  @SophiePrestonHa @O2 We need to look at gdpr again!! Data calls are apart of the problem along with spamming data calls.. Do you think it’s possible time to change from over seas call centres need to be replaced?? we should be able to ask the government to fix it?? They overstepped with no accountability to everyone personal information abroad

  @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!

  The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

  @O2 When are you planning on improving the coverage? Up to about 6 weeks ago, it was slow but usable, same on Vodafone , now it’s basically unusable
