So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England
@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!
-
Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England
@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

Francisco Opazo (@frankopazo1) reported from Blofield, England
Dear @O2! Do you have plans to improve your signal in Blofield, Norwich? (3G = 1 bar is killing me 😩)
-
Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England
@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England
@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England
@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.
-
nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England
@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

Milo Tindle (@MiloTindle9) reported
@angelazhay @EnglandRugby @O2 Tbf, the box kicking was EJs tactic hoping May on the wing would chase. Boring rugby. We always seem to struggle with 9s. So much talent at youth level but never materialises at Senior international level.
-
ParodyNPC (@gangouskhan) reported
@O2 @TheFCA Seems like a habit, anytime I request a copy of the complaint they read my messages then kick me off into a queue. Do O2 think if they keep treating me like rubbish I will give up and go away?
-
Kev (@KevinQivo22) reported
Hi @O2, why is 4G always faster than 5G in Manchester? Is there a problem with the network there and will it be sorted once we pay you 17% more from April?
-
Nitroman Bring back B4🇬🇧🇨🇦🇺🇲🇦🇺🇳🇿🇮🇱 (@Nitromanuk) reported
@O2 I've had enough now. I can't get in contact. Tried every possible way. My local mast has been down 6 weeks.
-
Lewis Hardwick (@lewis_hardwick) reported
The fact @O2 need to post an eSIM is laughable. The fact that my physical SIM randomly disconnected without warning is a massive annoyance. Not good for a new customer experience...
-
Maths_with_Martin (@Maths_with_M) reported
A 17.3% increase is insulting @O2 (thanks for the email today) 22+ years as a customer from the days of "Genie", and this is not the time to be hitting customers hard with unreasonable price hikes. What's your profit margin on this increase? 100% scandalous.
-
Milo Tindle (@MiloTindle9) reported
@angelazhay @EnglandRugby @O2 Have to look to the future. Youngs was never my cup of tea; way to slow getting the ball away and obsessed with the box kick.
-
Name cannot be blank (@Peteish) reported
The 5G/4G in Tiverton is so bad, I have to knock my phone down to 3G to just send WhatsApp messages!! Sort it out @o2!!

@Gavlar321 @EnglandRugby @O2 Well he had a poor attempt at tackling Rees Zammit a couple of weeks back and was second best to him most of that game I thought
