    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @O2 hi, i have been trying to use your live chat to cancel my account, but i have been waiting hours, everytime someone is available and i get a notification that someone is available, when i go back in, it chucks me back to the ai assistant to start again, this is awful

    @O2 hi. Priority code for Vue tickets says expired when the terms say it must be redeemed by 13th November which is next week. Any help with this?
