@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@ThreeUKSupport Why is your signal so awful/nearly non-existent around New Bond Street? It’s been getting worse over months and same for my colleagues with Three. Time to change providers? Apparently there are no issues with @O2.

@c_cooper88 @O2 It’s so bad isn’t it. I’ve always got this problem in Bath, it’s just overpopulated and can’t handle the traffic. I’ve been with friends in bath on EE getting 300mbps on 5G. Hopefully o2 won’t be far behind rolling this out!

@virginmedia @O2 Hi my dad has just taken out a new Virgin broadband contract with O2 SIM. The change over to the O2 SIM has been horrendous with appalling customer service from both companies. His Virgin phone number hasn't ported over correctly to O2 and he can't get any help.

Else to be honest, even consider smoke signals or carrier pigeons!! I've spent more hours in store than i have in work recently. They store made a mistake, and admitted that (I like honesty) but the process to cancel a contract that @o2 made a mistake on is ridiculous.
