@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@O2 Are you for real? There have been issues with the network in Preston for months!! It’s a disgrace, but as we are in the ‘north’ you lot won’t do anything about it

@EE your customer service is just as bad if not worse than @O2 I changed 7 days ago from O2 to EE and I now have two numbers, and two phones. I give up trying to get through to your tech department, it’s a joke.

@O2 The service your lot provide me is an absolute disgrace nearly £50.00 a month to never ever receive signal when I’m in a crowded space or in a building. So unbelievably pathetic

@O2 8 days of financial threats and having my service cut off despite having paid my bill for 10+ years - any chance of a reply yet 🫠?

Sir. Thats Nice KGBE, MBE.

@BelfastLive Yes, via @TicketmasterUK a excellent service despite the waiting time. No thanks to @O2 who as a customer, waisted my time, whole day on Thursday, when pre-release tickets went on sale only to be met with a gateway fault then excuse after excuse for a shabby rubbish service

@sazmeister88 @virginmedia @O2 There is a problem in CMK, but I'm not sure if it is lack of signal or lack of bandwidth for everyone trying to use it. My phone regularly says it has G3 or G4 there, but then refuses to send/receive data. The signal exists but is useless for any practical purposes.

@O2 hey, I seem to be an expert at finding where your network is terrible. How is it in central Maidenhead with 2 bars of 4G my download speed is 1mbps. Fancy putting a bit of work into your coverage?

@O2 "We're sorry not all customers were successful". No mention of a sorry for your system catastrophically failing? Almost noone able to access it. What's the point of advertising a totally broken product? Plenty of tickets on ViaGoGo though. O2 Priority must work for scammers.
