutes at premium rates. Why is your company still using this type of number to call consumer services

    @O2 hi - any issue in sw14? My wife &I had a iPhone notification - “4G calling disabled” and now we are only at 3G when normally 4G. A pain givenbroadband is down (@SkyHelpTeam and @OpenreachHelp would be great if you could talk to each other!) thanks to a severed phone cable.

    @O2 10 mins ago I placed an order for an ipad but I want to cancel for a newer model. I can’t find the order anywhere to cancel it and I can’t get through to live chat :((

    @O2 hi. When in Greg's, Guildford this morning, I was told codes are not working. Unfortunately I had already selected use the offer. I don't know if this is a national problem but one voucher has just been wasted, which someone else could have used later if I'd known. Cheers

    @O2 thank you for for that. That’s all very well but if someone is trying to call you, like vital drs or hospital calls and they can’t get through its no good. Also i should be able to call someone with signal, i don’t live in a remote area and its 2022

    @O2 like how is it on me as the customer to reiterate to your call staff the deal i was just sold by a person in your store. while said person is 1 metre away doing nothing. i just- UGH grumpy grumpy and now will run out of data while overseas bc i've paid 20 quid for god knows what
