    @O2 Serious lack of customer services on the phone. Nothing is getting done. You have failed to cancel my order despite me requesting numerous times during the cooling off period

    @O2 Even the best phone in your network will be a brick without internet. Your network in Swansea is awful. Can’t even play audiobook in the waiting for my daughter. Coverage checker lies about excellent coverage in this place. Oh.. and 5G in Swansea city centre is only on your maps

    @O2 I need to get a refund on my account. I've paid an early upgrade twice and was told I'd get a refund but am having no luck. I've been passed around everyone in customer services I need a resolution otherwise the bill won't be getting paid until it is sorted.

    @Suzysue8 @O2 I used to be with 02 before this one. It’s near on impossible to get any help for Virgin . I just want to know when my contact ends as I can’t get into the account but they can’t tell me without the agreement number that I don’t have 🙈 so it’s round the twist

    @O2 Confirmed. The issue is not present when when I have the setting off and returns when I put the setting on.
