    @O2 - How does turning my phone off and one help? "Sorry we're currently investigating reports that a phone mast in this area isn't working. If you're experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again.

    @O2 help with new switch up add on? Says it can be done online - can’t! Called the helpline, had no idea and said try online or go into store. Why have a campaign that actually can’t be done . Couldn’t think of where else to find help!
