@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@O2 When are you going to fix this 404 error that's happening to people when you try to activate the Disney+ Extra? I've been trying for days. Customer Support supposedly reloaded it yesterday but still getting the same message. No Disney for me for Christmas 🥺

@O2 why is it so hard to change my bank details/direct debit with you? Impossible to do on the website or through app, no help answer works, phone options don't allow me to proceed, directs me back to site or app. No chat box or email form. What am I supposed to do????

@O2 can you help please, I tried via 202 and MyO2 and no help, about Volt and a bolt on. I have Multiple O2 monthly Sims and Virgin Media, and should see data increased through Volt, but nothing yet, MyO2 just takes you in a circle. The 202 person had not even heard of Volt!

Classic @O2 ineptitude today. Try to pay them, and yet can't. Then cut off. No doubt that they will suspend my service again, even though it is their systems that are the problem. 60 mins on hold, then cut off. They must of off for their xmas 'meeting' party
