@O2 This is untrue my husband called before we left for Italy and was told there would be no problem, he needs to contact home urgently and cannot get hold of any numbers home or abroad or even your helplines. The numbers on your website dont work and their is no chat functionality!

Hi @O2 if an phone user passes away during the contract. Can an the account holder cancel the contract without term fees if they contact the bereavement team and can provide a death certificate?

@O2 This didn't really help as the issue is solved by me resetting my phone half the time and other people on the same network in the same place have no issues but I do! It happens that frequently that doing this is an extreme inconvenience and shouldn't be something I have to do

@O2 Hi, just bought a reconditioned phone and the battery is saying service already! Should it of been sold if the battery was defective? Thanks
