Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reportedQuestion for @O2 : how can I be on your Ultimate package in central London and still have literally no usable data? The phone shows signal, but data traffic is effectively zero. I’ve tested the other three UK networks in the same locations and they all work perfectly. What exactly is wrong with your service? As you can see it connected to you do no data traffic? Why?
