    @Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @O2 trying to make a formal complaint to yourselves after 3 phone calls with long waits trying to sort things out but your staff seem to not want to raise and can't get a call back from a manager that's been promised multiple times

    @O2 Managed to get through 10 times now, each time I receive "yes I will transfer you to the returns department", then the system sends me back to the start of the customer care line. Told a guy what was happening and he immediately just started offering me different plans. A joke

    @VMO2News @O2 @virginmedia Hi, I've been all day trying to contact someone through Tel and chat to cancel my contract and still waiting. This is ridiculous. Please, I'm moving away and need this sorted out asap. Can someone contact me to resolve this?

    Oh bloody hell @O2 this is ridiculous. First rule of customer service; when passing through internally you inform the agent of the customer’s details & enquiry. It’s not meant to be a cold call. Nearly an hour to do something we were promised would be quick & simple?!
