    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 if a customer does a transfer of ownership with a family member or friend will their friend or family member lose their O2 voicemail messages & voicemail personalize greeting even though they are on the same network?

    @O2 @O2 it’s the same network. The Transfer of ownership form that your advisors use is an internal transfer. Not an PAC.

    @EE Your reception in Scotland has been terrible. Frequently down to 3G or E or no reception. Brother on @O2 has 4G and full service. I’m sorry it’s not good enough, very disappointed 😔

    very upset that @O2 could not find a way to help me. I have used them in different forms and accounts for the last 20 years. when I lost my phone, and had wrong insurance they bumped me from team to team end result no resolution!

    @O2 why is it since your merger with Virgin has your service coverage degraded? Before I had flawless 5G coverage which never dropped out, now it is patchy at best? I think I’ll be looking to change providers at the end of my contract. Any recommendations peeps?

    Well thanks @O2 for wasting an hour of my life. Your customer service was rude and I shouldn't of been transferred to them in the first place and I'm then told the insurance department isn't even open today. Even though I'd already been talking to a member before being 1/2
