@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@O2 You sent my upgrade to my old address and after 90 mins waiting to speak to someone I was passed to 4 people and was told the only way I’d get a new phone was today was to take out a new contract. I’ve been a customer for 20yrs. I just wanted to get a phone from my local store

So @O2 there is a fault in a nearby mast. Apparently won’t be fixed anytime soon as birds are nesting. The service I am paying you for, on 4 handsets, is not available. Do I get a refund?
