@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

@O2 Finally spoke to a human, he said he'd put me through to the relevant dept, and my call was disconnected again. This is really unsatisfactory, especially as my problem arises from a mistake made by O2, which I'm now wasting my time chasing. Let me know if you'd like to help.

@faysi37 @ThreeUK @O2 My biggest mistake is that I left Vodafone because 3 offered me a good deal. I was not aware that they have 3rd class service. Also, scripted customer assistants.
