@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

Hate using this platform for this reason, but need to call out @O2 for abysmal customer service. 9 calls since Monday to try and sort out my upgrade totalling nearly 4 hours on the phone, I’ve now totally cancelled the upgrade and will be cancelling my contract after 15 years!

Day 23 of holiday: roaming services from @O2 are now working. But I can’t recommend that colleagues travelling internationally for holidays or conferences rely on O2 promises to provide a roaming service.

ok so @O2 have epically ****** up. Turns out the iphone they sold me today can't be used as it requires an esim. But they have no facility to provide an esim. Every route leads to their app - which doesn't work without a sim because it requires a code to be texted to your phone.

Day 23 @O2 with roaming not working. Can now receive calls but not make calls. International travellers it seems cannot rely on the phone services being provided as promised.
