    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @CliffNixon @O2 I think they moved to India since they merged with Virgin and that’s when things gone down hill it’s the worst customer service experience I had with them utterly frustrating

    @O2 plse help. My pal's caught in mad spiral getting legal letters re unpaid charges on an old Virgin PAYG phone she hasn't used in 5yrs. Spent hr trying to get through security inc demanding her passport #. She cant recieve verification to a non existent #. Who can help?

    @O2 you sent me an email saying you were varying my contract and I could cancel. I rang you to see if you could do anything but after 9 mins of navigating your menu and getting through, the person cut me off. So you're toast - moving to @lebara after 20 years. Bye bye.

    @O2 Cant fix a problem they caused with the name on my account (they used and set up my account with my middle name as my surname) I was told for years to show a marriage certificate - which I can’t. I finally decided to get this changed 1 months later still not done. 1/3

    I’ve uploaded documents which I was not comfy doing. I had it raised, gave a complaint via the phone & email- STILL not done. So I asked to close the request because I cba & want my documents deleted - & guess what.. NOT DONE - Fobbed off & lied to AGAIN @O2 2/3

    Removing the request would remove my documents - which makes me feel safer .🤬 Someone do your literal job NOW! I’ve never know a customer service so incompetent. If I have to call again Monday and ask AGAIN, you can kiss this 10+ customer goodbye. @O2

    @O2 please provide a contact number for your complaint team. You’ve left a person who’s suffered a heart attack with no way to contact anyone . Only because someone has come to the house has help been able to be got 🤬🤬

    @o2 customer service is useless phoned them up tell me to use the app I can’t use the app that’s what I was phoning about funny how my password doesn’t work now despite knowing it. Hopeless.
