So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@jodielouiseart @O2 That is correct and I’ve knocked them ever since I still get the internet at home and around where WiFi is for what was a brand new iPhone 11+ just use a cheap £10 phone on #vodaphone as you get network with no problem

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

Why is every mobile network saying bills will increase 3.9%+inflation? Who's salary is going up by around 6/7%? No company ever says if your salary goes down then your tariff will go down, they expect you to pay the price agreed. Should be banned @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

@O2 Ive sorted it now after 45 minutes, getting through to retentions then being sent to returns and exchanges. All I wanted was to change my bill date. I know Customer Services are very busy but stopping people from getting through isnt the solution!

@O2 poor experience so far. Can’t contact as Going round in circles. Ordered sim Thu, came Sat. Paying for a contract can’t use as part of order was to port my number. Gave PAC code but still not transferred. No. needs to be there before I use sim as linked to card payments

@O2 @VodafoneUK You’ve got a mast issue at Junction 32 of the M62 that covers the offices and business. Data is not working/super slow. Was fine last week but back to being broken. Been like this for months 😡
