    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

    @O2 can you please tell me why when I am less than 30 miles from London in a built up area, I literally can get no 5g,4g or 3g data signal. Phone is less than a year old. The suspicious part of me thinks you're restricting the service

    @O2 ordered a £200 set of earphones on the 28th of April, Next day delivery. I’ve spoken to you on 6 occasions and been promised they were coming, and I still haven’t received them. It’s an appalling service. Phone calls almost daily costing me time and stress. Furious

    @O2 Why is it ALWAYS so difficult to resolve any issues with your company?!?!? A small billing enquiry, now tells me I upgraded in October. NO I DIDNT! I DONT USE THE GOD DAM SIM CARD

    @GLangers @O2 Exactly the same in Crawley , used to be full signal now most calls drop out barely one bar ! Guess that's what happens when you share your network to all and sundry. !

    @O2 finding it very difficult to access help with My O2 account. My verification email expired and another link sent today hasn't worked. Your website keeps telling me to log in to My O2 for assistance - not much use when my issue is with logging in.
