@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@O2 The following site cell ID 1990790 LTE Band 20 is off air. The site has been going in and out of service since Friday 4th Feb. The 4G router attaches to the network obtains an IP address, then disconnects. Same with the mobile phone. Location M281yr. Shared Site Voda.

@SamPanasuik @O2 Tell them you’re leaving & ask for your PAC code to keep your number! day 9 & £45 in recompense later we are finally able to make calls for something that was their fault when we owe £0.00 Been with O2 since 2012 absolutely terrible service so we’re leaving!! Oh dear O2

Have had absolutely shocking service this week from both @virginmedia and @O2 - being a customer of both and trying to be a part of their @Volt offering has been dire. Has just made me want to leave both contracts!
