@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 so apparently the man on the phone said i need to pay the bill for the sim contract i dont want and didnt order and then they can look at complaint and refund. If i dont pay then they can look at the complaint or any refund if the account is disconnected. Utter lies

@virginmedia @O2 piss poor transition to this new virgin media merger debacle! Cel service worse & can’t access my bill because my old account number is 10 digits but virgin media says account number should be 9 digits. Also no clue what ‘area reference number’ even means! 🤯🤬
