𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙋𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 (@LancePaters1) reported from Brundall, England@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

Miss Emily Anarchy (@MsEmilyAnarchy) reported from Norwich, England@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.
-
Dan Church (@dan_v_fat) reported from Norwich, England@O2 7 months after cancelling a contract (where I was told it would be free of charge due to the poor service received) and I’m still receiving negative marks on my credit score with missed payments and letters from debt collectors for the amount which shouldn’t be there 1/2
-
Matthew Caputo (@MatthewCaputo_) reported from Norwich, England@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down.
