    @O2 Your customer service is utterly shambolic - trying to sort a new sim out for my son on his holiday had his phone stolen.

    @O2 Why have you made it so that I can only log on to My O2 with 2FA by sending a code via text message? The SIM I'm using is installed in a lift emergency phone, I can't check messages on it, and now can't get into my account to pay! Ridiculous!

    @elgobsucram @O2 Yeah they’ve always been like that from my experience, three O2 contracts over the years. Three major cities always poor data. EE are great though I almost never have issues
