@O2 Considering leaving as very broken online upgrade/user tracking system causes same deal to cost *more* per month if you add an upfront payment for new device (£39 and change for 24 months without £50 upfront,£41 for exact same deal with £50 upfront). Also repeatedly crashes.

@O2 Seems to. I was travelling on a train, using 3g as their wifi was broken. Between Ipswich and Diss (apx 1850 to 1920) no adult sites would load - stopped at IP lookup phase - but all others would. Clearing cache didn’t help but rebooting the phone did. Odd little glitch.

@O2 I have already been through this process. I spoke to someone from customer service and explained my circumstances. I’ve received nothing helpful in return and unfortunately your service was inoperable for the month in which I had to work in Southampton.

So I switch mobile across to @O2 and lo an behold I’m in the same situation... going round a call centre day after day with no one understanding the problem or able to fix! Shall I just give up on keeping the number I’ve had for the last 10 years?!? #poorcustomerservice #help

@Nickstuart07 @O2 Having a similar problem too! Worked in Southampton for a month with no 4G service due to a mast being down. Had to sit in coffee shops and pay for coffees to use WiFi. Problem still not fixed and no mention of compensation! #timeforchange #poorservice #o2

@O2 Why have it in there if you can’t use it? Why can you communicate to messages via insta and not here? Joining forces with VM appears to have been a poor move. Crap signal and palmed off when trying to contact. Sounds exactly like VM. Very annoying.

@O2 absolutely useless and even worse since joining with Virgin. Have refused to help or give guidance. I can't sign up for the new ID needed. So TV, mobile.and broadband will be going. Any other services viewing this, what can you for someone who has had 20 plus years with both.

@virginmedia @O2 Broadband, just got it. I need to understand whether the long term issues on the street have been resolved as neighbours have mentioned they have had issues of poor internet connection. I work from home mostly and have to have a reliable internet connection.

@O2 @VirginMediaO2 Why can't I log on anymore since you "Joined up" absolutely useless Same "Log on issues" ...Set this up ...Set that up, Confirm it's you.... Nothing works. Im Not happy with O2 or Virgin locked out of my accounts, think I will close all 3 and go elsewhere.
