@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@O2 you guys are a shambles, someone as taken phone contracts in my name and you pass this on to a debt collection agency. You guys have not done your checks correctly, else this would of never happened. People beware o2 are just as bad. #fraud#o2

I click on offer which states free coffee. I click on ‘show code’ and QR code appears. I try to use it before work at @CostaCoffee. Ensue great embarrassment as code is rejected and queue builds behind me. Cue much annoyance on my part. @O2 never did this. Their codes always 🙌..

@O2 Hi on the 4th of July I was super excited to get my new Galaxy Flip 3 5G all seemed fine then after 2 weeks there seemed to be a slight distortion with the screen. i spoke to one of your excellent support people via the app and was supposed to obtain a call back

@O2 I have emailed and phoned o2 but nobody seems to be listening, what’s the point of having a bereavement service if you then continue to text, phone and now email a person who has died chasing up payment. I will pay the bill once dads bank account is accessible
