    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @Chriss_m @Veronica_Strain @O2 I didn’t mean it literally...go online and search for complaints against them, with us they installed the router in the wrong spot and are trying to charge us 100s for them to fix their own mistake, the internet is 8x worse than we pay for also, they’re not being fined for nothin

    @O2 @virginmedia I can't say I'm overjoyed to have my device associated with the tax avoiding Tory supporting Mr Branson. Could call the merged network Virgin-O₂-Media for Information Technology or VOMIT for short

    @O2 @virginmedia A bit disappointed and nervous. I love O2 and have never had any issue but Virgin have abysmal customer service, please don’t take their business model for customer service.

    @O2 No it’s ok. I don’t want to hear anymore and that was bad news enough. Time to change sides. I was with @virginmedia a few years ago and I still have scars. 🙄 it’s ok you’ll have many other customers.

    So @O2 have joined with @VirginMedia as Virgin Media O2. There is not a chance in hell that I will be a Virgin Media customer again. Bye O2.

    @O2 I first joined BT Cellnet in 2001, before it became O2, so almost a customer for 20 years.

    @BLFCxx @Chriss_m @O2 I stayed with Virgin long enough to wriggle out of the contract with barely an ounce of sanity left. TV - never had the correct channels, phone - connected to someone elses number of 3 mths. Genuinely horrible company.
