@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 POOR service from O2 cut service on daughters phone cos I paid her airtime and device bill and the advisor paid off both amounts on airtime bill leaving device plan unpaid so they cut her off and she couldn't ring home NOT HAPPY bad service & poor response 24 hrs to correct

@O2 @GreggsOfficial maybe you need to train your staff better. Just told to pay because the QR code didn’t work, according to @o2 you can enter the code. Was never done or offered by staff.
