    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @EdwardBGreen @O2 Last year I removed daytime calling plan from landline, thinking landline would be incoming only, and I'd only make outgoing calls from mobile. Then I moved to S Woodford, where signal is really poor. I've missed calls about Last Rites - thankfully they reached me another way.

    @LizJRudd @O2 You must of signed up to something otherwise you wouldn’t be receiving these emails. It doesn’t look like a phone to me, too cheap. It seems like a sim only. If you never signed up to anything, then ring O2 and open up a fraud case.

    Hi @O2 I have rung several times now to cancel a phone with a SIM card. I returned the phone and cancelled the sim but I am still being charged for the sim and I have received no refund for the phone😔any help without having to ring again!?

    the year is 2021 and companies are still using indian call centres with staff that cant complete even the most basic of tasks. 5 minutes of blood-boiling poor service from @O2 and im literally shaking with anger. Remind me again why i'm not w/ tesco mobile already? @tescomobile

    The landline keeps knocking out the BT broadband, which is interesting with two people needing it for work, so we have unplugged the landline and check daily for messages. Our mobiles are on @o2 which has long term poor signal. Making contact to rectify this is fun....

    I’ve never complained about terrible service on Twitter, but the again, this is a new low! NEVER had such horrible experience! @O2 has been a massive disappointment. I’ve spent 2hrs on the phone & received zero assistance. Went in store twice this week & nothing!! @O2 really?
