    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

    @O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

    It’s been two weeks since it was submitted, typical automated response “we’ll respond within 7 days”. But no customer care, or compassion given. Especially considering this was @O2 dropping the ball. BIG TIME.

    @MrJedi66 @O2 No problem. Although I don't hold out much hope, I've had the same conversation with this agent twice now including confirming my name and address and it looks like they're trying to start it off again. It's like talking to a bot.

    @O2 @Ofcom How long should I expect to wait before literally anyone from @O2 responds to my complaint? Not even a call or email to say “we’re still looking into it”…?! You allowed my number to be ported out, despite being told it was fraudulent and now your ghosting me…
