@O2 Do not use O2. They make it impossible to cancel. Their online reviews are all 1* and now I know why. You can't contact them unless u call the sales team and ask to be transferred

@O2 I don't need any further help from your helpful self. I'm just warning others. You can not contact O2 to cancel. You have to go via the sales team if you want to speak to a human. O2 customer services is awful. Go else where for you contract I wish Id read some reviews All 1*s

Why can't I cancel a sim only I didn't set up @O2 ?? I paid my contract. I cancelled my DD. I do not want your 0* terrible service. Why are you getting me Into debt???

@AidyDay94 @O2 Hi. Done the same on Wednesday and Thursday still no response. Also used their messaging service and was given a link which does not work. Any advice?
