@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

@ProfMiola @O2 I'm having exactly the same problem, 6 phones taken out in my name over 4 companys, other companys have accepted responsibility of fraud but not 02 they are the worst company ever to deal with so stressful, phone put down promises of managers calling back fraud team never call!!

@O2 I am trying to increase my spend cap but not getting through your customer service number. Why does it get disconnected after choosing all the right options? Also tried your customer support via o2 app but no response yet. Can you help?

@O2 So you reward loyal customers by encouraging them to move!!! I have stayed a) because I am a loyal customer and don’t just jump ship for a lower tariff b) because you have always advertised as having great coverage - despite it being sh*t where I live. Just improve the coverage!

@O2 absolute Joke, I make a claim on my insurance after my car gets broken into & my Apple Watch is stolen, I had to repeat myself 4 times as I got passed around to 4 people, for you now to close my claim? You have my paper work all filled out and evidence plus the crime report?

@O2 But I'm now told that I'm not allowed to use the phone for texts and calls, until the tariff has changed. And we haven't even managed to solve the watch issue, yet....
