Matt (@matt_saunders_) reported from Marazion, England@cymraesydwi @tescomobile @O2 Never known it to be this bad for anyone. May want to escalate to the CEO or something? I mean it’s far beyond customer service now, this has become a safeguarding issue because you can’t just put your life on hold. Maybe grab a cheap pay as you go sim in the meantime?
-

Marie a Lancashire lass🇬🇧 🌸🚜🎹 (@MarieParrish) reported@O2 why is it impossible to access ones account, keeps asking to register my email then ask for a key chain I have no idea what that is, just going around in circles, will have to concider a new network at this rate.
-
Niamh Skinner (@niamhskinner) reported@O2 That’s what it says online but still doesn’t answer my question! For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area. Will my phone switch to satellite because it can’t connect to 5G?
-
Julie Wong E (@Landygirl87) reported@O2 why is trying to contact customer service hard, 4445 doesn’t work, live chat is useless, is there no human I can talk to?
-
Stuart Maun (@MAUNConsulting) reported@O2 Still not received an email with details of my win (on the Blue Monday spinning wheel on Monday this week) - for a Greggs Sweet Treat. Searched in O2 Prioirtiy App, and cannot find the reference code anymore :o( - Definitely won - but now confused :o(
-
craig (@CraigEmbleton_) reported@O2 Respectfully I disagree with that. Nobody who lives near me has phone signal. But I have phone signal when I leave the town I live in. Your signal checker shows no issues either
-
Josh (@JoshBates) reported@O2 Every time I phone up I get fobbed off by people who say they can’t do anything. I’m exhausted and dealing with the death of my father. I need someone to reach out to me to schedule a video call. Alternatively issue a deadlock letter so I can complain to CISAS asap to escalate
-
ele (@eleonorasworld) reported@O2 Oh, and to be precise: the password reset doesn't work so I have to create a new account every time using the same email address I was already registered with!
-
emze (@KerZE87) reportedo2 this is getting ridiculous now either you sort your signalling issues out in my town or refund me monthly bill for the service you haven’t been providing for WEEEEEKS @O2
-
DataEatsWorld (@dataeatworld) reported@maxkarpis Switched from @O2 to Revolut Mobile a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The service works flawlessly, roaming has been excellent while travelling, and the whole experience has been refreshingly simple. The only problem is that O2 is still charging me despite my number having been successfully transferred. I have proof from Revolut that the porting was completed months ago. Trying to get it resolved has been nearly impossible. Every time I contact O2 support, I end up speaking to an outsourced Indian call centre and nobody seems able to fix the issue.

Iain (@snekkie_iain) reported@O2 what's up with your service today, even worse than usual? KT2 area and calls dropping out due to crap signal.
