@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 I then got offered 2GB which isn’t really going to help much as I still have a week until it renews. However they still haven’t added the 2GB anyway so I have had to pay £10.50 out of pocket as I needed data asap for work..please may you assist me with this? Thank you

@O2 No it is a new air time plan and tariff. I was on a rolling contract. I left and used my PAC code and now I have a new bill. If someone would answer your customer service calls I would be able to sort it but they don't. They hang up! #O2fail
