David T Kinnear (@dkinnear) reported@O2 Try looking on my account? It's been months now. I ordered / purchased an esim, not a physical sim. Then was told they couldn't activate it online/in the store/on the phone - so I was told by your rep they needed to send me a physical sim as a step in the solution.

sabrina baird (@sabrinabaird) reportedAnd actually my @o2 signal is rubbish EVERYWHERE so literally paying for nothing!!
-
JRN (@Jrneed92) reported@O2 @Naomii904 @Ofcom consumers need better protection from the likes of O2. Price increases of 17.3% mid contract with no right to cancel cannot be fair practice. O2 are profiteering and making it difficult for thousands of customers to know what to expect.

👍🙊Gill😂🎩 (@itsnickelflysk3) reported@ibm141011 @O2 It's crap down my way too. Husband's on Vodafone & gets a signal far more easily even in rural places than I do. I went to O2 for the Priority for concert tickets, shame the service is decidedly dodgy

Melita (@MelitaC64974065) reported@rockNrowell @O2 @MartinSLewis Not ok, def made my choice between new contract/phone in June after 3 years and getting a sim deal elsewhere easier. Will also be taking my 2 kids contracts to another when their finished in a few months. Good Job O2 you lost a 15+ year customer with multiple accounts👍🏽

Claire Crowe (@ClaireCrowe1) reported@O2 In the mean time while you are sorting the network and I still can't talk to anyone you are putting the 3 bills up #joke
-
Lee Jones (@chireg69) reported@O2 so just recieved an email that my sim only is going up by 17%. I never even wanted it in the first place. It was part of a virgin media deal. Now going to be about £33 a month. You make me feel sick you thieving ****s Hope it bites you on the *** and everyone leaves!!!!!!

David T Kinnear (@dkinnear) reported@O2 Every answer on @O2 website about installing your esim. "We’re making some improvements to our systems and you may notice some changes once this is complete. We may ask you to provide your phone number so that we can help you access the most relevant support content."

A Jones (@andreacj1976) reported@O2 your service is shocking, I've had problems for 5 months and just found out I have to wait another month to get my issue resolved. I would never recommend o2 ever again, so glad I have the Ofcom obudsman dealing with my issue as your network are a joke !!

Jay ☭ (@ScouseCommie) reported@ianyoungkop @O2 TalkMobile are really good if you're looking for a SIM only thing. I've been with them two years with no issues, pretty cheap too.
