@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

Shoutout to @askesure - couldn’t come close to a competitors quote for renewal. But, rather refreshingly, their cancellation process was swiftly dealt with by the advisor over the phone. Unlike @O2 and @virginmedia who make it as painful as possible and hang up on you repeatedly

After getting so sick of only getting a 3G signal with @O2 I left early and re-joined @VOXI_UK. I am getting 4G/5G with speeds of around 200Mbps. I should never have left.

@O2 hi I ordered a sim for a new phone earlier today, and I haven't had any kind of signal since then. Neither new phone nor new sim are here! How am I supposed to fix this? Yes I've tried switching my phone off&on, and tried taking sim out + putting it back.

@O2 4 weeks on and still reply from the fraud team. Numerous calls to ‘customer services’ and their advice is to try an O2 shop?! Please can someone from the fraud team contact me?!
