    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 For weeks now when I check network status I get the following - 'Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.' When is it going to be fixed???

    @O2 No because I've been able to sign in with no issues on the app/web. There's no error message, it's when I go to sign in through o2 extra email, I put my email and password in, click sign in them nothing happens
