  • dan_v_fat
Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2

  • davegriffin1233

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

Hey @O2 your signal in and around the whole of Norfolk for the past 3 months has been piss poor…. Spend some of your millions and make it fit for purpose please! Fed up now!

  • MsEmilyAnarchy
Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • MatthewCaputo_
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • LancePaters1
𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

  • MatthewCaputo_
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • Killi87
Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England

@RedRosesRugby @O2 But when #LW9 has had a bad day or things haven’t gone well, we can use your experience as an example of how things go wrong and you bounce back. Thank for providing inspiration Mo.

  • HannatuGentles
    Hannatu Gentles (@HannatuGentles) reported

@O2 what is going on with your network and service levels! I have not been able to use mobile data (calls or texts) for 6 days now. After an endless loop with your automated call centre I finally managed to speak to someone on Tuesday morning who assured me the issues would be…

  • iancourt
    Ian Court (@iancourt) reported

@O2 @Joff_L Not convinced, O2, sorry. Uswitch SIM only deals used to be open to existing customers who were renewing at the end of their contracted period, but you stopped that last year. Why? The deals you offer existing customers aren’t great in comparison to the Uswitch offers. Fortunately for me, I managed to renew several of my O2 contracts via a Uswitch link the day before you pulled the plug. You’ve since had the nerve to hit us with a higher than advertised April price increase, in spite of Ofcom’s rules. When I’m next up for renewal, unless you can do me a really good deal that’s on par with the price comparison offers, I may very well take my business elsewhere, after 27 years of being a customer.

  • Wendy_jDarling
    wendy devyea 🌸 (@Wendy_jDarling) reported

  • HAHarveyAuthor
    HollyAHarvey Author (@HAHarveyAuthor) reported

Had to move from @O2 due to terrible local service/not getting texts when they're sent - they've charged me £25 for the privilege of moving to a provider who *will* let me communicate via text. 🙄

  • Gilly2028
    Richard Giles (@Gilly2028) reported

@O2 I’ve recently moved from Sky Mobile to O2, I can’t believe O2 actually charge you for sending MMS messages in 2026, 87p a message. Bear in mind Sky piggy back off of O2, I’ve never been charged for MMS.😳 😮 Have I made a big mistake moving to O2?

  • cluzyy
    klowee⁷ (@cluzyy) reported

@O2 u dont need to interrupt the hold music every 30 seconds i know im waiting!! I know ur gonna put me through!! Cutting off the music so often makes me think someone is answering STAWP

  • TheSmoothBooth
The Smooth Booth 🏳️‍🌈👓❤️ (@TheSmoothBooth) reported

@JaneEyreAtHeart @O2 Had the same issue? Received a text saying 80% of data used. Same message a week later and 36 hours after that no data. O2 are denying there’s any issue but I know of other people who are losing data overnight when it’s not been used.
