    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @virginmedia again!! this morning my internet is dropping out. I’ve had to use my mobile hotspot on @o2 a lot this month. No compensation and bills just rising. Nearly used all my data all because of the same company having issues. Please deal with it quickly

    @O2 absolutely shambolic customer service trying to sort an issue with credit score. Spent hours on phone with 8 customer service agents - still not fixed - despite 15 years loyalty. So unhelpful. Can you fix?

    Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs
