@O2 I spent half an hour waiting to speak your customer service team. Then got out back on hold for another 30 mins to be put back through to payment management team only to put back to customer service. It took me a hour and 15 to resolve the issue.

@tescomobile It wasn't the signal it was due to the fact that an update needed installing. Please pass this onto your customers that are quoting similar problem with not being able to receive incoming calls, it works fine for me now. @o2

@O2 I have been trying to speak to someone to change my payment day for weeks and every single time I get an automated message to say your busy. Currently on hold and have been for 30 minutes. Can never get to speak to anyone.

@O2 trying to DM you and it keeps saying message failed. This is now beyond a joke.. Have now decided I just want to cancel my contract never had service like this.
