-
Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.
-
Louise Smith (@LouSmi2) reported from Taverham, EnglandSo I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2
-
David Griffin (@davegriffin1233) reported from Norwich, England@jodielouiseart @O2 That is correct and I’ve knocked them ever since I still get the internet at home and around where WiFi is for what was a brand new iPhone 11+ just use a cheap £10 phone on #vodaphone as you get network with no problem
-
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.
-
𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.
-
Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Stuart Maun (@MAUNConsulting) reported@O2 I won on the O2 Priority Spin to Win yesterday. A free sweet treat from Greggs. Said an email would be sent to claim. Nothing received. Checked junk/spam too. How long does email take to arrive? Saw a code on screen as confirmation yesterday, but can’t find it now?
-
Stevie Brown (@SASBroons) reported@sky @O2 what are you planning to do to compensate customers who have suffered a drop in service due to "upgrades" no service to many in EH26 Penicuik. The timescale getting longer 😤
-
Jake Moore (@JakeMooreUK) reported@O2 But it always says no network issues. The problem is that O2 states on iPhones that there’s 4G and 5G on offer but it often doesn’t work. It would actually be more helpful if it just admitted it.
-
Niamh Spurle (@niamhs90) reported@O2 adding a load of extra steps to get into my account to pay my bill is driving me mad. Paying full price for a service that was down for over 3 months is more annoying.
-
Josh (@JoshBates) reported@O2 Terrible company. I raised a complaint about the bereavement handling of my late father’s line You’ve repeatedly addressed the response of the complaint to him directly, distressing me and my mother. When I raised this to you, you sent another to him! Absolutely shameful.
-
ari ♡ twice london !! (@starryyarii) reported@O2 **** you
-
Iain (@snekkie_iain) reported@O2 what's up with your service today, even worse than usual? KT2 area and calls dropping out due to crap signal.
-
emze (@KerZE87) reported@Mr__J_J @O2 Ridiculous isn’t it and they have the audacity to make us pay full price for a service they’re so clearly not providing 🙄
-
baba (@olamultimilli) reported@O2 @O2 @CISAS_UK Spare me the scripted apology. You agreed to remove this default as if it never happened. You didn’t. I’ve waited the full 90 working days and the deadline has passed. I’m escalating through CISAS, and every day this stays on my file is documented. This ends now.
-
Andy Grice (@AndyGrice1979) reported@O2 over 6 weeks since you locked myO2 account and you still haven't resolved it! Formal complaint sent but no response to that either!
