@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@O2 Any idea on how are you meant to buy your Nintendo switch offer? payment does not work online, (something went wrong message every time) cannot get in store, and three hours on the phone to customer services are no help either.

@O2 Spent 90 minutes on Saturday ordering an upgrade from one of your agents who kept telling me the same details over and over. Turns out he didn't order the damn phone. #totallyincompetent
