@O2 25 mins waiting to get through. And now its to renewals/upgrades as its only way o can get my problem sorted as your online service is crap it doesn’t provide a link to deal with payment freeze/holidays just a load o info leading to nowhere. I am in need of your help.

@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp Fradulent @o2 account flagging on credit check so mortgage turned down unless we get letter from o2 explaining this. No joy despite repeated calls/emails for 3 weeks, have to move out in 2 weeks. Homeless with a 9mth old if not sorted. Any advice?

@virginmedia @O2 @ollymurs Shame #O2 hasn't supercharged their speeds because I'm way below, usually 0.5-1mbit on Phone data everywhere, where I was 80-150mbit++ everywhere on 3. Nevermind buying TalkTalk, you should spend that money sorting out O2, as it's the UK's SLOWEST NETWORK, SLOWEST
