@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but your service recently has been shocking. I upgraded & ordered 2 phones on 12th & 13th Sept. On 22nd Sept, your loyalty team cancelled my orders without my consent, promised next-day delivery, and never called back. Now I’m told it’ll take another 4 weeks — I needed the phone for my holiday on Tuesday. Weeks of misinformation & broken promises. @O2 the signal on your network is appalling! No signal in Weybridge , no signal near Waterloo Station.. in fact no signal in most places! Are there plans in place to sort ? This never used to be the case.

Disgusted with service from @O2 after having my account hacked 2 weeks ago. They blocked the 2 fraudulent contracts taken out in my name but blocked my actual number at same time, 2 weeks later I STILL can’t use my phone that I pay for. Calls to customer service pointless 😤
