@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

I understand the need to protect against fraud, BUT, seriously @O2 you could inform your customers that the iphone 12 you're sending out will be barred until i call in! better yet inform your staff too, wasted a few hours trying to understand what the issue is!
