@O2 @_beckid It's not just you or London B. I commute 20 miles between Northumberland and Newcastle and the signal for much of my journey is now appalling (it never used to be this bad and I've had 3 brand new handsets.)

My experience with @O2 today: After two 30min calls last week to get a number swapped to a different sim They cancelled the wrong number, the number all of my business comes to. Told me it’ll take 5-10 days to fix their mistake while I lose business Offered a £10 discount #o2

@O2 hey I have an iPhone on contract but swap out for a Google pixel often, I keep receiving messages on my pixel saying Sorry, your number doesn't support Visual Voicemail, so we can't set it up. VV works on iPhone just not pixel any fix? The texts are relentless too non stop

After 4 years away I've rejoined @O2, sadly their coverage hasn't improved in that time, 4G constantly dropping out indoors so if not connected to a WiFi network, you ain't getting a data connection

Hey @giffgaff Can you have a word with @O2 about their rapidly worsening coverage please? Ran a Twitter search on 'O2 coverage' and it's carnage out here. Even city centres and heavily populated areas. No point in lovely goodybag deals with service this bad. 🙁
