@virginmedia @O2 But the whole stupidness of it was when I called them oh the engineer rang my ring doorbell, are they that stupid to realise it doesn’t work as I’m waiting for them to install my internet , so if that don’t work the next thing is to knock. You can’t make this **** up

@O2 Absolutely awful service from O2. Ordered a phone on the 29th November. Had the wrong phone delivered. Sent it back via their returns process, organised by O2. The phone was delivered back to O2 by Royal Mail on the 6th December. Yet I am still without a phone, O2 won't help !

@O2 Day 37 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

Thanks @O2 for getting it so wrong when I wanted an #AppleWatch I went direct & saved loads, & received it within an hour! Your archaic methods & rude staff lost you an ongoing sale from a formerly loyal customer. Even lied about apology credit. 🤑🤑🤑

@O2 is a shambles, over 3 months I cancelled my contract, yet each month I receive bills. I ring to explain, they confirm and admit it is 02 error, agree to cancel all charges and yet again this morning another bill. Promised mgr phone call 3 hrs ago - still nothing.
