It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

Adam 'Toast' Taylor (@burnt__toast_) reported@O2 my contract was changed last week to sim only as I don’t want an upgrade yet, but since then I’ve had limited signal for calls and no 4G/5G! I need this sorted asap! I can’t log to the app because it says I’ve been locked out and can’t always receive calls.
