@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

Have to give @O2 credit, their online support might be questionable but the three people I spoke to today on the phone in customer services were excellent. All very kind, personable and helpful and once again why I remain with o2. Good customer service is invaluable.

Seriously, @O2 fix your frigging network. 4G is bloody useless and HSPA is slower than dial up modem. I can't do jack **** using this.

@O2 I am getting beyond annoyed with the company. twice I have spoken to CS regarding an insurance claim both times told I'd receive an email which I have not! I am abroad needing my phone replaced immediately - I pay for the service yet you seem to just be taking my money

I regret leaving @ThreeUK in some ways. Whilst their customer service can wobble from OK to absolutely atrocious, at least I could use the data services even with a low signal. @O2 and I can have a full bar 4G signal and get 3+ seconds RTT and such slow throughput, it's a joke.
