    @O2 can you explain why there is barely any service in Stevenage town centre… it has been like this for at least 6 months… it isnt just my phone it is everyone we know who is on o2 in Stevenage.

    @swlondonraised @O2 This happened to my Mom! Some scumbag on the official O2 customer support line signed her up for a contract without her consent when she was just calling them because she got locked out of her phone and couldn't access her bill. It was a total mess and took too long to sort out.

    @O2 every single day for last two months I've raised an issue with your ****** network and yous refuse to fix the problem just say there isn't one which we all know is a ******* lie. Your just to stupid to fix the ******* issue

    @O2 whats with the signal in the North East? For a week now the mobile Internet has been nearly non existent, took 20 min to load this, I downloaded the "my network" app but it wont open due to saying no connection, happening to everyone I know on O2

    @VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia It SUCKS that O2 has removed the 3-months switch up to 11-months. I tried to change my phone today and it wants me to pay it all off before changing. It makes no sense because I’m on the old contract with 3-months switch up :/

    @O2 Gotta love your call centre when it stakes 40mins to pass security checks due to them not understanding details provided. Top it off was calling log a complaint #noconfidence

    @swlondonraised @O2 Because their security is terrible, I’ve had an ongoing issue since 8th August. Several complaint emails to just about everyone, months of phone calls & they treat victims like criminals. I switched provider and they threatened debt recovery agency again due to their negligence
