@O2 Sitting here at Costa enjoying a latte. Not enjoying the Internet connection that is utterly rubbish as always. It has been for a few years, I gave up on it hopefully being fixed. Paying for 5GB data that I can’t ever spend because it just is slow as snails.

@O2 can someone explain why the signal is still useless in the ST6 area? I left O2 this year because of this but still have my partner and 4 family member's stuck on O2! Signal checker says no problems? It's been terrible for months 😡

@O2 charged £70 for having my data roaming turned off and no texts or calls the entire time I was away. But no one available to speak to me?! I never agreed to this when I signed up and would like a refund. Thinking of changing provider as I'm constantly getting bad service !
