@Oh_So_T @O2 I rang up but it wasn't very helpful. My signal is still poor. I have a months credit on my bill though now, so at least I'm not paying for it... Still doesn't help the frustration waiting for stuff to load!

@AntStephen Have to agree with you, o2 signal is shite in the ground and many points in blackpool town centre. I switch my phone signal down to 3G to get a bit of signal as anything 4g and above on @O2 is pedestrian !!!

@O2 Iv had my upgraded iPhone 11 since Aug and the 4G network has been pretty awful so nothing works even though it’s got full bars?! So frustrating that I have to find WiFi connection for anything to work online? Always been an O2 customer but this is worst 4G coverage Iv had 😡

@O2 @Kallus24 If you have wifi we can’t get a phone signal for a phone call with you guys how the hell are we gonna get internet with o2. I live in the West Midlands and out service is shocking can’t wait to leave would never go back terrible experience

@O2 I had already tried to enable this, but the SIM only plan I am on doesn’t seem to allow it. If there is any way this can be enabled for my number, that would be useful, especially since I am getting such a poor deal for what I am paying!
