  @O2 @o2 obviously the signal is so bad i cant check it. Can you please check yrselves why central Harpenden (shopping, parking etc) does not have a useable 5g signal? I am going to change networks as are many other users because we cant even pay to park, shop etc

  @princessmel_87 @O2 Some kinda spin to win thing now & they say its only in the app but as u know when u click to enter it automatically opens to the mobile Internet which they now say isn't where it's meant to be, hopefully they'll fix it & give another chance to everyone,

  @virginmedia internets down again. The reliability of this MULTI BILLION pound business is crazy. Im super glad they’ve partnered up with my network provider @O2 who are also just as unreliable. My decisions as an adult are awfully bad.

  @O2 Hi, every time I try to log in to my The O2 account on the app, I get the message "Oops, incorrect email or password." And I have to change my password every time I log in. This has been going on for months, you should do something to fix it

  @O2 Oh, and to be precise: the password reset doesn't work so I have to create a new account every time using the same email address I was already registered with!
