@O2 how difficult can it be to settle my device plan? Apparently, incredibly difficult. Nobody to talk to, nobody available on chat, automated 202 number is useless and can’t do it online. Your customer service used to be excellent, since joining with Virgin you’re now useless!

@O2 Trying to sign up Volt getting no where. Tried calling customer services. Now been disconnected 4 times. Where is the option to talk to a real person? It's difficult enough for me to call as someone with hearing problems on a voice/hearing activated system. 😔

@virginmedia @O2 My broadband is down again @virginmedia . Second time this month. Always on a Monday, when I have to work online the most. I'd love to switch to Zen Broadband now but you're saying this constant loss of service is not reason enough to get out of the contract you locked me in!
