@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

I am an absolute muggins. Why would I sign up for a new contract with a company, after failing to do anything productive on their website, automated customer service and two different human customer services? @O2 by the way. Enjoy my idiocy for the next twelve months. That's it.

@O2 I gave you my PAC code yesterday, over the phone & online, to switch my number from Sky to you. Both methods said I should get SMS confirmation, then should have lost signal this morning if it was going ahead. So far I’ve had nothing... Any idea what’s going on?

@O2 Thanks for the contact. I've sent you a more descriptive DM. It's not a complicated one - quite simply, it's impossible for all of the O2 Staff I spoke to yesterday, to have been telling the truth. Literally impossible...and all this, after I'd been let down.

@O2 hello guys before I switched to pay as you go sim my FaceTime and IMessage was work,I then switched to PAYG received a new sim with same number and now my FaceTime won’t activate.I spoke to apple and they said it may be my sim and I need to contact o2 can you please help .

@O2 @DisneyPlusUK What do i have to do to gain an email of my proof or usage? Since Monday I've been told it will take 24hours for an email to be received. Ive called. Sent complaint. Spoke on live. Called 4 times. Been told an escalation will be made. Still NOTHING. Its just an email??!!!?!?!?

She’s been trying to get in touch with @o2 despite phone calls being difficult for her, been on hold for an hour, and now all outgoing calls are blocked including to o2’s customer services. This is an atrocious way to treat someone who has been a loyal customer for years.
