@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@O2 without a Shadow of a doubt @O2 has the worst customer service ever.. They don't listen. They don't care. They hang up. They are full of excuses. Don't DM them because they never get back to you or they give you the same copy @ paste excuse. What a joke of a company.
