    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 Appalling service!! - Wife has been trying to contact Fraud Team for 10 days to urgently resolve issue - 4 emails & multiple calls to Customer Service - Still no contact. Very disillusioned!

    @O2 are an absolute joke. Due to the mast in my area "being too busy" I am unable to use my data and have no signal for just less than a year. I live and work in the village that is affected! I am not allowed to cancel but they are more than happy to take my money!

    @O2 hey see when selling a phone you should probably mention that you will charge half the phones cost for repairing a crack in the screen and also that your staff will treat you like a moron for being shocked at that cost.
