@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

@O2 14 weeks with little or no signal, keep getting text messages saying "Looks like a nearby mast isn't working" -how long does it take to get an engineer to fix it!! Every call I have tried to make today has cut out after 30 seconds, including several attempts to call you!!

@O2 I spoke to CS on 202 on 12 May 2021 and was promised a callback to resolve MyO2 App issue. I’m still waiting. :-(
