  @O2 Thanks- after 3 LONG phone calls with your customer service agents I think it’s almost sorted… the lady I spoke to this evening was exceptional, she was so helpful. Still need to speak to fraud team tomorrow and want to make sure this can’t happen again!

  @O2 are there intermittent issues with your data services today? I changed tariffs yesterday, taking a new contract and now today my data signal has been pretty much non existent for most of the day! Coincidence or not?

  @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

  @valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.
