Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2

Endless calls/escalations no callbacks, no resolution. Extremely poor service. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate to the @CommsOmbudsman @Ofcom .

Next Chapter Tattoo (@NextChapterTat) reported@O2 Why are you no longer able to send away repairs from store? Weve been sent pillar to post.... store flat our refused to send away for repair. I think this may be a false advertising issue...website needs updating as it says differently.
