    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @O2 I hope so. Because from social media and online reviews, o2’s customer service appears to be quite appalling and communication with customers is very poor. Thanks for responding at least.

    @O2 Yet again I have been unable to utilise a Priority offer despite me having already contacted you repeatedly in an attempt to resolve this ongoing issue. It really is time that this issue be escalated to management level as i am paying for a service that I am not getting.

    @O2 WHY do you find it such a challenge to provide the village of Armthorpe, Doncaster a 4g service in all parts of the village ? Absolutely pathetic !! #Useless

    @VMO2News @O2 Hopefully O2 will actually use Virgin and better there network. They are ****. Masses down everywhere and won’t release you from your contract when they are withholding their end of the deal!

    @O2 I don’t know how to get in touch with you regarding a refund due 2 months ago. My login details are not working and so I can’t talk to someone on the app. I can’t change my password as the security question is being rejected. I don’t want to ask on Twitter but have no choice
