    @Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

    @O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

    @O2 Hi. I'm an existing O2 customer and I've bought a new phone and sim. My number hasn't transferred over yet though even though I requested this at 7:30pm on Tuesday. This means I currently don't have network coverage on my new or old phone. Can you help please?

    @O2 The first link is basic troubleshooting that doesn’t fix anything for me and the coverage checker just tells me there is no 5G here and there’s no roll out plan. It’s infuriating.

    @O2 utterly useless #CustomerService from #O2intheUK. My elderly mothers SIM has failed - she doesn't know how to remove it. Phoned O2 they can't help at all without the SIM card number - so an 81 year old woman will be without a phone for at least a week #ShameOnYou

    Dear @O2 I want to upgrade two iPhones on my business account. Your stores can't help me for some reason that even your staff struggle to explain and every time I try on the phone I give up after 30 mins on hold. I wonder how much business you miss because of this! It is nuts.
