    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    Nothing but hassle from @O2 since February constantly saying no issues on their end to find that the last 9 months I've spoken to over 10+ CS agents only to find that the issue is all on their end and it could have been sorted months ago. Still waiting for it to be sorted 😤

    @mikelucas1 But there is a problem with the phone .. so there should be no issues anyway. @Apple @O2 this sounds ridiculous and like the store are trying to fob you off.

    .@O2 not much point texting me about upgrading my tariff, telling me I can use my app, go into a shop or go online and the shop telling me no such deal exists and they cannot help 😒

    @O2 Love how I’m not even a customer and you’ve got my bank details from somewhere and started charging me won’t say why or how they got my information and won’t refund me either ….
