    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

    @Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

    Laughing & people shouting in the background. Very unprofessional behaviour. Ive also been taking to a robot all day trying to sort this issue. Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2

    @virginmedia @O2 Just dialled 1908 for help with broadband again. Do I have to wait 30 minutes to answer the same questions as yesterday to be told we've changed some settings and it should better now. It isn't. I recently upgraded TV and BB to 500 mbps. It's been worse since then.

    @O2 tried 4 times to get through to a person, everytime we say network problems the bot tells us to look online then hangs up, how are we supposed to sort this out?

    Hi @O2. I’ve had no signal or data connection for 5 hours, your network status checker claims there’s normal service and I don’t see anywhere to report the issue

    @O2 I have been trying to port my old number to my O2 sim, for three days I have been told it would have been processed in 24 hours but it hasn’t, could someone check my request? I would appreciate some help here, thank you :)
