    @O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

    O2 since when do your help desks cold call your clients about their accounts? I refuse to deal with anything when I’m contacted directly? 0330 303 5296 number has called me 4 times In 2 days #mobilephone @O2

    @O2 I don’t need a network guide, a mast is broken in our area. You’ve been telling me that you’re waiting for engineers to to fix the issue for the last 4 months, meanwhile nobody can contact me at home!! Schools, hospital family!!! It’s a bloody joke.

    @O2 A reason to hate you - a 17%+ increase in charges for what? A 17% increase in wages? In your investment in the service? Or an even higher % increase in profits? My money is - literally - on the last of these. Heinous.

    @2wheelsnot4 @O2 @Ofcom I’ve never understood the standard 3.9% increase. They all do that. It’s like they put that on to much sure the company achieves inflation, even if the economy doesn’t. Legal scam.

    @O2 I already checked it, says network is busy in my area, so busy I can't make or receive phone calls, this is unacceptable and you need to do something about it
