Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2

Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

I've been falling to talk to anyone since last Monday with a similar issue. DMs here on twitter take 2 days each time to get a partial and unhelpful response. Utterly hopeless.
