@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

Disgusted with @O2 I’ve spoken to them twice on the phone. About my phone not working. First time they just cut the call when I was on hold, second time I was on the phone for 55 minutes and then they said they would ring me back. The second call all I could hear was..

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@O2 I have reported etc. You can't use WhatsApp without having your phone nearby. I have resorted to email. Luckily I have made contact now. If it were an emergency it would have been an issue.
