    @O2 Some third parties are permanently able to run cheaper deals than @O2 can - make it make sense… I was promised a call back in relation to my complaint which remains outstanding. I was meant to be called yesterday

    @O2 Thank you. However after spending two and a half hours on the phone to a call centre from India and I could not understand a word and they kept interrupting me, I got absolutely nowhere. Just thought business customers paid extra and got a better service.?

    @O2 you should be totally ashamed of providing a so called 5G service in Brighton - it’s ******* shambolic - 3G was better! Charging extra for this is just a total rip off!

    @StevieDee710 @O2 Unless you're paying up a phone on a contract...(something I'd never do tbh) you should only be paying around a tenner a month...we're all usually £5/£12 a month each for our phones
