    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 is it still possible to merge accounts in MyO2? I have 2 pay monthly accounts and they used to be covered on the same login but for some reason they’re now separate and I can’t re-merge them!

    @O2 hello, I've just joined you and am trying to port my number over. Itl thought this would happen once the SIM was activated but seemingly not. Online help is hard to get....but I've had the bill already, so something is working! How do I get my number moved asap pls?
