@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@O2 Thank you for the quick response. This would help had it been a one off. The real question is why it happens each and every time I have passed through the airport. As soon as I leave the terminal my phone begins working again.

See @O2 service is rubbish again now they have joined forces with virgin. How difficult is it to get decent service and a SIM card activated 😡 only to be cut off after 30 minutes!

@O2 URGENT Hi - the data is still not working on my daughter’s phone, more than 24 hours since I spoke to customer services and they said it would be lifted. She needs her phone as she is stranded in Geneva and needs to make arrangements to travel back to UK. Urgent reply needed
