@EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

I’ve never come across such poor customer service as @O2 … helpline useless, unable to carry out what is promised, block temporarily blocked numbers and incompetent. Please go elsewhere. Next step ombudsman.

@SteveBakerHW Terrible, absolutely no difference on @O2 whatsoever. I can have 5G and full signal and have to wait for a webpage to load up, or over a minute or two for an app

@O2 just called your help desk to ask for help with Pay as You Go phone and your person hung up@on me despite telling me information that contradicts your website. You train them really well

@O2 Thank you. It’s not a specific issue, just congestion in the area. The message in the screenshot tells me that O2 are actively doing something to reduce the congestion. This can only be done by increasing capacity.
