    @Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

    @O2 been waiting a long time for Complaints Review Team to ring back and sadly I Just missed a call from Sarah as I was in an area with limited service. Gutted as I cannot get through now. When rang back said rang about an offer don’t need to ring back. Any advice pls? 🙈😱

    @O2 almost a week with hardly any service in my area NG229QX. Every time I look at my phone it is emergency calls only. My dad has missed doctors phone appointments because of it. Not good at all.

    @O2 not only did you fail to transfer my sons number to his new account, in spite of hours on phone & assurances today, it seems you have now CUT OFF both phones completely. And yet, we are being charged for 2 accounts with O2. Neither phone number works. Please call me urgently.
