@O2 on January 14th i cancelled my contract with O2 and asked for PUK code, iv been unable to use any other sim as my phone needs to be unlocked and the code i keep getting doesnt work so im now waiting on a master code, i can msg you my details and so you can have a look at account

@O2 trying to close an account when the phone wait time is over 3 hours. So I cancel my DD, now you are trying to charge me a late payment fee…… just don’t pick up the phone and people can’t cancel. Genius.

@O2 disgraceful customer service. My wife and I have both had fraudulent O2 contracts opened in our names. Promised on 8 occasions by clueless CS that the "fraud team" will sort it in 30 days the issue is still unresolved. We now have missed payments from o2 on our credit file.

@O2 I contacted you & the police regarding an identity theft & fraud where my name was being used to get contracts out at an address I’ve never lived at. Despite repeated phone calls all you have done is harassed me constantly with credit default letters.

@O2 It says a mast near me isn’t working atm I get locally no signal from one mast not working but I’ve traveled to other parts of the city and it’s the same
