@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

Laughing & people shouting in the background. Very unprofessional behaviour. Ive also been taking to a robot all day trying to sort this issue. Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2

Disgusted with @O2 I’ve spoken to them twice on the phone. About my phone not working. First time they just cut the call when I was on hold, second time I was on the phone for 55 minutes and then they said they would ring me back. The second call all I could hear was..

So, this month I finish the two year bit of my phone contract that involves paying for my phone. And @O2 have laughably said that this doesn't mean my monthly bill will go down at all. So, what good phone companies would people recommend for a SIM only, data heavy deal?

@O2 upgraded my iphone yesterday switched the sim over, now can’t make or receive calls. Data is working ok just can’t call anyone. Tried to resolve online but going round in circles. Can you help?

@O2 fed up with your recycle department. Packaging didn’t turn up for 8-9 days after recycle process confirmed. In the meantime they emailed me a postage label to use - I did so - however now I realise this label is untrackable - phone not arrived even though it’s 24r service
