  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 17% increase in price mid contract? Absolutely disgusting, once my contract is up I will never get a phone contract with O2 again. Hopefully all your other customers feel the same because of this disgraceful decision. Yes it's in the contract, but still ridiculous

  • Villabelieve We Are Villa (@Villabelieve) reported

@jodielouiseart @O2 @EE are just as bad, however mine is only going up 14.4% as they go by CPI not RPI, still a disgusting amount mind

  • James220201 ✈️🌍 (@James220201) reported

@O2 Hey O2 Go **** yourself and your recent increase. A bill that's £48 of mine is now ALMOST £60? Ah I forgot there's clearly no cost of living increase. Let me guess. Your CCO is getting a wage increase? You can all rot lmao. I ain't paying it I couldn't care 🙃.

  • JimWiltshire1 Jim (@JimWiltshire1) reported

@KarlGarratty @O2 @GarethTurpin Every company puts their prices up in April. It’s shite.. mobile providers make it up as they go along, I’d been with Vodafone for 10+ years yet wanted to charge me more for the same phone and deal as a mate of mine who was a brand new customer.

  • FurryMound Andrew Farrimond (@FurryMound) reported

@o2 with an extortionate price rise, when they can’t even fix their horrific network issues. Price rise from April, fortunately out of my contract in June. Straight back to @EE

  • pauldward Paul Ward (@pauldward) reported

@O2 - I only switched to your network in December, and you’ve just emailed me to say my tariff is increasing by 17.3%! I will only have had four months on the agreed tariff at the point of increase! @MoneySavingExp is there anything I can do about this?

  • m333ruu1 Umair Ahmed (@m333ruu1) reported

@O2 you ******* advisors are a bunch of ***** no ******* regard for customers. 4 times i explained to the **** why i call and why i want to make a complaint and this ***** frustrated me and decided to hang up the phone you mother *******.

  • MarkBCars Mark (@MarkBCars) reported

Every year, without fail, @O2 bill goes up! 17% increase!! My service doesn't improve 17.3%, on top of all the other increases. #o2 - Another UK Robbery increase.. Wonder what o2's profits are and will be.. #Theives #SeeYa

  • theleylands leylo (@theleylands) reported

@O2 you’ve chosen short-term greed over customer retention with your 17.3% price increase. Like thousands of others, I will be leaving you l as soon as my contract expires. Your CEO is Turpin my name but unlike his ancestor, ****, he’s robbing the poor to feed the rich.

  • theleylands leylo (@theleylands) reported

@O2 @ChrisJAH27 They are busier than usual counting all the profits from ths 17.3% price increase they’ve just imposed on customers whilst continuing to provide an appaling service
