@O2 why don't you send my bill attached to the email? I alway have issues with your website and I don't have room for an app that I would use once a month.

As a special treat for my birthday @O2 have deactivated my sim so I can order an esim, but now I can't receive a text to verify my phone and activate the esim. The earliest they can get me a new sim is 3 working days. This is a known issue and they are still allowing orders.

So @o2 I encountered the website problem on Safari (phone), Chrome and Firefox. 30 minutes later after chatting with #o2 customer service, I tried again, and the problem has gone away on all 3 platforms. I assume you fixed the fault?

Finally managed to figure out my @o2 payment problems - solution was to download the app and pay by PayPal and not card. I also set up a new direct debit. O2 finally allowed me to access customer services once I’d paid my bill and I spoke to a helpful rep in India.

@O2 just come off the phone from your customer service/payments team & I have to say they were fantastic. Really helpful, nothing too much trouble & sorted my issue straight away. The operator was a total credit to his team & O2.
