@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@O2 O2 you have made massive errors on my account (not applying o2 travel correctly) and are planning on charging over £300 + VAT - I have made numerous phone calls and your staff admit the error and say they will resolve it but don’t - I am very very concerned.

@O2 can I ask you when you phone up to change a sim number to another sim number why your operators are more interested in selling me pay monthly when I don’t want it and end up. Having our phone down because they were just trying sell me a contract
