    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 Day 105 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 Ok so I tried it in another phone and some messages came through from as far back as 20th January! I never received them when the sim was in my phone. But there’s are still at least 4 messages sent today and yesterday that still haven’t come through.

    @O2 I paid for a SIM card and it won't work. Your support team is away for the night. This makes me want to never use your service again.

    @O2 is raising small biz #mobile charges by #RPI plus 3.9%. That’s a whopping 17.3%.Don’t let anyone tell you inflation is only caused by ‘rising energy costs’, supply chain problems et al. Most of it is companies taking advantage for profits. Watch their margins rise.

    @O2 How **** can you be? 3 calls now been hung up on, 30 minute hold and then tell me gonna be transfered to just hand up on me again, I want to cancel my fuking account why is that so hard? Not only now do I want a full cancellation but I also want the £32.47 back for this month

    @365johnsonTmr @EnglandRugby @O2 I don’t dislike Farrell at 10 but he’s got into a habit of kicking in the opposition 22 even with overlaps. As a centre he’s poor. He’s not quick, certainly isn’t a carrier who’ll suck in a defence and make ground to get over the gain line. He doesn’t bring anything in that spot.
