    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 How is it that I constantly have no signal with O2? 5 days of the week I am in the middle of Birmingham and yet nothing. Sort your signal out! It's 2022. I made a BIG mistake switching from 3 to O2.

    @virginmedia No need to worry @O2 was very reasonable and have adjusted their side to bring the overall price back to as agreed after this contract will never be using these services again

    My account was the subject of fraud back in December 2021 and as a result my account says I owe £900. I’ve been trying to sort this for 7 months and no one can help. Your fraud team haven’t responded to me or anyone from o2 in these 7 months. Please explain? @TheO2 @O2

    @O2 Is this some sort of ironic joke? Turn it on and off. I think you're missing the point, how can your service be this bad in 2022. Did all other networks just completely leapfrog you in the last few years, Your service is medieval.
