@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 hi, wondering if you can help. Just got a new work mobile and nano SIM. Tried to initiate simswap but my old work mobile with larger micro sim won't boot up (hence the new phone)

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

@JoeSturman @virginmedia @O2 Virgin Media are awful for cust service. caught them lying as got 2 different stories when our WiFi went down for 4 days. Refused to compensate us even though we work from home full-time. Call centre staff let slip they screwed up a fix, they denied there was even an issue online

@O2 Called this morning. Told port failed,my details stuck. How come when I called twice yesterday both agents said was ok??todays agent 35mins terrible customer service, us repeatedly explaining our problem as didn’t understand then tries to upsell us products #poorcustomerservice
