    If there was an award for the worst company in the world @O2 would win hands down. Wish I had never took a contract out! There are no words to describe this utter shambles of a company!!!

    @O2 I managed to get some this morning (I’m a normal customer and definitely not for resale), the app wasn’t working and hasn’t all day but I had saved the actual presale page link yesterday on my phone, and weirdly that worked and took me straight to gigs n tour to buy them.

    @O2 Then questions must be asked how you have sold these legitimately when your app for accessing these tickets has been down all day.

    @O2 Absolute disgrace today #O2 normally a raving fan of your priority app but a really poor customer experience today. You should be controlling traffic in the app and giving customers up to date information regularly. Your customers trusted your service and you have let them down..

    @O2 I have sat at my desk all day trying to purchase a couple of tickets , 6am everything was fine - 8:45 my O2 app logged me out - all day I’ve tried and tried and couldn’t login at all !! I honestly can’t see how anyone managed to book tickets 😫😫 why wasn’t there a queuing system

    @stacyleigh1983 @O2 I've being trying throughout the day too app and laptop but yeah nothing. At one point I though oooo I'm in click it redirected me to the website which of course then went down. Absolute useless. Don't get me started on the scammers that should be stopped now!

    @katie_louise_b @O2 Do you know what, daft as it sounds I am, 4G around my area is awful on O2 in recent months, getting worse. But the fact that they lie to customers makes it worse! Couldn’t get on the app at any point from 9am onwards today

    @O2 It’s been down all day, so can’t understand how they can all be sold out. They’re clearly not and it’s being used as an excuse for your website being down all day!
