@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia When you call customer service on 202 and you request to speak to a manager and they say it will be in the next 24 hours. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even support message are no answered as busy. O2 Travel takes 32 sec for a 2mb picture

Is it me or has the @O2 network gone shite, dropping calls, audio mid way through calls turning in to wind and data noises, having to ring somebody more than once to get connected, 5G on your phone doesn’t load. Can’t wait for my contract to end. #O2 #mobile #5G

@virginmedia you've stitched me up a great one haven't you!!! Not only do I now have to pay more for my kids SIM's,as I've had to move to @O2..but #o2 are absolutely crap!!! Don't even have 5G now!!! I want to cancel my contract already..would be nice if you could contact me!!
