    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

    @Friendlytaxidr1 @O2 If you're happy with O2 then great. Admittedly the network is improving but I'd sooner have it working better and more places than it does as opposed to loyalty bribes..er sorry.. I meant gifts any time of the week.

    @O2 Morning team. The area surrounding my kids Nursery has no 4G and I’m lucky if I get a decent 3G signal. How can I report this? Your map shows it’s a known bad signal area so guessing a tower is needed. The other networks have 4G in the same area.

    @O2 I'm having a lot of problems recently with a bad internet connection. I am on 4g but often nothing will load for like 10 minutes and it happens many times a day, the signal checker says I should have good reception

    @O2 Can you please help with my account. I don’t believe 5G is activated on my account. I have been sent 3 separate SIM cards now and all 3 do not work on 5G. I have tried a friends SIM card in my phone and 5G service appears immediately.

    Been badly let down by @O2 customer services refusing to honour an agreement made yesterday where the contract wasn't properly completed at their end. Wasted so much of my time. 30 years a customer and so what.

    @O2 im not ready to supercharge my world - as a long standing 20+ year customer of o2 who wants a 5g sim only deal that is offered to new customers for £8 you would think it would be mirrored for existing?? But no it’s £15 for me??? #o2 new sales were unable to match the deal??

    @MickKennedy76 @O2 aren't much better. I took out a new phone in Oct 21 and about 6 weeks ago it started playing up. I contacted O2, sent the phone to them only for them to confirm the fault wasn't covered by warranty. 20+ years a customer with them but it will be my last contract with them

    @O2 Yes I have checked everywhere but no luck l. I have tried to contact them through above link and also through other ways but still not able to resolve this. I think there is huge issue with the link you have shared in your o2 priority app because that’s not the same as real site

    @O2 well this is fun, activated sim card as new o2 customer less than an hour ago and so far the free10 offer has bounced as its "not for me" followed by a sales call trying to upsell my package and wishing to sell my data to virgin media. 2 things to annoy me in 1 hour flat.
