@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 Are your customer care line to any advisors not open? I’ve tried and tried (saying literally anything I can) to get through to an advisor. Automated service just say ‘Goodbye’ and ends call. I require some urgent contact with an advisor over a refund

@O2 no one can hear me when I call and no one can hear me when they call. My phone notifies me of missed calls 2 hours after and it’s definitely not the phones problem because it works on WiFi.
