    @Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

    @iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

    @EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.

    @O2 you have got to be the worse phone provider ever! Not sure what games you’re playing but why can everyone else I work with stream the football at their desks but i can’t? But you manage to allow me to watch half time, full time and whenever someone is Injured. honestly so bad

    @O2 customer services. Following a fraudulent contract being opened in my name this year, you accepting the fraud, promising a refund, we’re 3 months later on and you’ve now registered it as a debt in my name! An hour on the phone today and no further forward! @financialombuds

    @O2 I’ve been looking at my options to upgrade on the myo2 app and I’ve had three different prices in the past 24 hours, started off at £51 then £63 and now it’s up to £66 😵 all for the same phone and same plan. Any help?

    @_Fryto_ @O2 Yeah I’ve contacted multiple times, the same response from them. They can’t give timescales but if I want to call around stores and find out then I can cancel if I want🙄🙄
