@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff Yes, they match exactly. This has been checked by me, by two separate Cust serves advisors and then by the online sales team. They couldnt see a problem so promised call back. All lied, nobody tried to call which is why I had to contact you again, and go through it a 2nd time.

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff But clearly the offers are useless to me if I can't access them?!? Seeing them on the website makes it worse when they are great offers but I'm prevented from taking them! It was your sales team that should've called me, I made a complaint but it has still made no difference.

@O2 hello, I’ve came back to O2 from @giffgaff and after 5 phone calls, 2 PAC codes and numerous promises my old number would be ported over….nothing has happened! It’s been a fortnight now, what is going on? It’s ridiculous customer service

Can someone @O2 please get in touch. I have been trying all week to contact customer support...live chat doesn't work, phone 202, still waiting...DM...doesn't send. Bloody disgrace..and it is 2023 and my phone can't even send a text message..#useless #Recommendations?

Poor customer service making people wait hours then keep transferring them to others who don’t know & cutting you off on purpose multiple times. Poor excuse of a company. Will no longer be an @O2 customer after this having been with you for more than 10 years. Disgrace

@O2 what does my husband have to do to get his order finalised so he can receive his new phone? His My o2 account won’t activate so the order can’t complete but after numerous emails to you & a promised callback, he’s still waiting. Perhaps @EE or @Vodaphone4 would like to help?
