@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@O2 any idea why your 4G data network was completely unusable @ Paultons Park, Ower, Romsey SO51 6AL on Sunday the 6th. Yes, the site has a lot of visitors but 4G is able to deal with this in other busy places like London venues. @PaultonsPark need better data coverage please #4G

@O2 What are you doing to stop the huge number of calls being made on your network purporting to be the national crime agency reporting NI number fraud, and using legit mobile numbers. You must be aware these calls are happening by now?

@O2 for the past week thr signal has been absolutely rubbish. In Chelmsford and Colchester constantly getting 2G. Since this Vigin media ****, its been so bad.
