@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?

@O2 Day 31 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 terminated within 14 day cool off period. Had 6/7 calls with customer service since and confirmation email to say I've terminated with no more arrears. WHY ARE YOU HARASSING ME WITH DEBT LETTERS?? legal action if this doesn't stop. Shameful service. @financialombuds

@virginmedia I will be at work , I’m a key worker !! I will be cancelling it and also @O2 her sim you need to cancel too and she’s been crying again tonight ! @virginmedia service isn’t fit for purpose !! Over 3 and 1/2 months to install .. shocking
