    Laughing & people shouting in the background. Very unprofessional behaviour. Ive also been taking to a robot all day trying to sort this issue. Yet no help! So I’ve been without a working phone most of the week unless I’m connected to Wi-Fi. Not one person wants to help. @O2

    @Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

    @O2 I have also spoken to customer service who told me to contact Disney, who then told me they are aware of the problem, and I need an activation code from O2. The offer ends at midnight so I hope it can be resolved on time?

    @iandicko73 @O2 Problem is that since the Digital Economy Act 2017 the network operators offer such low sums for telecoms sites that landowners are no longer interested making it more difficult to acquire new sites and build coverage.

    @O2 my wife’s new phone has been waiting 4 days for her old number to port across. 202 have been no use. She is looking after her elderly parents and you have shut down BOTH her old phone and the new one. What are you going to do about it?

    @O2 Yes I have WiFi at home but that will only work while I am there. I have this turned on also but that doesn't help if there is no WiFi to use. So it's far from ideal really.

    I've spent an hour on the phone to @O2 trying to cancel a contract and keep getting disconnected/sent back to the main menu. Just found out instead of cancelling my contract they've set up a new one and I've been disconnected again. Worst customer service I've had.

    @EleanorRylance @O2 It's the choice of the network. I'm currently with Tesco mobile, who've told me, I will still be able to use my phone nothing has changed, that I won't be changed. I have a trip planned in the next few weeks. If I'm charged I'm going back to 3, who definitely don't.
