@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

@O2 first tweeted you 6 days ago to cancel within cooling off period, no one has helped, delays on responding to DM’s, called call centre was hung up on, now on phone to them again and they can hardly hear me because my signal is so bad which is why I am trying to cancel!!
