@O2 ordered a phone last night. They promise next day before midnight. Paid £5.99 to arrive before 12 noon. Had to chase as nothing arrived. Was cut off a call, twice. Then told no phone was allocated to me and it wouldn't be today. Sometime. I told O2 it's a bad Omen.

@JohnLee95742005 @O2 Don’t trust o2 After 2 yrs & 4 mths & 100s of complaints they sent an aggressive rude email saying they can’t find the original complaint because they have ‘archived’ it so aren’t going 2 help & aren’t going 2 refund the money then told me to go get a lawyer if I don’t like it

@O2 How long does it usually take to process a number transfer from another network to O2? I provided my PAC code when I placed my new sim order over a week ago and have yet to hear when my number will transfer?

@O2 Appalling customer service, 2 week’s waiting for phone number migrating to new Sim after idiotic staff migrate to wrong phone and then wrongly cancel a number we have had for over 20 years! to then be told Every Single Day to wait 24hrs and nothing done.
