@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@virginmedia you've stitched me up a great one haven't you!!! Not only do I now have to pay more for my kids SIM's,as I've had to move to @O2..but #o2 are absolutely crap!!! Don't even have 5G now!!! I want to cancel my contract already..would be nice if you could contact me!!

@O2 I couldn’t even get anything to load while out in a major city on Saturday! Kept saying no internet connection even with having full bars of signal (which is a miracle in itself that never happens!) won’t be renewing when time comes sick of not having a reliable connection!

Hey @O2 poor customer service from you after being told by 1 of ur spvr that I would not be charged termination fees for cancelling my contract with u due to ur failure to provide a reasonable service. Yet I’ve just been sent a bill for over £600. Is this a joke? I’m not happy

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia When you call customer service on 202 and you request to speak to a manager and they say it will be in the next 24 hours. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even support message are no answered as busy. O2 Travel takes 32 sec for a 2mb picture
