@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@jem_jem_13 @O2 Problem is they don’t get right training, most of them cannot speak English so communication is poor, between O2 and Virgin Media, probably two worse in customers service and care, without a doubt x

@EE Just make sure you check their signal strength in the area you're in 1st though. Ideally from someone who has the network in that area you know. Mine was absolutely useless, couldn't wait to change. Went with @O2 which is far superior👌 Do your homework 1st peeps

@DJDaymos @O2 Literally get no texts or phone calls and have to go up the road almost a mile to get my messages. Have had to buy a PAYG sim on another network as I am working from home and have to give telephone legal advice to clients 6 days a week. Absolute joke.

@DJDaymos @O2 Warwickshire/West Midlands border. I have been told that they “took a mast down” and “will be putting another one up”. Clearly haven’t put the new one up in 10 days and, call me old fashioned, I would have the new one ready to go before removing the old one. Zero coverage at all.
