    Given @virginmedia have genuinely atrocious customer service I can't help but be worried that @O2 which has been subpar under #Capita will now get even worse as the two firms merge.

    @noodle73462909 @O2 @virginmedia I have two phones - my personal phone is on Vodafone, work phone is on O2. The Vodafone handset can rival my leased line for latency and speed, the network is brilliant. At home we swapped to Toob from Virgin - 920Mbit/s up/down and 1 dropout ever.

    @O2 Thank you, I have done this already, however I asked what are o2 actively doing to make our accounts more secure? Having been a customer of yours for over 10yrs I don’t feel I will renew my contract as I don’t feel you keep our accounts safe.

    @O2 Are O2 and Virgin combining or has one been bought by the other?? I really don't want anything to do with Virgin, as their customer service is terrible. This would have effected my choice to join if I'd known beforehand.

    @O2 @virginmedia This is terrible news. I’ve always been happy with O2 and your customer service has been excellent. The worst experience I’ve had with any media provider was with Virgin Media. It was horrendous. Please don’t change your system for theirs. PLEASE. 🙏🏻

    @virginmedia I’m really pleased to hear that, Virgin. Good service is always very much appreciated and I would have stayed with you, had your services that we relied on and paid for worked. Hopefully @O2 will be a good influence on you.
