@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

On a reals though the security was POOR at @TheO2 Like absolutely sh*t The lady said open my bag and didn’t even glance her eyes inside or anywhere near it ?? I could of been carrying so many illegal substances or other things Safety was disappointing @O2

@virginmedia @O2 We have been having our broadband turn of completely once a day and a reboot doesn't fix it. We have to call your help line for them to reboot it. A engineer was booked last night and now has been cancelled??

Well at least the @O2 signal has come back in Chester-le-Street … it’s odd how potential separation from the internet can make you feel. I mean I had wifi. But I couldn’t make all those calls to hundreds of my lovers.
