@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@O2 Just a quick one to let you know that you are proper rotten for making life so difficult for me after I've left you. I've had some bad break ups, but this... wow. My Mum was right about you.

@paulmaggs67 @O2 Go to Vodafone for better coverage. The links given above do absolutely **** all. Waste of time network, they will rob you blind.

@O2 Nope!! Never used it before and was part of my upgrade offer, so, regardless if I had previously used , shouldn’t it still be 6 months as advertised?
-
Le Corazon Noir
(@yannicknoir) reported
@O2 Nope. I’ve had no new update since I made my order. Is the shortage in stock due to the current petro shortage situation or a simple supply and demand issue?

@O2 hello, signal is becoming really poor in Leeds. I can hardly use my phone in the city centre for 4G or 3G and coverage in LS7 is full of black spots. I’m currently sat in my living room with one bar of signal - it never used to be this bad.

@O2 Just to let you know, & further to other comments online… while I think O2 Priority is brilliant for the rare stuff I usually use (Nero, competitions *and almost nothing else*, to be honest)… …I’ve NEVER been able to get the Odeon thing to work; codes *never* work for me.
