    If you ever find yourself debating whether to move to @O2 just don’t. Am locked into a sim only contract where I can expect to get 2g and 3G in my hometown, and they expect me to enjoy paying for this ****.

    The new router is all setup & connected to O2's servers. All they have to do is flip some virtual switch(es) on their side but they refuse to do it & insist on us waiting for the technician visit. F U @o2 for all the frustration you've caused us & then don't even let us cancel
