Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

I’ve reported and was allegedly getting a call back from you (never happened) and if I try to sign in to my o2 account, it always asks me for a pin and as if it’s the first time logging in every time. Sort it out ffs
