So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

  • Kjvincent1979 Kevin the carrot (@Kjvincent1979) reported from Costessey, England

  • LancePaters1 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England

@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

  • MatthewCaputo_ Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

  • MsEmilyAnarchy Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

  • nchnthman nchnthman (@nchnthman) reported from Norwich, England

@O2 why are O2 cold caring me? I am not their customer. GCPR? TPS registered? How did they get my number?

  • raybagslfc Daniel Rayner (@raybagslfc) reported from Spixworth, England

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

  • frankopazo1 Francisco Opazo (@frankopazo1) reported from Blofield, England

Dear @O2! Do you have plans to improve your signal in Blofield, Norwich? (3G = 1 bar is killing me 😩)

  • chris_greenf Chris Greenfield (@chris_greenf) reported from Wymondham, England

@EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  • Shush72162972 Shush (@Shush72162972) reported

@Kev30884 @O2 I managed to get through first thing yesterday by pressing the button for it being an emergency such as Fraud or stolen phone. No queue time, straight through. I don't know what's happening but it's ridiculous!

  • ConanSmith96 Conan (@ConanSmith96) reported

@O2 your customer service is a disgrace, like it is really bad. I want to make a complaint. It should not be this hard to try and get help. Getting connected to someone and clearly hearing them disconnect the call. Ask me to DM you here and then when I do I'm told to ring up! 😡

  • mikemikemikef Mike (@mikemikemikef) reported

@O2 I wish I had two phones. I don’t have another phone to try. You could be right about the phone tho I’ve had a few issues with it since so got it. It used to randomly freeze all the time and my headphones stop working the minute the wire moves.

  • RonnieH85120567 Ronnie Hamilton (@RonnieH85120567) reported

@SelineMcintyre @O2 It’s shocking! And in their website you just go round in circles. Let me cancel online! Why do we have to call them and spend ages on the phone!?

  • ConanSmith96 Conan (@ConanSmith96) reported

02's customer service is actually shocking. Keep getting cut off when I'm trying to cancel my contract!! @O2

  • quatermass3 D (@quatermass3) reported

@O2 Update!!!!...just received from o2!!!..apparently they have found the problem and are awaiting the parts to repair mast signal!!.....BS!!....You told me that months ago!!...then it was bird's nesting in mast!!...then you couldn't get access to the mast!!..

  • suefisher1 sue fisher (@suefisher1) reported

@O2 have tried consistently to contact o2 recycle or indeed anyone in customer support. Wait on hold 30 mins to be told they can’t help. No one responds to email. Can’t wait to terminate contract. Appalling service. Avoid.

  • quatermass3 D (@quatermass3) reported

@O2 ..Will now step up my protest on behalf of the o2 customers in Enfield!!..9 months is more than enough time to have got this problem sorted!!...what the hell are you playing at!!..please respond with the truth!!...that is if you know what the word TRUTH means!!😡

  • laverick_adam Adam Laverick (@laverick_adam) reported

@O2 @decembersOurss The que and waiting time is the same so that doesn't make sense. Priority used to happen 24hours before. Time to change network i guess

  • JEMonaghan Jessica. (@JEMonaghan) reported

@O2 please can you explain why on @EE you can get 500mb data for £5.02 in USA but on your network it’s £7.20 a MB and you’ve told me I just hit a £51 limit for doing nothing??? Please tell me how to cancel and change networks I am sick of yours 😐
