    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Tbh ate bloody terrible. Definitely a goodwill payment due whenever they get it resolved…! I mean leaving a woman stranded with no mobile phone is downright dangerous.

    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    @O2 Anywhere in the CV6 area of Coventry, Belfast city airport Newcastle Borthern ireland Coventry city centre. All 1 bar of service. Literally whole areas of major cities that have zero coverage. Can’t watch a video on any app without freezing and the whirling wheel

    @O2 If it was a few weeks I wouldn't mind but its rapidly closing in on 3 months without a signal at home, I have missed so many important calls because people can't get in touch with me, it's a joke. I've been an O2 customer for nearly 20 years but once I can afford to I'm out.

    @O2 Am trying to ring 202 and every time I nearly get through to a human, the automated voice just says "Bye" and hangs up on me. Need an urgent issue resolved today before I leave the country.
