This just gets worse. They’ve cut my phone off. I can’t make or receive calls. @O2 you are a total disgrace. I can’t even call to resolve. What are you going to do? This is disgusting. 🤬🤬they’ve also sent me a message saying I’ll owe £476. I’m out of contract. Literally WTF!?

My iPhone 8 has started to split after 3 years apparently the battery can swell 😮Ordered an iPhone 11 from @O2 an hour ago and just had a message it’s ready to collect on an upgrade, outstanding service! 👏

@O2 I rang on Wednesday trying to pay off outstanding device and airtime, managed to pay the device off, but the operator said the screen had gone black, and would ring me back in 5mins, well still waiting for that call, so it seems you can’t cancel when you want

Hey guys @O2 I've just noticed in the app that when I check my data usage, under Unlimited, it says 650gb. I've come close to that figure a couple of times but never yet exceeded it. If I did actually use that amount, would I be cut off until the next refresh. Cheers, Kev
