@O2 The chat service isn’t working, you can’t book a call back on the website as the appointment form is grey’d out for the whole year!! I just want to talk to someone about my bill but every number places you in a que that no one is picking up from. DO SOMETHING!!

  • james_danson James Danson® (@james_danson) reported from Seaforth, England

@O2 obviously the data signal in the L31/L33 areas have been appalling for years! But some how you’ve managed to make it worse! What’s going on?????

  • MisterBeergut Jonny (@MisterBeergut) reported

@O2 Why am I paying 3 direct debits per month? I only have one phone. Why do you not publish an email address? Why do you make it so difficult to get answers on your website? Is the maximisation of profit more important than customer service?

  • kirtamus Kirt Redden (@kirtamus) reported

@O2 Is there anything specific on the page linked to that you want to highlight? I see on the checklist that you check for cosmetic damage but I don't see where cosmetic damage voids the warranty. What's the guage for determining whether cosmetic damage voids warranty?
