@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 so thank you very much for barring my phone even though I've called multiple times and been told I'd have a manager call me which hasn't happened at all. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will make sure no one else gets anything from you guys ever again. Pathetic.

@EnglandRugby @O2 Farrell, JVP, Sinckler, George, Itoje & Dombrant have been terrible. Smith, Chessum, Willis & Ludlum have been generally poor with the odd reasonable performance v weaker teams. Steward has been steady but lacks pace. The rest of the backs are anonymous. Gonna get ****** by 🇮🇪

@O2 - opened up a contract beginning of feb, got the phone blocked by the fraud team immediately. Now almost mid March and no one has contacted me from the fraud team despite me several emails to them. I’ve also spent hours on the phone to customer services only to get no where.
