    @O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 Apple website? I’ve looked on that page already and it wasn’t helpful. I got these AirPod pros from o2 just two weeks ago and the audio hasn’t worked at any point. I’d expect this is an o2 issue as I didn’t purchase from Apple they cannot help me…

    @O2 I have messaged you. I can't believe an international company would not put this right for a customer. We are all suffering atm. You are a worldwide multi million pound company and I'm on Universal credit due to Covid. This wouldn't even affect you but will damage me severely

    @VodafoneUK Terrible service from Vodafone. Been a loyal customer for over 10yrs. Have four phone contracts with you. Mobile broadband has been useable since end of April. Going to OfCom now and will systematically move from Vodafone to @O2

    @O2 why does is take less than a hour to open a phone contract but 9 months to resolve a credit file issue that your team created. Which may I add has negatively affected my Credit Score to the point that I cannot get a mortgage. 👍

    @O2 100’s of calls/text in the last 24 hrs from people saying I rang them I didn’t 02 say ignore as they’re scammers I’ve spoken to a few they r not scammers.02 have an IT issue but want me to change my number to solve their problem.Their customer service is non existent.
