    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

    @Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

    Disgusted with @O2 I’ve spoken to them twice on the phone. About my phone not working. First time they just cut the call when I was on hold, second time I was on the phone for 55 minutes and then they said they would ring me back. The second call all I could hear was..

    Laughing & people shouting in the background. Very unprofessional behaviour. Ive also been taking to a robot all day trying to sort this issue. Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @O2 if you live in Norfolk forget this absloute joke of a network fron Thetford to Norwich along the A11 corridor its just simply no where better phone signal in the 80s absloute joke and I have to pay for this service

    @O2 Hi, thanks for your reply. I will DM I just want to make sure I'm not repeating myself. I purchased and went back to the o2 store manchester market street and also called them and customer services. Apparently you have a 'new system' in every store except blackburn

    @O2 recently upgraded my virgin media package and got an o2 SIM card - you’ve sent me a bill and no sim as you have a totally random address for me on the bill - no one at @virginmedia can help and no one is answering your chat!

    @O2 This is not acceptable. I have to travel an hour on the train to return my phone as its not what I want. Totally unacceptable service and if I can't make it by tomorrow I'm locked into a 3 year contract

    @O2 I have no signals on my phone and have missed an important doctors video consultation due to this. I complained about connectivity issues only today morning and now have no signals??? It says O2 has switched off 4G on this phone what the hell?????? **** service
