  @ThisMummyGig @O2 threatening me with court over a £1300 bill that i DO NOT OWE. Last month i thought it was all sorted but now a letter today, giving me till tomorrow to pay up! Again today lost hours on the phone with them and apperently i have keep my line open for 5 days to hear back. Awful!

  @O2 hi. Currently in Spain from UK. My phone gas connected with dara no problems but my tablet is connecting for emergency calls only and no data. Settings on both devices ard identical. Can you help?

  @O2 New online platform shared with Virgin is horrendous. Absolutely nothing wrong with the old set up, now its slow and full of glitches. Probably spent a fortune to make it worse as well.
