    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @O2 please explain why you are holding my money when an order didn't even go through.had no email confirmation but £30 was taken on the 5th May.have been told to expect it back within 24 hours twice since then. I will take this further if the issue isn't resolved, this is theft.

    Hey @O2 how do I cancel a SIM card that @virginmedia sent me as a data roaming replacement for the lack of WiFi installation service they’ve provided me at my new property? I wasn’t expecting to be charged extra for this mess up on their side so it’s a no thanks from me.

    @O2 I am still waiting, I was told someone will call me and I haven’t heard anything from the fraud team. I have called customer service 3/4 times and all they have said is to wait for the team to get back to me but it’s way over the SLA given and stuck with a fraudsters bill
