I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

I just spent 80 MINS on phone with your customer service, they could not find the account and hung up on me. I spent another 45 minutes after ringing back, transferred and the call went dead.

I’ve also tried calling 02 to discuss four times and their customer services are inept. I’m giving it away now.
