    If there was an award for the worst company in the world @O2 would win hands down. Wish I had never took a contract out! There are no words to describe this utter shambles of a company!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s pretty much everywhere. And yet people on other networks don’t seem to have the issues. And if I upgrade I’ll have to pay roaming fees. Unlike say @O2 So at the moment I see very little point in staying with you. You take my money and I get very little in return

    So even though @o2 can clearly see somebody in KOREA has made £200 charges through @GooglePlay DURING THE PANDEMIC on a phone that has been INACTIVE for over a yr I’m still liable, my credit score will be affected & I’ll face a ccj? It’s disgusting. @MartinSLewis please help 🙏

    @O2 When I was with them I had roaming service which just shows you could have arranged coverage via competitors' cell towers but you didn't.

    @O2 I’m on a o2 refresh contract. I got my phone yesterday. Put in my new sim. Text swap to the number I was given and it worked last night and today until around 12 today. How can I fix this??

    Appalling customer service from both @dhlparceluk and @O2. Phone addressed to and delivered to wrong address. Signed for by DHL driver himself. Deliver to an unoccupied house!!! Nobody calling me back to resolve the situation. What do I do now??? @O2 what do I do now??

    @O2 How do I make a formal complaint. It’s absolutely shocking the quality of your network. Daughter on EE, no issues, Son on Vodaphone, no issues. Wife and I with full signal on 4G, unusable.

    @O2 It's a planned outage - not connectivity issues. Confirmed by your support line. Sent text to say service will be down for several days. Suffolk.
