    @O2 I lost my phone, i went to o2 shop on Tuesday to get a new sim it didnt work after 24 hours. I have since been to the o2 shop three more times and spent another two hours on the phone and my sim is still not working 😤

    Hi @O2, I'm a UK customer. If I visit France and make a call to a French phone number, will it count as international or local? How about making UK calls when in France?

    Hi @O2 I have a device that doesn’t work I have just spent a delightful hour being passed through 20 members of staff who all claimed they were connecting me to the ‘correct team’ and a manager who told me to hang up and call back?! What is going on this is infuriating!!

    @BenWarr1 @O2 Doesn't help the call centre was based in South Africa and I couldn't understand most of what he said when taking out the TV package. He said it was free for the sim with the 360 package, it was not! They wanted £25 on top! SCUMBAGS!!!

    @O2 I don’t mind price rises when I’m GETTING WHAT I PAY FOR, but I’m paying for data I can’t use and your website just advises I find Wi-Fi hotspots??? You’re happy to keep taking my money and then some and not providing me a working service? What am I paying for?
