Laughing & people shouting in the background. Very unprofessional behaviour. Ive also been taking to a robot all day trying to sort this issue. Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

Disgusted with @O2 I’ve spoken to them twice on the phone. About my phone not working. First time they just cut the call when I was on hold, second time I was on the phone for 55 minutes and then they said they would ring me back. The second call all I could hear was..

@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

Just heard the news that some people were having troubles accessing the internet on @O2 absolutely nearly choked on my coffee when they said that O2 admitted the service was faulty and not users own handsets! It truly is bizarre times we live in!!

@O2 what part of “STOP PHONING ME” do you not get? I get enough texts from you now daily phone calls. It’s verging on #harassment. I pay my bills on time. If I want to act on a promotion I will. If it keeps happening I will cancel my contract citing these calls as the reason.

@tiny_mischief @O2 i have been with o2 for almost 5 years, was not a problem when i joined, it's a o2 classic pay as you go sim, but they treat o2 MVNO worse, i have a sky mobile sim card, it uses the @O2 network

@O2 shame on you, increasing my 2 year mobile phone contract by over 16%. It includes the handset so I can't cancel my contact and fo elsewhere. Over 18 months left so I'm stuck. Very poor customer service, you clearly don't want to encourage or retain customers, weird tactic
