Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

Charlotte (@CharlotteW_R) reported@O2 I have. But it doesn’t change the fact that the signal is rubbish. Your map shows my location as blue - but right now, sat outside, the signal is 1 bar. If I go indoors, I’ll lose it.. so the network coverage map is wrong, sorry to say.. so what can you do?🤔

Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?
