@O2 Your agent BMD is busy selling unsuspecting customers expensive deals promising customers refunds through cash back. O2 takes money via direct debit but BMD has not paid the cash back to customers. We have contacted O2 for help and you done nothing where are your morals?

@O2 Tried numerous times to get through to Payment Management team in number you’ve given - no option for this team. Waited ages each time for billing team but no answer on hold yet again each time. Service level is ridiculous and unacceptable especially when so much money taken 😡
