@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 Hi, no it’s not a screen protector as it was straight out of the box when purchased, i’ve tried all of the settings and nothing has fixed it. Unfortunately i did get a replacement phone at the local o2 store yesterday however i believe it has the same issue

@O2 I just turned my phone on at Seoul airport and in less than 30mins on my phone I have been charged £51! Something isn’t right here. I was on wifi then it disconnected at joined your network.

@O2 shocking customer service and abysmal signal. Been having problems with my signal since January 2022 ever since I upgraded my phone and tariff. Been given a new sim, a new device, I’ve done everything they have asked me to do, and my signal is still so bad. So what now @O2
