    @O2 @SamsungUK Just don’t try to port your number if you get one. Two days later I still can’t make or receive calls. Not even porting from another provider, it’s O2 to O2. A “known issue” apparently.

    @O2 Currently trying to cancel my contact. Tried numerous times and there are never advisors available online. Call waiting time is minimum 45 minutes! I am going to have to pay extra on my contact if I cannot get through due to your poor systems!

    @O2 Yes I have requested one but it wont make a difference as my order is apparently stuck at 'create service request' on your system apparently so my new service not active yet on myo2. Been advised it will take 24hrs but im not convinced!

    @O2 I can use my new debit card EVERYWHERE but you tell me to use another card to top up a mobile phone? Seriously? Why? So, what you’re saying is that I’ve no other option but to change service provider? Charming.

    Thanks @O2 spent ages on phone getting a new deal and order phone after specifically asking if it’s in stock. Pay my device off only to be told no phone in stock! I have to cancel and go through painful process again? @ThreeUK hit me up
