    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 Thanks yes I tried turning off and on my phone and data but still didn't work. I don't think it's my phone as I had 4g signal and after I left the busy town I got a connection. I think it's due to O2's low capacity.

    Annoyed is an understatement. Overcharged on my September bill by @O2 - spoke to an incredibly rude agent who eventually agreed it would be refunded on my next bill only for this to be complete lies! Now sitting on the phone for hours and getting nowhere. Poor show. #o2complaints

    @o2 if my address with you is ‘ab12de’ but with @virginmedia it’s ‘ab1 2de’ Will this cause an issue with volt activation?

    @O2 why is your network in Plymouth so poor? Had one of your customer service teams ring me and was not interested in the slightest and just said “oh well we can’t guarantee good networking everywhere “.

    @O2 my partner took out a phone contact with you a few months ago and barely has had any signal unless he is at home connected to the WiFi. This is ridiculous, the phone is just a glorified calculator unless on WiFi. Should have stayed with EE.

    Safe to say I won’t be renewing my contract with @O2 once it ends. Terrible customer service. Happy to overcharge by mistake but unable to refund into the same account? 🤨
