    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 can you help please. Due to a glitch, confirmed by your agents, I was charged for use abroad that I shouldn’t have been. I was promised that this was corrected but you have just taken the full, incorrect, amount. Can you please resolve. This is not acceptable!

    @O2 I have and it just shows SOS. I got a pop up the other morning saying o2 had turned off 4G calls and then all signal went off!

    We have no idea what to do and o2 are not helping us whatsoever even though we're not at fault at all. Could anyone show some light on this? We have no idea what to do or where to go from here as the people in the store didn't help, nor the support team. @O2
