@VMO2News @O2 Please do not buy sim cards from this dishonest company. they made a 15 percent hike this month, because of the air pollution (they said it would not exceed 4.3 percent) I have never seen such a fraudulent (dodgy) company in my entire life.

@O2 Have sent postcode. WiFi calling doesn’t allow for text messages when you are trying to get verification messages for work related tasks. Nor does it help all our residents. Really you should be refunding the entire month for all affected residents and work to reinstate asap

@O2 Well that’s nice but why are your customer service agents saying 24-48 hours? That is what frustrates me. If they were honest and said what you are saying then I might not have tried to cancel the order. Why do things only start working when you are publicly criticised here?

@VodafoneUK Thanks - we aren’t with you but someone in our village said you were helpful in refunding the month because of affected service. Just wish @O2 would follow suit

@O2 Am o2 customer who is paying for a service that doesn’t exist …. At least in our village. We will have been 10 days without any service. Local doctors is an issue as they can’t phone people back. Anyone vulnerable is at risk. What are you going to do?
